Vehicle not loaded with things we requested such as Furniture dolly and moving blankets. I was told I could pickup the truck at 8:00, they open at 9:00 so that didn't happen. Ended up having to stand in line even though I done everything online. They completely dropped the ball..

I was charged double on safe move, on rental fee and on pad rental. I call the store at 5:18pm and told the yall lady I'm running behind she said it's ok as long as you get it back before 7am the next morning. I had the truck back at 9:10pm and it was due back at 8pm so just a little over an hour they charge me like I had the truck 2 days. They closed at 8pm so I would have had to check it in under the green tent anyway. If I had gotten the correct information when I called I would have made sure it would have been exactly 8pm. The girl assured me I wouldn't be charged and she would more take my account. High way robbery. I filled the tank back on up and mileage right exactly right so they had to find something to charge me for. That is unbelievable. I should have really kept the truck 2 days as they charged me. Really sad.

There were mechanical issues the alignment was completely off once you get up to 40 mph. And the starter on the car is going out he had to crank it at least three times to get it to start.

Clean trailer before issue to customer. Honor price quote. Honor changes to price quote. This location had the most disarrayed and unsafe lot that I've seen at Uhaul. I filed a separate complaint in reference to my recent horrendous experience with Uhaul.

The service was great. Everyone was nice but the truck I rented had a lot of dog hair in it and smelled like smoke. I would suggest they vacuum vehicles after they are returned. If I didn't have something urgent to do I would not have accepted the vehicle.

The inside had a bunch of soil that I had to sweep out. Other than that, it was a good experience. I traveled about 650 miles and got about 8 MPG at 65-70 MPH up the east coast.

When my rental ended. I was told that I could 9t get a credit for the unused time. It's amazing how companies like your can prorate on the way into service but not on the way out. I wish the politicians would put a bill into law that forces payments for prorated services, You screw a lot of people and its greed. Since it not regulate you purposely profit and screw the public. They kept increasing my rent for my storage every couple of months. And everytime I called trying to speak to the manager, he was never there. I even left messages for him to call back and he never did. I've dealt with many U-haul locations from Florida to Georgia and this location left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The layout of the parking area is designed in such a way that it prevents people from having the sufficient space to maneuver their vehicles for loading/unloading. The staff was neither rude nor welcoming but somewhere in between. They interact with customers with indifference.

The staff is not helpful and friendly at all. They actually made me hurry to get my things out sooner. I know this will probably not be acknowledged but some serious training needs to be administered ASAP. Standing behind the counter and saying you don't know about anything you are asked is a terrible business model. I would not hire one person working there.

I started renting here about 2008 so it's been 13 years. Over that time this facility has changed from being clean and well run to being dirty (especially at the loading dock). There is also a stink inside the facility that covers about 1/3 of the downstairs which has been present at least for the past 4-5 months. Something is inside one of the units that indicates decay of some type. The managers don't seem to be concerned. I was also promised security to the facility in the beginning, but that no longer applies. The door is always open and my access card is no longer needed. Access to the loading dock is usually limited to only one vehicle on the steep side because U-Haul trucks are parked too close to allow a second vehicle to back up to the dock. It's a bad situation to need to be there and not be able to pull a vehicle close. The high tent installed to accommodate returning rented trucks is too close to the turning point where you need to circle near the loading dock. If a vehicle is parked in one of the spaces on the corner of the loading dock, it makes it nearly impossible to pull a pickup truck through. Bottom line is this is a poorly run, badly maintained, and improperly designed facility. I would not rent here again. There are several other options in the area which are all better.

Since 1986 I've been a member of U-Haul I have always had Exceptionable help From any U-Haul storage employee. I have been able to save my things in U-Haul storage and they have always been courteous on the phone or in person I really appreciate everything Uhaul storage does for me thank you so much and I will use you in the future.

The staff was not helpful when I needed assistance. I needed to contact the main office for an issue and the staff did not help me at all. 3 of them sat behind the desk and did nothing. I always use u haul, but this made me want to go elsewhere. I will not use this experience to make that call but this was the worst customer service I have had I a while.

The young man who reserved my unit was friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the young lady who checked me in was indifferent, unfriendly and unengaging. She neither smiled nor thanked me for my service. Additionally the office area is much too cluttered and hazardous and the loading dock platform had jagged something or other hanging around the edge in some areas and there were loose rocks in the parking lot near the front, which one of my helpers almost tripped over. These issues lower the rating considerably for my experience and made me reconsider using the more professional, safer, and convenient higher priced Extra Storage Space.

Rodrigo (Mgr) and his entire team was amazing while I had my unit there for almost two years. Rodrigo went above and beyond for me and my family after we lost everything been owned in a apartment fire... I can not thank him enough, you never where or who you're blessing will come from or though. Be kind, be grateful, be compassionate their is someone going through something worse than you are. So, I sincerely thank Rodrigo and his team for a job well done.

We were told that we would receive a prorated reimbursement due to moving out at the end of the month but not getting to the facility to turn in the card before the next draft occurred. Now, a manager is saying that's not how things work but the representative confirmed that he told us this. The location is secure but my gosh, it smells like a dead animal in there. DNR

No place to park. All the workers cars were blocking the loading docks. That made it very very difficult to load a 10-ft truck.. Also no one showed us were our storage room was. They just gave me a piece of paper and highlighted it.

The second unit - which I had booked online - had no lock inside as promised according to the rep. When I went to the office, I realized I needed an additional (3rd) unit. The rep decided it was more important for her to sell me my third unit and THEN charge me for a lock, rather than to inform me that I would get a free lock if I stood there and booked the unit online. She knew it and decided not to give me that option. Even when I mentioned it after the sale. Bad business.

Just about every time i went into this storage place it smelled like a dead rat. i'm not sure what is being done about that but the smell is enough to make you want to puke. the staff are very nice however i didnt appreciate knowing there was a possibility mice were running through my things. i had the wings of a dead cockroach when i removed my things from storage. that did it for me. :(

It smelled like something rotten by the enterence. The u-haul truck I rented was in bad shape. Broken side mirror and attached with a duct tape and that is a security concern. I brought it up to one of the employee. He was a nice guy and took care of it right away.

I moved from New York in 2004. I had 3 storage units. I had a hard time financially but was able to maintaine my storage units. After almost 17 years of storage I decided to clear out the units and go through my stuff and be a blessing to someone. Thank you for securing my belongings all these years.

If there were a star rating below 1 I will rate it as that. This storage facility have no type of loading and unloading space. Every time I went there were no parking, there was always an odor very horrible, it smelled like death. The employees there seem to be all young and playful (speaking only on the young ladies). I will never deal with U-Haul storage again...

Easy in and easy out no issues even if I was late on my payment they were never rude and I respect that this crisis has people unable to pay on time not because they are irresponsible but because there is no money at times.

I was sad to leave, but, life happens. After more than six years with a storage unit, it was time. My experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable when I needed them. Wishing you all the very best.

The only thing was, some guys called me to ask, if I had two storage units. I said yes but when I came back to the storage, they had cut off my lock, and nothing was on my unit 1605. Thank goodness nothing was missing. But that was a big time error!!!! They removed my lock and did not replace it. I told them that I had the two units? Big Mistake!!!!

Only hiccup was moving out and not having 24 hour access that I paid for immediately available to me which caused me to have to pay for a extra day for movers and truck.

Georgia location was great but when I picked up my U-Haul truck and Virginia it was horrible they did not charge for the hitch they put the wrong name on my account thenI had to come out of more money the experience was the worst I've ever imagined I did not like the fact that I had to pick up the U-Haul in one spot and go all the way across town to pick up the hitch I hope no one never have to experience the Heartbreak that the stress level that I experienced during my move.

Loading/Unloading dock at the perfect height. The furniture carts incredibly helpful and convenient. The facilities immaculately clean. The elevator conveniently located and a great size. Great experience!

The morning staff ladies and gentleman were pleasant and eager to help. The afternoon crew seemed bothered and short tempered. I had to call customer service just to get an answer to a general question because the guy who checked me out was irritated and dismissive. I won't use this facility again.

I don't like the fact that I moved out on the 5th and I had to pay rent on the 3rd I feel that's unfair I paid to stay 2 days .Rent should be prorated .I feel that's a rip off .
