Was disappointed I was provided a trailer with 2 nails in a tire, which resulted in 4 hours of delay in my move and travel. I do appreciate the one day rental credit provided from Hammertown Uhaul. However, it did not account for the increased expense I had to incur for the delay.

The instructions for the 24/7 pick-up was not clearly prevalent at this location and delayed our pick-up approx 24 minutes, due to staff being unaware of the type of services that were offered.

I had homes people living in the units around me and most of the times I went to access there was garbage all over. Also most times I went over the last couple years cars were always blocking the gate due to lack of parking. Although I will say the day I emptied my locker out and closed out the facility was the cleanest I have ever seen the grounds.

wen I returned the truck the person was very rude and overcharged me for miles and tried to charge me for one piece of mud in the back of the truck when I had just cleaned it out and it was winter it had just rained and there was going to be mud I did clean it to the best of my ability I was told it's the time of weather it will be dirty inside like that and it was okay just no garbage and then the lady says well who did you talk to what was his name rude

I returned the truck at 7:01 pm. The doors were still open and the clerk was inside. When I walked up to return the vehicle, he wouldn't help me and told me to drop the keys in the lockbox. We were charged for the extra day. This is unacceptable. I will never use the facility again.

The truck I was rented was in very bad shape! It was a terrible ride. It cost me $100 in gas for a 1 hour drive round trip!! Complete RIP Off!!!

The Mobile App sign in was not working. I was supposed to get the truck at 6. There were no specific directions on how to get it done, and the people working there had no idea how to do it either. So maybe better equipping the workers so they know it or just giving clearer directions on how to get it done would help a lot

The drive train has a clunking sound. Also I wish I knew that the cab was cleaned for COVID 19. Maybe you can put a sticker on the dash saying it was just cleaned prior to rental.

The van needed a lot of work. The worst of which was the steering wheel. It is bent toward the dash on the right-hand side. This causes your knuckles to hit the turn signal stalk every time you make a left-hand turn. The doors also do not close unless slammed and the shifter interlock is broken causing you to have to force the gear shifter to any position. All in all this van needs some help.

I was trailering a car, your video showed anchor at 4 corners, 2 rachet straps up front, 2 chains in back. Only one chain in back of trailer and one upfront by left rachet strap. This caused confusion, called manager and all worked out very well.

The truck had a dash light on. When informed the office they said it was because the catalytic converter was stolen and they put a straight pipe on. This is not legal. It also could have been another problem that they assumed was the bad emissions. We had to hope the truck would not fail, luckily it did not.

My unit was always paid & within the short period I had my rental my lock was cut off & replaced on two different dates & I was never notified of these incidences and I had to find out on my own when I couldn't access my unit.

I declined the insurance because after speaking with my insurance agent and taking pictures upon arrival of the vehicle and sending them to him I was covered under my own policy. I declined it online and I declined it in person. I was still charged. The gas was about a 16th of a tank above what I received the truck and I was told it was a 16th below and then I was being charged $7,5 for 16th of a gallon. Absolutely ridiculous when I scooted the insurance and the gas fee I was told that's just the way it was. This is the second week in a row I have rented a vehicle from U-Haul my experience last week was great this week $37 over charge was ridiculous I will never rent from you again please and I will refer other people to other companies as well

Uhaul was great! The movers that I had to choose from and did use were HORRIBLE! They did major damage to my antique table, broke my china cabinet side, pulled apart my sewing cabinet, and scratched and dented my refrigerator. I have no idea what other of my belongings are broken. Uhaul should rethink their association with Movers R Us.

I changed my storage move-in to 11/30/21. I am NOT pleased for the simple fact that my 1st month of storage was suppose to be free because I rented a u-haul for 1 way BUT I ended up having to pay for the 1st month

Been renting vehicles from this location for years whether it's a moving van, car trailer or a pick-up truck all the vehicles were well maintained and fully functional. Service has always been great. I see no need for improvement as I've always had good experiences with this location. Just keep up the good work.

It would be awesome to have someone kinda show you the in and out of the truck. Example -how to adjust the side mirror, pointing out that there's no rear view mirror. Just the basic stuff but it would go a long way. Overall experience was plain simple. The staff was friendly which made my experience worth it. Keep up the good work!!!

I was overcharged on gas. There were so many misc charges on both my debit card and credit card. The dolly was never taken out of the rack but got charged anyway. I rented one day 2 or 3rd Nov. Went to hospital on the 3rd. So the truck want used much until I got out on the 9th. Charged for excessive miles. So I want a huge adjustment on these charges. The van I rented had been previously stolen. There was a lot of damage inside and out that was not noted. When trying to put gas in the van, it would not let me put it in at any rate faster then a trickle. This make by trip last an hour longer because each gas half fill up took over 20 minutes. Aguilera Roadside service was great. They were prompt, found the issue and fixed it. After learning that they did not catch this during their inspection of the stolen van, I felt more uncomfortable using it. This poor inspection concerns me about the overall safety of vehicles that have been through this. I also found that the left blinker is not working correctly. This goes along with the other damage that I located that was not accounted for.

The manager Chris and his staff were very good to work with. I needed the pickup truck for another day and they worked with me without any issues. The customer service and online services are very poor. The only reason why I still use U-hual self storage and truck rentals is because there are no other comparable convenient options that offer the same services. I have had so many problems with the quality off service at multiple locations the absolute worst was from the management at the Mid-city Fresno location and the manager Tish at your Lodi, CA on Cherokee Lane.

Miscommunication between sales and the location about a free month using a storage space caused some difficulty and confusion that was completely unnecessary. I did not appreciate being put in the middle of a dispute between a local manager and uhaul corporate.
