Zachary was helpful, courteous and is the reason why I am giving a 5 star rating. Yes, the trailer was great and I have always been able to rely on UHaul for quality moving equipment, however Zachary is what really made a difference. Please consider giving him a raise.

The only thing that really confuses me, that I called UHaul and informed them that I would not make the 1130 check in time and would be a couple of hours late. The technician told me on the phone that she would extend it one day with no charge since I did call in ahead of time. I thanked the person and come to find out that I did get charged when I checked in. There should be a way of not to LIE to a person prior to them returning the equipment. That upset me greatly that I got charged an extra 58 after I spent over a thousand to get there. The share load is a great program for people to help other people!

DOUGLAS MThe inside of the windshield looked like someone had used a wet rag to clean it. More training for the staff checking out a vehicle. It took a long time to get us processed and on the road. Other than that, the staff was polite and tried to be helpful. The truck was clean and ready to go.
jane bThe uhaul company gave us a broken hitch to attach our car to. They did not connect it correctly and told us to keep our car in neutral for the whole drive which resulted in us having to buy a new battery. The uhaul place at our destination was surprised at how poorly our car was attached and told us we were lucky we hadn't killed anyone or ourselves. It's scary to think I paid $1500 to drive 18 hours and was risking my life the whole time. I will not ever be using uhaul again and I need to know the process for filing a complaint and inquiring about getting my money back
Cagney CYour app is horrible, I have it on my phone and could not check the vehicle back in. It kept telling me to scan a barcode for the location. There was no barcode. Second problem I should not smell someone's cologne as soon as I open the door. Pro: This is the best location of uhaul. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and vehicles are always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location to everyone I talk to. Good people.

Ralph DInside the 6x12 was wet. Had to use a tarp to keep our stuff dry. Otherwise all was clean, just wet. Since towing slightly tipped forward, it didn't drain out the back. Thinking that water came from wash or rain or melting snow through the rear door. Perhaps leaving the tongue on a stand to create a slight backward tilt would resolve the issue.

She found another woman who tried to fix it and couldn't. Then they asked another man who worked there who tried to give me a key card and the key card wouldn't work. So I went back and waited with my stuff (and crew of people who were helping unload the truck) until they got me a keycard that could access the place where my unit was. On to the unit. The storage unit we were given was marketed as a 10 x 15, but when we arrived there was a massive square removed from it (for I'm assuming stairs to the upstairs). For 200 dollars a month I was expecting (and needed) a full 10 x 15 storage unit. Very disappointed about this.
