I met Ms Migueon at UHaul, Central Ave Capital Heights Md. She greeted professionally yet humorous. Not only did she presented EXCELLENT customer service, Ms Migueon followed-up just as she mentioned she would. I am overwhelmed with her actions to assure I was satisfied and receive enough space for the items I need to store. The facilities need more dollies to move items upstairs to the second floor 3 isn't enough. I had to carry all my items by hand

The Manager Corey us awesome! He listened and helped me with my situation when we couldn’t get to the unit the night I moved in. He came from his home and helped me. He continued to do the same throughout my rental process! What a great Manager! An awesome staff as well! I love to see this in our community!

I always use this location when its time for me to move.

My boxes were covered with mice or rat poop. It’s unfortunate to pay so much a month to have rodents poop all over your belongings.

The Lady that helped me and my Husband with our truck was Amazing she was soo thoughtful...she made sure we were well takin care of and her Customer Service Skill were very Good! I will definitely be sending friends and family to this location!! Happy Customer...

The amount of rodents is overwhelming.. The amount of rodent droppings is overwhelming. If u put anything in with value please wrap it or put it somewhere else. Unless you want mickey and his friend to have it to. Also staff was 50 50 nice and rude...

I had an appointment with public storage to rent a 5x - 15x unit from them but when the staff takes to me and the customer service was so great I canceled that public storage unit and rented a bigger unit for the same price

The Manager was the Best! I was feeling well and he got me a chair to sit in and got me out quickly.....Best service ever!!

When I went to get my belongings out almost everything had rat or mouse droppings on it. I could not believe my eyes I was heart broke.

Storage unit is rather pricey for the size.

Each time I rent a storage unit everyone treats me as family. If I need help lifting heavy items the guys are always available to help out and that’s why I keep coming back!! 🙏❤️

The unit was infested with rats there was feces all over my belongings.I had to throw away a lot of items including a big sectional and furniture and sofa so tell me the policy on reimbursement of damaged items.

I am 69 years of age, reside in Montgomery County but have found it very comfortable using this uhaul rental/storage. Particular due to the staff. Very well knowledge in the service uhaul offer, conveient and inexpensive way to reach my goad and just basic good old manners toward me and elderly and a female not knowing what and how to meet my goal. Thanks central avenue Uhaul staff, front line, supervisor Mr. Cory, and staff outside and around. Ms. Jones PS my husband says thanks as well, he could not help due to being a front line health care worker. :)

Mice got into some of my belongings so I had to get rid of some of my things.

There were some hiccups in my move in process. But due to the superb service of the managers Robin & Corey everything was rectified.

My first encounter at this U-Haul was with a lady at the counter named (Minyan) who was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She showed me to my storage space, but never mentioned that I needed a code to enter. She complained the entire time that she was helping me. Several times I went to the storage space and never needed a code to enter; I just walked through the door. Anyone could do the same, there was no security as far as accessing the store area. My move-out process was completely different. The young lady (Jasmine) was very helpful and professional.

There were problems with the computer and it was very busy. Regardless of the situation everyone maintain control and was very efficient in the process.

Staff is always helpful and kind. The storage unit area, is clean (on the outside) but there's a bad rodent problem. My belongs was damaged do to mice inside my unit. I had to discard 30% of my furniture. My unit was located inside temp control and was affected. Disappointed. I've had to store my belongings , before and never had/experienced an issue like this. Please correct this issue as soon as possible.

Had storage unit broke into by persons who worked there, this was verified by other staff. Storage facility refused to take action and no resolve. Mice infestation that resulted in ruined books, showed to saff and was told that there was nothing that could be done. The 1 800 customer service person made promises to have someone from corporate call me, this never happened. If you have nice things, do not use.

I would have love to have a 24hr access but i was told access time closes at 10pm

I rented my unit for several years and for the most part, my experience was not bad, sometimes the employees could be a little rude however, I found it interesting that on my move out day after closing my account with the manager (Cory Weaver), and receiving my receipt from him, I made the comment to him "it might be nice for you to thank me for my year's of service", he looked at me like I had three heads and kept doing what he was doing, not saying a single word. I thought to myself, WoW!!! So, just keep in mind, decent place, not the world's greatest customer service.

I received phone calls all the time from rude and unprofessional staff. My move in was a mess mixed up into 3 units with no compensation or condolences. The elevator well smelled of urine.

Mr. Weaver, As you were informed, our unit was infested with mice and a lot of my property was destroyed. There were mice droppings, urine and dead mice mixed in my belongings. I will be filing a claim today as you advised, and looking for the refund that you offered.

The RATS where outrageous I had things that were damaged and I had to clean and wash the things that was worth saving.

When my belongings were removed from the storage unit (#1948), there were a LOT of mouse droppings all throughout. I will have to launder all my blankets, comforters, bedspreads, and clothing. I'm not happy with that at all, because it will just be an added expense for me. A female and male employees said they would clean out the unit because there were a lot of droppings on the floor. I'm hoping I won't find holes in my items!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to store things at your facility for those reasons.

Customer service was great. The area that is marked for unloading and loading was full with personal park cars and no room for those that were loading and unloading. Space was clean

I closed my account about 2 weeks ago and I’m being told I still owe and I can’t get knew refunded since I wasn’t in there for a full month. The staff is rude and slow. They have favorites

Well kept and very nice staff. But a lot of mice droppings all inside my unit. Just hoping I didn’t bring any home with me.

the ladies who worked Tuesday, December 17th between 5pm and closing WERE THE BEST! Their customer service was extremely excellent.

Service was slow due to lack of staff to service customers. The store had one representative working by herself. Despite the slow service, the representative did an excellent job handling everyoine.

I am a special needs retiree on a fixed monthly income who was always broke by your company's due date of the 23rd of every month.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. They made the process easy when I needed to switch to a bigger unit. I appreciate them showing me the unit and answering any questions that I had.

My wife didn't understand some of the information that was being explained to us about the unit, and asked a few questions. The worker was very rude and disrespectful towards my wife.

There were roaches in my sofa. They were not there when I placed my furniture there. I just threw it away. I didn't want to bring them home. Rodent ate holes through my towels.

I found a dead rat in my storage bin. One of my chairs was completely ripped to shreds (Assuming by the rat). I was charged another month after I moved out! Completely unacceptable. No food was stored

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. They help my mother and I with our items. They were professional. I will recommend this storage to family and friends.

Horrible experience. Got charged for items I did not borrow. Manager credited me for those charges and someone reversed the charges . Unable to get a hold of anyone that knows what’s going on !!!

I rate it average cause why would u rent a storage room u can't ever get to. They park all the large truck right in front of the loading dock ever day so the customers are always inconvenience

The only negative I have is that the posted U haul climate temperature of 45 to 85 degrees seems off. I think 45 is too cold and 85 is too hot. I think somewhere between 55 and 75 is more tolerable

Most of the staff was helpful when asked, including the manager Corey. I noticed mouse droppings and dead bugs everywhere so pack tightly. It doesn't appear anything was chewed through.

The only compliant I have was my storage unit had plenty of mice droppings. Other than that, Corey and his staff was awesome!

I don't like the fact if I cancel my storage early. I won't get a refund even if I've paid for the entire month. I should get a refund for the difference.

Pro rate rental should be considered. I paid for a month but no refund for not using the whole month. Also set traps for mice, I had mice droppings all over my furniture

Mr. Corey and his staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the time you are in and out in no time pending on the time you come in. And also trucks and storage is already available.

Didnt like the fact you dont prorate my stuff was in for a week and they still charge me over 200 dollars and I dont think it's fair I needed part of my money for moving purposes

So much appreciation to Corey, the manager, and all the front desk staff for their patience, courtesy, and expertise...from beginning to the day I vacated!! If needed, I will continue to use UHaul.

I was renting a truck and moving things out of my unit . The wait time was unacceptable. The staff was very polite and nice but to wait 45 mins to get a truck when you are paying movers is unacceptabl

I love using this facility because the staff is very help, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve used this location many times either for long time storage, truck rental or to purchase moving supplies.

The prices for storage are a bit higher then other storage places
