Gave me a truck with the check engine light, which ended up being an 02 sensor so not sure if that had an effect on my gas mileage but I'm sure it did. I also ordered a dolly but was told they did not have one on the day I picked up uhaul which was a huge inconvenience. ended up costing me an additional 50$ to purchase at wal mart since my order was not correct. Also, the windshield wipers on truck was due for a change as well.Christopher S.

I reserved a dolly. One was not available. I rented moving blankets. They were not put in my vehicle. When I got to my location, I had to transport without the protection the blankets would have provided. I was refunded the 5 $blanket rental cost. My attendant was helpful though and everyone was polite. It was just equipment problems.kCarl M.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. My overall experience was awful. They did not have all my order after I had a reservation for 3 weeks ahead. Then staff was slow, manager wasn't helpful to try get me the rest of the items I needed. Didn't offer anything for my inconvenience. Have the equipment that was reserved. I reserved a trailer and appliance dolly for a move that involved washer & dryer and two refrigerators. Not only was the dolly not available, I was told there are not any in the region. If I would have been told that ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements, instead I spent half the day I locating a dolly so I could move. When I asked the manager why no one alerted me, he smirked and said "company policy". When I cursed in disbelief, he threatened to cancel my trailer order as well "if I didn't like that answer". I was able to locate a dolly with a competitor and will have to start using them in the future, the way I was treated was inexcusable for a company that is all about self-moving. The manager at this location is a horrible reflection of the company and I would never spend another penny at this location because of him.Michael K.

GM was extremely rude during pick up. The trucks pics were shown to be a newer truck, when I got it, it was WELL USED. There was spray paint all over the side, tremendous damage, and the milage was off from the contract. Thank goodness I took pics. Then they tried to nickle and dime me w/ insurance I didn't want or sign for, saying I used a dolly (when I didn't even order one) or use it, trying to blame the damage to the truck on me......yeah. I'll never use this location again, and I may not use uhaul again. At least with other companies they are more honest.JACOB W.
This was not our reservation. Very frustrating that we reserved with plenty of time and morning of moving day we were contacted by uhaul saying our truck wasn't available. We were credited and sent to this location, which is out of the way, but it still caused unnecessary stress on an already stressful day. Then the equipment we also originally reserved was not available either. We had to go to yet another uhaul location to get dollies. Truck at one, dollies at another and same for the return. It all worked out but after several phone calls and lots of extra stress.CHRISTIAN W.
Staff seemed to be unwelcoming. I asked to get my money back for the plastic boxes I rented since I didn't want to have to come back and return it (thought I could return it at drop off location). . He told me to call it in to get my money after purchasing cardboard boxes at the location. I had also asked for 100 miles and when I got the receipt it showed 68. He told me I wasn't going to be charged the difference and that was not that experience I had. I had to awkwardly plead my case at the drop off location but they handled it professionally.Ivan D.

The driver/passenger area was not very clean. Empty Dr. Pepper bottle and chips on the floor. Overall an unclean. On the other hand, the cargo area was clean and the appliance dolly and 60 blankets requested was there.JIM K.

I did not receive the boxes or dolly I ordered. Then when I asked for a refund the manager Marvin was very short on email and only refunded 25 $when the total of what I did not receive was 32,93 $ plus tax. I know it's not a lot but I am moving states suddenly and every dollar counts.GEORGE V.

We decided to rent a smaller truck. We rented a 15' instead of a 20' truck. Jason told my husband and I 60 would be credited to the credit card we used to pay for rental. The credit was because of smaller truck used. He said, I would receive an email stating 60 credit was given, but I have not received the credit and email confirmation. Please follow up on matter. Alex and the other staff at the office were patient and helpful, especially when I had to call the UHaul Office on Hwy 90 to extend our time to turn in the truck. No problem for the staff he got me into another unit although it cost more for the same size unit with out climate control which I think is backwards.
