Issues with the site cancelling my order while checking in on the app. Also this location doesn't have enough space for people to leave their cars and park trucks after hours. Customer service onsite was very helpful in getting in a new truck after app glitch canceled my reservation.

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when my reserved truck unexpectedly was not available. I also needed to extend the rental by one day-- this was quickly done online. I've rented from the Cleveland Ave site quite a few times and always have been happy with the service.

Kasha Adams need to use common sense when taking of a customer. I arrived to pick up my truck, I parked in the customer parking spot. It is only two spots available she made me move my vehicle into an abandoned church parking lot saying I couldn't park at U-Haul because we will be busy today. Huh? I was already there in that parking spot, those are not reserved spots. It seems to me she wanted to save a parking spot for a special person. That's very bad especially for a manager, the last time I rented there the other person said it's ok. That team need to be on the same page. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

This facility management change so much throughout the year. It cost me both of my storage units because of non-communication between management and communication been kept throughout my renting then I believe that the items that I had in my storage unit some of them which was priced valuable to me I would still have, some of the miscommunication caused me not to meet financial deadlines when I was very vocal with staff about my circumstance

The truck cabin was dirty, the dashboard area could use a good cleaning, and the front seat leaned permanently to the left, imagine driving like that for 2 1/2 hours.

The truck was not ready when I got there. The person working on the inside had an attitude because I asked her how do I go by picking up a truck that was ordered online. Also I put that they needed to charge another card and they still charged the wrong card.

Quick easy and painless drop off. Unloaded car and dropped trailer in 15 minutes and gone.

When asked, the on site staff did not provide clear instructions on the check out and return process. The online check in and return process should be easier to complete. It took 30 minutes to check in and 30 minutes to check out. For this reason, I will never use the online process again.

I was referred to the 800 number advised that I had the wrong number given another number and transferred to Stephanie whom I thought processed my order. She advised me that I would have access until 10pm. I got there at 7:19 and the office was closed. When I called the number posted I was advised that o need to complete an online application.

The man that rented us the truck was good but the 10 ft truck we ordered wasn't available we had to get a pickup truck this made our mover hard and we didn't finish we still have to go back for more in separate cars which is costly and inconvenient…. Very unhappy about that I would have liked at least a discount

Everything was great with my pick up, customer service & truck. I was a bit challenged that the truck had very little fuel upon pick up. I went 10 miles & the gas light came on. Slowed down my productivity.

I'm never using Uhaul again. I payed for a month by basic but for something reason the staff at Uhaul moved me out without me telling them anything. They seen my moving truck and assumed I didn't need the service anymore. They took my access and put my unit up for rent. The manager told me the only I can do is pay for it again . When I never told them I didn't need it anymore for them to move me out

The floor in the back was covered in something very slippery. Which made moving very hard, dangerous and got all over my furniture.

Truck was totally filthy. Darkness came the windshield and window were covered with some liquids that has been there for a while. The driver window was cloudy. The truck needs to be cleaned properly. No one wants to deliver exceptional service now a days.

To whom it may concern My belongings were removed from u-haul storage on Cleveland Ave on Sept 10th not the 14th as stated in this email. Once my belongings were removed I CALLED and spoke with the assistant manager advising her of my move out. Of course she didn't update her records and I was billed for another month when my belongs were out 3 days before the due date..NEVER given my month free even though I asked for it at sign in! I HATE U-HAUL! AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I paid my rental a week earlier than the 26 Feb due date. I moved out by 10:30 on the 26th of Feb. As a Retired Veteran rated 100 % T&P Disabled + SMC-C For greater than 60+% more, & SSA Disability since 2015 and Medicare and TRICARE FOR LIFE 2 (Two) years later I can't afford to donate $127,9 to anyone, let alone a major Corporation like U/HUL. I arrived to bring my things and move them in. I was using a Uhaul truck and had limited time on it so I was hoping to finish in a timely manner. When I get there the associate was on the phone with what seemed like a friend. The manager was busy with another customer. The associate told me that the storage I reserved was not there. I showed him my reservation and he said they didn't have any. So I lef t frustrated. 10 minutes into my drive trying to find another storage, the manager calls and tells me that they do have a lot of open units. I turn all the way back around. I go back inside and the associate is there. I was told my info would be pulled up but it was very slow. He finally was to show me where my unit was, but instead of waiting for me to get the truck, he drove off. I waited at the gate until he finally appeared and waved for me to come towards him. I get to my unit and he asks me if I have a lock. I said "no I didn't know I needed one. Do you sell them?" He says "yes". Which was more frustrating because if I knew that I would've bought it earlier while everything was processing. He then drove off and did not show me how to open the storage. I had to call the front office and the manager explained it to me. When I was finally finished I had to go all the way back to the front just to buy a lock and then go back to my storage to lock it. This should've been a 30 minute process. But it took up 1 hour 45 minutes of my time. Costing me money and time. The manager was nice and apologized. But this was the worst experience I've ever had! Moving is already stressful enough. Your employee made it 1 million times more stressful.

Thank you! I stored my things here for 4 years and am grateful. Unfortunately, my gate didn't close properly and when I returned the unit was full of mice and cockroaches. I'm sure that's not unusual, though. It seems that over my rental period the gates all around mine were replaced with new ones. It would have been nice if they would have replaced mine as well. Otherwise, the facility is convenient. The staff was always very nice and communication was consistent and polite. Thank you! If I need storage in the future, I'll be back!

Ms. Erica Young was always accommodating, and I appreciate all of her help over the last year. When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. Kendrick said he did, but when I received the print out both dollys were still there.  Again thank you to Ms. Erica Young for fixing it and helping me and my Fiancée

My 1st unit had a damaged door that I asked the clerks 3 times to fix b/c it made my unit unsecure. No fix,someone used this defect to steal my 32" TV. Insurance did not cover, I was not reimbursed.
