I wish the politicians would put a bill into law that forces payments for prorated services, You screw a lot of people and its greed. Since it not regulate you purposely profit and screw the public. For that reason I rate your service a poor

I even left messages for him to call back and he never did. I've dealt with many U-haul locations from Florida to Georgia and this location left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff was neither rude nor welcoming but somewhere in between. They interact with customers with indifference.

I know this will probably not be acknowledged but some serious training needs to be administered ASAP. Standing behind the counter and saying you don't know about anything you are asked is a terrible business model. I would not hire one person working there.

Dwayne N. | Premières impressionsI started renting here about 2008 so it's been 13 years. Over that time this facility has changed from being clean and well run to being dirty (especially at the loading dock). There is also a stink inside the facility that covers about 1/3 of the downstairs which has been present at least for the past 4-5 months. Something is inside one of the units that indicates decay of some type. The managers don't seem to be concerned. I was also promised security to the facility in the beginning, but that no longer applies. The door is always open and my access card is no longer needed. Access to the loading dock is usually limited to only one vehicle on the steep side because U-Haul trucks are parked too close to allow a second vehicle to back up to the dock. It's a bad situation to need to be there and not be able to pull a vehicle close. The high tent installed to accommodate returning rented trucks is too close to the turning point where you need to circle near the loading dock. If a vehicle is parked in one of the spaces on the corner of the loading dock, it makes it nearly impossible to pull a pickup truck through. Bottom line is this is a poorly run, badly maintained, and improperly designed facility. I would not rent here again. There are several other options in the area which are all better.

I have been able to save my things in U-Haul storage and they have always been courteous on the phone or in person I really appreciate everything Uhaul storage does for me thank you so much and I will use you in the future.

I needed to contact the main office for an issue and the staff did not help me at all. 3 of them sat behind the desk and did nothing. I always use u haul, but this made me want to go elsewhere. I will not use this experience to make that call but this was the worst customer service I have had I a while.
GERSHOM W. | Premières impressionsThe young man who reserved my unit was friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the young lady who checked me in was indifferent, unfriendly and unengaging. She neither smiled nor thanked me for my service. Additionally the office area is much too cluttered and hazardous and the loading dock platform had jagged something or other hanging around the edge in some areas and there were loose rocks in the parking lot near the front, which one of my helpers almost tripped over. These issues lower the rating considerably for my experience and made me reconsider using the more professional, safer, and convenient higher priced Extra Storage Space.

Rodrigo went above and beyond for me and my family after we lost everything been owned in a apartment fire... I can not thank him enough, you never where or who you're blessing will come from or though. Be kind, be grateful, be compassionate their is someone going through something worse than you are. So, I sincerely thank Rodrigo and his team for a job well done.

Now, a manager is saying that's not how things work but the representative confirmed that he told us this. The location is secure but my gosh, it smells like a dead animal in there. DNR

When I went to the office, I realized I needed an additional (3rd) unit. The rep decided it was more important for her to sell me my third unit and THEN charge me for a lock, rather than to inform me that I would get a free lock if I stood there and booked the unit online. She knew it and decided not to give me that option. Even when I mentioned it after the sale. Bad business.
ANTOINETTE E. | Online Move InJust about every time i went into this storage place it smelled like a dead rat. i'm not sure what is being done about that but the smell is enough to make you want to puke. the staff are very nice however i didnt appreciate knowing there was a possibility mice were running through my things. i had the wings of a dead cockroach when i removed my things from storage. that did it for me. :(
Andrae V. | Expérience généraleIt smelled like something rotten by the enterence. The u-haul truck I rented was in bad shape. Broken side mirror and attached with a duct tape and that is a security concern. I brought it up to one of the employee. He was a nice guy and took care of it right away.

After almost 17 years of storage I decided to clear out the units and go through my stuff and be a blessing to someone. Thank you for securing my belongings all these years.

Every time I went there were no parking, there was always an odor very horrible, it smelled like death. The employees there seem to be all young and playful (speaking only on the young ladies). I will never deal with U-Haul storage again...

I said yes but when I came back to the storage, they had cut off my lock, and nothing was on my unit 1605. Thank goodness nothing was missing. But that was a big time error!!!! They removed my lock and did not replace it. I told them that I had the two units? Big Mistake!!!!
