Please add more staff. The woman at the counter was amazing, kind, and unflappable, but Uhaul needs to hire an extra counter person, at least on weekends.

Dennis GI was 35- 40 minutes late to return equipment and only have had said trailer for less than 6 hours total but was charged for another day of rental. I did see afterwards my agreement did say 2pm but had thought the clerk said I had until 3pm. So very frustrated customer here.

Kim ACheck-in took some time to do and I was only one Check-in. They were out to start in a timely manar. After that was down hill. After truck inspection was done, went in side and no other customers,it took ten minutes to get final recites.
Dennis GI reserved a furniture dolly and wasn't told they didn't have any until I was picking up the truck. The truck was in pretty bad shape, but luckily still running and driving.

Virginia GI was charged for extra miles when my contract had the allotted miles because I got a match with Budget. I went through Uhaul because of the good equipment, the dealer that dispatched added the miles on getting authorization from Uhaul corporate. When I checked the truck and the miles were right and there were no charges, When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged almost $1200 Uhaul went back and changed The miles. I will be filing a lawsuit as well as filing a complaint with the proper authorities. I have the receipt zeroed out with the miles and the receipt. This is illegal As well as wrong!!
Ronnie RI mean the brakes were horrendous and screamed when you used them. They also made a crazy noise if you touched them without the engine on. The power steering. Sounded like it would blow up at any moment. It was clean by U-Haul Standards, which is suffice to say better than a Waffle House in Tennessee at 3AM after a wild Friday night. Average UHaul experience, see you again in a few years when I get bored of this house.

No one should be driving that vehicle.

Zoko TThe Van was so dirty, also when I pick it up the fuel tank was 2/3 of fuel and when I returned the Uhaul van I Ieave it with a FULL fuel tank, but the final receipt said the it was 1/9 of fuel, I had to chat with a customer service to address the issue.

Delicia P | Expérience généraleI have had this storage since 2017 and I don't like the fact that you kept going up on the price every six months to a year and when I moved out I left a chair that was in good condition and was threatened to be charged for leaving trash AFTER I was packed up and had no where to put the chair. The customer service wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone because it is way more expensive than all of the new storage places popping up and they are not changing prices after a year.

The guy at the front kept asking us if we were "checked in" after our key card wouldn't work. But he never explained what that actually meant. We had no idea we had to scan the card on the right side of the building then scan on the left to open the doors. Kinda frustrating.

After hours number for manager is disconnected. Site is littered with trash and sketchy people wandering around the building. Trying to speak with local store on the phone is nearly impossible. I'm told that when they are too busy, calls are forwarded to central line. When I call the cell number that is listed for manager, it is disconnected. When I ask for an email for local store, I am told that it is not possible to provide one. When I ask for a return phone call, I do not receive one. When I go to uhaul.com chat, no one responds on the other end. Any suggestions on how to speak with local location on the phone?
Casey C | Online Move InChecked in online and got access code to the building as well as a locker number, but once we arrived after traveling across the country, after office hours on Sunday evening, the access code DID NOT work. So we then paid for a second locker online and checked in online again, and again we received a locker # and an access code to the building - and that one again DID NOT work! We called U haul customer service and after 40 mins on hold, they could not help us, we tried reaching the facility manager as his number was listed as an emergency number "reach out after hours for emergency" and his number was disconnected. We got into a building because other customers let us in, as we were standing there at 7pm with a trailer full of stuff to store. We accessed our lockers we paid for, alarm went off every single time we opened it, but nobody showed up to check in on it (not even once)! Some other people showed up with access code too and it did not work for them either.. If you can't provide storage services, then don't do it and stick to hauling.. we are moving out within the next few weeks and taking our business and money elsewhere. Merci.
Edita V | Online Move InFrom the initial point of contact with this location and it's technical errors of payments not being set up correctly. To be treated like crap just to throw away two items. At the end of the rental i was accused that I could be shutting out another person rental. It that were to happen. They would of have to have access to the building, access to the lock, then storage container was verified by employee. If all of these steps were done then how could o close out another person unit? Given the fact the system showed I've been to two other U-Haul locations that day. One including the rental truck used.

My problem was the truck I drove from Bryan Texas to Denver Colorado was the raggedy truck I've ever drove I called about the trailer tire , I even called about the check engine light being on and it was leaking fluid but they told me to drive it anyways. The only reason I'm getting this request now is because I finally added this storage unit to my online account. I've had this particular unit for over 9 months (I didn't just "move in") and have a unit in Gilbert AZ also. I don't understand why companies are sooooo..... concerned about their customer service after services are rendered. The customer service starts at the door. I've been using U-Haul for DECADES, literally; both storage units and trucks. Why are you so interested in my opinion now? you haven't been for the last 26 years.

Then about halfway through unloading the uhaul trailer we were getting pushed to finish up faster to get the trailer to another person. I still had over 2 days on the rental and it was not supposed to be handed in that day. They did not give us a choice to keep it for another load for the following day and gave the trailer I rented away before my time was up.

You should post signs at the loading dock, for trucks ONLY. This past Saturday and Sunday there were cars parked in the loading dock area, and NOT using the side parking spots. Thank You for providing a secure and climate controlled environment.
