I made the reservation Dec 6th and when I go to pick the car trailer up the designated location doesn't have my reservation. Then I had to drive to another location because that location didn't have the equipment.

Clearly saidi needed a furniture dolly TWiCE and pointed it out and he still gave the wrong one, then he assured i had to COME BACK to get the correct one! gas wasnt where it was suppse to be so he put anything on the paper and luckily i took a picture to show the kind ppl who helped me at drop off!

I feel like my notification that I had moved out of my unit was not indicated on the storage records and trying to take out an addition fee after the unit was closed a month earlier is poor documentations and my bank charged me fees for your facility making an attempt to charge for an extra month when the unit was properly closed and notifications given to the front office staff.

The after hours were VERY stressful!!! I got to the U haul place to return the truck and literally sat out there for 30 mins before anyone answered the phone to direct me what to do. I feel as though I was charged entirely too much. I feel as though I was charged for being late but, in all actuality I was on time BUT had to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone. I would most definitely NOT recommend using the after hours to anyone!!!!!!

An investigation should be launched for this particular location. I experienced poor customer, misinformation, and overages in charges which lead to an overdraft on my account. This is my first time ever as far as I could remember that I used Uhaul services. I asked that I be contacted by a customer care professional and not someone ie. (management) on a local level because when considering the location you receive less than diserable service. Which is what I have been experiencing with this location thus fa. I immediately discern how the conversation with the manager would have gone based on the tone of her voice - which I shut down immediately. There is no telling how long this type of questionable activities has gone unnoticed and unchallenged. Corporate will be hearing from me. Be warned......

Hi, the only things I would improve is make sure the trucks are wiped down in the inside exactly with this virus going around. I also recommend you make sure the trucks don't smell bad due to different people in and out going long trips or sweating and having bad body odors smells due to not showering. It could ruin the trip and the joy moving your precious things from one place to another or across the world.

The person hooking up the trailor did nit tighten the hitch around the ball. I did not verify either. Once on the highway about 2 miles down the road the trailor came detatched from my truck. The safety chains were attached and keptthe trailor from running away but it was swaying uncontrolably until i came to a stop. No damage to vehical

Took too long to checkin trucks for rental. Truck was not dirty but needed a wipe down. Windshield was very dirty. Check tire system warning light came on during my usage.

The truck was clean and well maintained, but it was old and needs to be rotated out of the fleet and replace with something newer. The staff at was great to work with and the online process for renting and checking in was good.
