We rented a U-Haul from Marina at the Scottsdale Location to drop off at a Canadian Location and the Scottsdale Staff were a pleasure to deal with and followed thru with all they said they would. I would use them again and recommend to anyone. Thank You Dona

Clayton was an excellent mechanic, knowledgeable and very polite. Your computer system is so bad that I walked out once and came back. You are loosing business with a 20 minute queue line of 4 people. The computers were way too slow. The printer was broken and not large/fast enough to handle 6 contracts.

Rented a 10' truck to help complete our office move. Simply, we needed the truck for extra days, communicated with the facility as much a possible and they had our card and ID on file. Fast forward to 10/9/2019, manager Rodney calls along with 2 others from this location yelling, insulting, and looking for a confrontation because I had the truck extra days (isn't that what Uhaul wants? To have trucks out and rented?) . I sent them an email stating I would be returning the truck that day and despite their claims I hadn't paid, sent them a screenshot of my online banking showing withdrawls from Uhaul as recent as that morning. Instead of admitting wrong and apologizing like a professional, this "manager" (who hired this short-fused clown?) calls the POLICE and reports the truck STOLEN. What a joke. Hey, Rodney, do you know the police aren't a collection agency? In the time they spent on the phone with me, they missed a lead or a crime in progress somewhere. Someone got hurt because your ego was bruised, bud. Anyway, you'll be getting a summons for malicious prosecution and so will Uhaul. Laugh now, but you won't be laughing when the process server makes a visit shortly. I see you have criminal records and liens yourself from a little digging I did Mr. Zayas. Filing a false report is a crime, or did you already know that? You may be king of that s**thole parking lot you manage over there, but nobody else cares. So I turn the truck in as promised, and they send me a $600 bill. I mean, come on. Save the trouble, read the other reviews, go to Penske, Ryder, Enterprise, or any of the many many competitors with cleaner trucks, trucks that don't have that cheeseball advertising and "Mom's Attic" slapped on the side, hydraulic lift gates not crap ramps, and get better gas mileage. And, the best part, they are happy when you want the truck for extra days, and if there's a problem, they call you calmly, PROFESSIONALLY, and politely explain and work out whatever issue is going on. This is the meaning of customer service RODNEY. You must have missed that module at Uhaul University, or do they even teach it?

Renting was great. Returning was terrible. Beatrice was the rep that helped me return. She was confrontational, rude, condescending and an overall negative person. She declared that I was being charged $25 because of some grass in the back of the van. I closed the doors and said I would take it across the street. Then i requested a manager. A manager (doubt it was a manager because of the way Beatrice talked to him) but he took over and said that he would waive the $25 cleaning fee. I thanked him and left. Received email receipt and it has the $25 charge. I paid for a 24 hour rental, only used the vehicle for 4 hours AND returned it with an extra gallon of gas. Terrible customer service from Beatrice. Manager (Rudy of Randy??) went above and beyond at check in, then Beatrice ruined all of that great customer service. 5 star plus 1 star = 3 avg stars. She should be fired. Please correct my bill!!

My contract was changed to the "Mobile" contract. Clearly not ready for use. Wouldn't accept a valid DL exp date or valid phone number. Had to go inside anyway. Staff all cringed when I told them I was trying to use mobile pickup. Shouldn't keep a known non working app in production. A waste of time and taints the experience. Yard staff is also rude.

Only "catch" is that you have to pay an additional $10 per month for "24 hour" access. Not a problem if you can always access your unit during their office hours. Otherwise, very nice.
