We reserved our truck and moving equipment, selected a location that had the truck available, and got a callback to confirm the time, location and equipment. But when we arrived, they said they had no furniture dollies and there was nothing they could do. Not even an apology. So much for the UHaul guarantee that equipment will be available. It made our move more complicated and stressful to find that out at the absolute last minute.Nigel S.
staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the first two trucks they assigned to us we not ready. One had stuff left in it and the other they had no key but the 3rd was very good. The building was being painted outside so parking, pick up and drop off were tight and the office office was makeshift, but the booking and return went smoothlyRandy M.

Way to many trucks and trailers for this location and there are no signs to day where the front of the store isMarvin N.
Honestly it was just very unprofessional my experience. I had to book my reservation two times because the first lady didn't book my appointment. I go to pick up my 20 foot box truck. It's wedged into a parking spot couldn't get it out. Two of the workers had to come out and move two other trucks and had to drive over a curb to get it out. The truck worked great and was fine but the whole experience was just idk not the best just average.Jordan F.

The cab was not clean. Food spills on the seats and smelly. We had to clean it with soap and water otherwise OK. Front drivers tire was worn on the inside edge which was worrisome but did make the trip without incident.Daniel R.

The truck was super dusty when we got it but that was easy enough to sweep, upon return the APP is brutal to navigate so we were almost charged the 20 $next day check in fee, a customer service rep helped me with that and was amazing. Now I've had my final bill emailed and it appears I've been charged 25 $cleaning fee?? All of a sudden my 8 hr rental is 150 $? Not sure if I will choose uhaul next timeðŸ¤·ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸Michael S.

The website/check-in is a bit of a nightmare. It says upload photo then it goes to camera so it should say â€œtake photoâ€ not â€œupload photoâ€ when asking for photo ID. The rest of it is annoying because it keeps asking if I want other stuff. Then I get asked again all the same questions when I pickup the truck. I had to try multiple times to reserve my vehicle because the server kept crashing.Shane E.
When we picked up our truck, the two people on staff at the time we're clearly having an awful day. They were both being yelled at by two different customers, one of which was angry because he failed to read his confirmation email telling him where to pick up his truck and so he went to the wrong location. The young lady and young man working that day we're clearly stressed, but they kept composure, they reassured the customers, they were apologetic for the delays, and they found solutions. They were absolutely incredible and deserve some serious recognition. When we returned the truck, the check out process process was completely pain free. The man who gave our vehicle a once over was cheerful, helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. Honestly it was the best U-Haul experience overall that I have had to date. Kudos to the staff on July 1, and July 3. I sincerely hope this message is passed their way.Erin D.
A one on one walk through with the Uhaul would be nice. I've notice some damages on the Uhaul that I was provided. I look at the pictures that was provided online and it didn't match up with what I got.Sundara L.

Returned the unit after hours and there were many units lined up in the middle of the parking lot. During busy times such as the first of July maybe it might be a good idea to have a staff member to help the flow or the moving units coming in.SHANE L.
The app function to return the truck and avoid the "return fee" did not work. Tried the app on 2 devices but after logging in the return function would not operate and the app repeatedly kicked me off. No place to leave a car while renting a truck. The store was late opening.John M.
My booking was at 8 am and the employee showed up at 9 am. I had to wait an hour until they finally open the store. The office was a mess, like a construction zone without A/C. I finally got my rental for 9 h30 after they took care of the serious line up there. Next time I will book with an other company.Jack B.

Poor in service, waiting is too long time, talking to other staff members about personal things in front of the customer. When returning the truck the same thing happened and then they took the keys without checking it and after that they changed me extra for gas that I received it with half tank at the day 1Louay A.
Was sent to this location to pick up a truck when I reserved it at the Barlow location along with my Dolly rental. When I got to the Barlow location and tested the lights for the trailer the truck wiring was faulty and had to get a replacement truck.John Y.

Not a lot of room for improvement on customer end I was in and out in minutes, staff was great. Used the vehicle and dropped it off just as quickly. Truck ran ok no issues. The only thing is you don't have any vehicles with power lift gate. It would be a nice option.Marino P.

General customer service needs to be improved. 1. It would help to know in advance that there is no parking available in the lot. One should not expect to leave your vehicle on site for the day of rental and have a friend drop you off. 2. Locating the truck was way less than convenient. Once it was located the truck was buried behind other trucks-what is the use of making a timed reservation and advance check in if the truck is not ready when you arrive. It was a 40 minute ordeal just to drive the truck away. 3. Unsure trucks are properly maintained - I was asked by a new employee who was performing basic maintenance on one of the trucks which reservoir the fluid should go in. This makes me wonder if the vehicle I rented was properly maintained. If something mechanical had broken down, would I have been liable, not to mention throwing off the schedule for the the move. There is a lot of room to improve management at this location. Coaching of basic customer service like have a vehicle fully ready for a timed reservation would be a start.Douglas T.

Booked a trailer for 8am when the store opens. Showed up at 8am and there were no employees there. Had to phone a few UHaul phone numbers until finally got patched through to the manager who showed up 40mims late. Mistakes happen, sure - but worse is nothing was done to compensate for this inconvenience. Left a 1star google review too. Very poor service here.Thomas R.

Lady at the front desk was late 51 min for work. Not dressed professionally ( trousers with holes, tattoos on arms and neck ). She could not concentrate on her work, very distracted. Her helper was asking the same question many times and he could not understand her. Saturday morning looked like Calgary Zoo. I liked this location because it was a pretty industrial park with lots of trees. I had a lovely time with the staff. Super friendly and were very helpful. Shea was awesome to talk to! I would definitely come back to this location in the future. Could use more parking for people who have to leave their cars, but other than that, no complaints here.Ixia F.

Friendly staff to deal with, online sign in sucks, wouldn't work on my iPhone, booked the uhaul at different location and found out when I arrived there the pick up was this location, very inconvenient but not any fault of this locationMatt M.

I was in a line up for 2-1/2 hrs even though I had booked my appointment! No member of staff came out in this time to mention wait times or apologize, the sun was hot and there also was no bathroom, I had to go twice in this time and had to ask the person behind me if I could re enter the line up! I had also booked the online book in, but the app was not allowing me in to complete? Even after calling customer services,! I had also booked a truck at a closer branch and had been diverted to this one! Which is further, hence makes a difference to the mileage! When I finally got to the desk the staff We're polite enough and blamed the ordeal to covid, when I suggested they should have informed people of the wait and or set the appointments further apart the response was covid being unusual circumstances! (even though covid has been around for well over a year?) Then I was informed there were no 20 ft trucks left, and was offered a 10ft truck? Half the size and twice the mileage! My appointment was 830am!! He then mentioned I could pick up somewhere else, with that he called, another branch, and booked a 20ft truck! So again I had to drive to the other branch (more fuel more time) and when I arrived there were only x2 people in the queue? So not sure why I wasn't sent there in the 1st place I had left a queue of more than 10 people still queueing? Another half an hour later I finally drove out of there! Now I had only an hour to load and unload a 20ft truck, at 20 mins apart condo's,! we had to pay 150 $for a security guard to man the door to the complex and another 20 $for mileage, and another 10 $in gas! And also over 3x hours of time lost! Not a happy customer!! ðŸ˜•Ricky M.
