Jennifer and Lucas were absolutely amazing!!! They were very personable and even though I was very complicated and it seemed like nothing was going right as far as my U-Haul rental and storage rental they were very patient and helped me out tremendously. They both went above and beyond in order to help me and definitely deserve recognition and a raise :) Will definitely be Referring everyone to them over at the U-Haul Glenbrook store!!! Mostly I had a rough time because the mobile pickup and return process via the U-Haul site is spotty and randomly boots me out, terminating the application process and forcing me to go inside for help or struggle to get it to work by sheer chance. Wi-Fi access at location or at least a stable app would be appreciated in making sure nothing gets missed during the whole renting process.Madison S.
This time we had a unique experience, I hope. We had scheduled to pick up a trailer at 7:30am as we had a 9 hr drive after loading the trailer. Whoever was scheduled to work didn't show up and we had to wait until approximately 8:45am (I think) for someone to show up. Well I am very upset about my rental I done a reservation online and it said to pay 67,00 $ to pick up my moving van and when I got there they said it was 90 something dollars so I didn't have enough money on my card to rent the one I needed then they wouldn't take cash so I had to change which truck I wanted to one I didn't want and had to pay more for mileage then I wanted too. Then I filled it up on gas and returned it to the same location after I was done and got charged for 2 gallons of gas as well the woman was very rude with me as well when I asked her why I got charged for gas when I just filled it back up before I got there all I drove was 3 1/2 miles to U-Haul after filling up . Please let it be known that my one star rating is not for the Coldwater Road location but for your East Washington location who's monumental screwup lead me to the Coldwater store to begin with. I was running a little bit late, as can happen when you move with small children and animals. I arrived at the store before the hour window of losing my reservation, however the service was so poor at the store I stood in line and waited long enough that it crossed over my hour and they ditched my reservation all because your store employees weren't copping enough to handle one other person in front of me in a timely manner to get me checked in to make my deadline. As a result of this I got screwed out of the size of the truck that I wanted had to go to a different store even though they had my truck sitting right there and refused to give it to me. I understand that I was running a little bit late but I was there in plenty enough time had you had employees that could do their job correctly. As a result of this my entire day was completely screwed up, I had to make three trips instead of one because of getting screwed out on my truck size and I blame you. I will NEVER do business with you again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to do business with you. It's painfully obvious that you don't give a shit about your customers and at best you half ass clearing up your mistakes at the expense of the customer. The Coldwater Road store was incredibly efficient I was in an out with a truck from that store in HALF the time it took for someone to even greet me at the Washington location.Matthew R.

We are ere ask to online register dyer for CoVID protection. We did & still had to wait over 1 hour time pick up keys in a place where nobody wearing masks! I'm a cancer patient so this was not a healthy environment!Michael K.

Desiree and her team are amazing. Wven though I was 30 minutes late for my pickup time, the team had my truck ready for me to leave right away. I appreciate the this team very much. We had a few laughs and I was on the road. When I came back. I was able to drop off the truck and quickly check out. The store was very clean and all team members were pleasant. It is refreshing to see people that enjoy their job and strive to make our move quick and effortless. The check-in and return process via phone was awful. So confusing and time-consuming. Only one person was working the desk, which led to lines, frustrated customers and lots of standing around waiting for help. I have no problem with the equipment, just with the process to get your vehicle, which took far longer than it should have.Renee W.

I wasn't able to check-in online and went in the office for help. The guy was very helpful. However, the woman working was extremely rude to the person she was helping in addition to her co-worker, I ended up called customer service, was on hold for 8:26 and the agent hung up before talking to me. I went back inside to get help and the same rude woman told me to call customer service. I was 1,5 hrs late to my destination. Myself, my family, and many others will not be using U-Haul services at this location.CHRISTINE W.

Tristan was friendly and asked the questions about my vehicle and the one I was going to tow to make sure I got the right car hauler. He hitched the car hauler to my truck and answered my questions. When I returned the trailer, he helped get it unhooked and used his phone to check it in and aghast the amount charged due to my early return.Herbert A.

The customer service at this location was good. Although, the vehicle was the worst I have ever rented from U-Haul. There was a lot of wind noise from the top of the driver door, something rattling on the driver side and the front end shook terribly at about 65mph.Jeremy Z.

I was very impressed with the inventory of helpful moving items the store contained. I now know where to go should I require items for another move. The packages of colored tape indicating which room a box should go to really caught my attention. They also had the forearm and shoulder lift systems. Just a really great inventory selection.Kathy B.

The Truck Share 24/7 is convenient but takes quite a while to navigate when picking up your truck. Perhaps warning folks that it will take half an hour or so to get it done and be approved would be good. I bought a propane tank 3 years ago and it came with a first fill-up for no charge. I purchased two more yesterday on returning the truck and the price was 5 $more for each with a separate charge for propane. The website didn't say anything about that.Edward C.

It took a long time to complete I dropped car off at 10 for a 10:30 appointment and had been told it would take 3 to 4 hours it completed at 5 pm and then took 30 minutes to check out. I was also surprised that the wiring pigtail does not exit vehicle but using trunk I guess you have to shut the tailgate on it when you use it?Jonathan B.
