Customer service was horrible. The Clark was listening a music with his earbud telling me that he can't hear me with a bad attitude. I told him to take the earbuds off so he can listen. I work on car rental too forget about listening while assisting a customer we can't touch our phone. On the result he punished me with a very old truck. Which I'm ok I only needed the truck for two hours anyways the brake has some issues, I understand it's an old truck. And he gave everyone after me a very newer truck. I was miss treated I believe. But overall I did what I have to do. And return the truck with a much more gas and cleaner than it use to. SincerelyFASEL Z.

The customer service rep could have been friendlier. When I arrived to get my truck the one I ordered had not been returned, she was going to charge me 10 $for the bigger truck but I told her this was an inconvenience, the rep was more focused on her phone that wanting to provide customer service. Called the number for this location, and the Customer service representative that answered was rude as ever. Called to ask a few question and the lady on the line was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met in my life and when we did understand her answer to a question and asked for her to justify she hung up the phone on us. Tried to over charger me by almost double on my 10ft truck rental. Was changed over night from 1 799 $to 3 000 $for 7 days!!!!!! Ridiculous!!! If someone doesn't need a 7 day one way rental then they should be reimbursed for the difference. Extremely annoying to have to pay for 7 days when you only need it for 3-4 days. In all I will not recommend for anyone to use uhaul, save the money and the aggravation.megan M.

Started out awesome, the man helping me was super helpful. Then about halfway through unloading the uhaul trailer we were getting pushed to finish up faster to get the trailer to another person. I still had over 2 days on the rental and it was not supposed to be handed in that day. I showed up 20 minutes and my reservation was automatically changed to 2 hours later. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush but when I went inside to inquire about it the woman that assisted me was not kind at all. In fact she was very rude. Other than that everything was good. Truck was in good shape and clean, the online inspection thy allows you to take pictures was great and the return was just as easy.Anthony E.

I made a reservation about 10 days prior to my move. There is a U-Haul rental facility literally right next to my complex, but I had to drive 10 minutes away to another U-Haul facility to pick up a truck. The morning of my reservation, I drove to the facility. When I checked in I was told that there wasn't a truck available. I had to drive 10 minutes from that facility to pick up a truck. I ordered a 17 ft truck, but was told only a 26-ft truck was available. So I had to pay the fee for that, or not get a truck at all. What's the point in making a reservation if it means nothing? There are too many local companies available to put up with this extra frustration. There's enough stress involved in moving as it is. Reserving a rental truck shouldn't add to it. Enjoy the money that I paid because U-Haul will never receive my business again. I will urge others to to look elsewhere as well.JASON L.

Ensure vehicle is clean and free of dirt on seats and floor. Unit rented HAD HEAVY CIGARETTE Smell which was very irritating during relocating. I was extremely disappointed but had no other options of units to choose. Sterilize unit before placing on road for rent. In addition, conduct follow up with phone call 1 to 2 days prior to rental. No phone call was given and I had to call in a panic to understand that they didn't have a unit as planned/reserved. On a positive note female representatives at the location went above in finding a vehicle that wasn't available as promised per rental date. She was extremely kind and professional locating a unit at the last minute as promised.Anthony B.

I was instructed to call Uhaul upon arrival in Denver and set up a return location, the suggested location was more than an hour drive from my home. I called Thursday morning and the customer service representative said she would call the location and inform them of the drop off. The dolly was returned to my preferred location, I70 and Chambers in Aurora, on Thursday April 15 at 9:40am. We drove up to the designated customer drop off location and were greeted by Dwight. He walked around the tow dolly, said ok, and asked me to pull around to the back and drop the tow dolly. I asked for a return receipt and was instructed to go into the store. The staff inside was unsure how to do that. Finally, I was handed a piece of paper printed from the computer with the pertinant information. Upon checking my credit card account, I was charged twice for the rental, one amount of 443 $. 55 and 394,44 $. I phoned the Chambers location and spoke with Andrea, who was helpful, knowledgeable and professional, to get the charge refunded. It took several days and several additional phone calls for the refund to appear on my statement. Over the next five days I received multiple texts, phone calls and email asking when I was going to return the equipment. Answering each communication, I explained that the equipment had been returned. Yesterday 4/20 in the evening, I spoke with Lorenzo, from the Chambers location, again I explained that the equipment had been returned. He said that he would investigate the situation and attempt a resolution. Today, 4/21 a return receipt was sent to me by email. With the multiple phone calls, one again early this morning, again I returned the call, along with a text, double charges to my credit card and nearly harassing non-return accusations, I am left disgruntled with Uhaul. To place even further difficultly on this situation, when a message is left, the callers are not clear and I could not distinguish the callers name and who to call back, the ridiculous wait times for customer service and the incredible, what seems to be disorganized manner in which business is conducted, I am terribly bothered by the inconvenience of this rental and would be hard pressed to recommend Uhaul. I do believe, in the spirit of customer service and acknowledgement that I followed all stipulations of the contract, some sort of compensation should be afforded to me for this debacle of a business transaction! You have an employee that does NOT wear a mask when the signs at your counter states masks are mandatory, doesn't seem right. Grounds for termination I believe. You should post signs at the loading dock, for trucks ONLY. This past Saturday and Sunday there were cars parked in the loading dock area, and NOT using the side parking spots. We got into a bind first day at the uhaul 40th and chambers.The uhaul storage had a power outage due to thunder storm.our storage unit was on the second floor which we needed to use a elevator.we needed to be driving to kansas that day.so with there phones they changed storage units for level one and we were able to offload the truck.what was turning into a nitemare turned out awsome.ive worked in the customer service industry for a major airline for 30 years.ive seen simalar.But this tops them all.This crew were curtious,helpful and very understanding.
