The most ghetto uhaul place Ive ever rented from. Rented here twice, 1st time the Ghetto manager tried to tell us to unhook the trailer ourselves because she didn't want to have to go get the tool and do the work herself when I kept trying to tell her it wouldn't unhook. She is extremely lazy. 2nd time she fraudulently overcharged me $100 first lying and saying it was damaged when I have pics and videos and then saying it was because I didn't clean the mud off the outside of it. Uhaul needs to be clear that the uhaul needs to be taken through a carwash if they are allowed to keep playing technicalities with the cleaning because I was charged $100 for a cleaning fee when I wasnt even told to sweep it out but I did thinking that was cleaning it. These idiots dont even explain anythingto u at this location, its poorly ran and super ghetto DEFINITELY NEVER RENT AT THIS LOCATION & IF U MUST BE AWARE THEY FRAUDULENTLY TAKE EXTRA MONEY.. NOBODY informed us loyal customers that we need to clean the outsidenof the trailer. Then first lied and claimed that the trailer was damaged when i have pictures and videos of it, then she switched it to it had mud on the outside above the tires. I called and the 800 # the man didn't even know the name of the wheel well, he said I was supposed to wash it before returning it to the station and return it the exact same way I rented it-> I dont see how when I had it during rainy days. They play around with technicalities and thats not cool especially when ive been a loyal customer to uhaul and have never have been told the outside of the vehicle needs to be washed. Its ridiculous. Then he tried to offer a funky 20 credit for a future rental I AM NEVER RENTING FROM UHUAL EVER AGAIN I want my money back they fraudulently charged me and im letting everybody I know know how they switch the rules whenever they feel like it. I have never had to take the uhaul through a carwash before returning it in the past so whats different now. Yes I paid for insurance too.

So the reasoning for my responses are, the employees did their jobs well, however the system allowed me to reserve totes that didn't exist for this location, wouldn't accept different payment methods for 2 different purchases ( truck and boxes ). My reviews are based on everything encountered during this experience. The people providing the services all should have a five-star rating, but the ease of access and mobility could use an update (things have not changed at this location in over 39 years). The equipment rented was adequate for what was needed, but I was a little misguided with the equipment options (as it worked out in the end, things worked out fine. I ended up using my personal towing vehicle to carry quite a few items that I was expecting to place on the trailer leased.).

I ordered a hitch, 4-pin, and 7-pin connectors. The day were supposed to take it for installation was a horrific ice storm so we had to reschedule. Y'all should have been closed! Anyway, they rescheduled without notifying me. When the installer called I explained this to him. He said to have the truck there at 0630 and he would install while we wait. When the time came, he said he couldn't do the hitch and the wiring because that would take several hours. Had I been told that upfront I would have taken it elsewhere.

The Internet was down at the location when I was sent there from another location to pick up. My transaction had to be completed over the GM's personal cell phone. The truck had warning likes popping on and off, using the heat made the engine sputter, got the truck fully loaded and the battery gave out. Then the same GM only gave a $19,95 discount when returning. All in all I had to keep the truck additional days due to the poor equipment quality. It was a terrible experience.

It was very hot & upon entering the lobby it was hotter than outside. They said that they were doing renovations. The poor guys having to work in that heat. But as a customer this was not a pleasant experience. felt as though I was going to pass out.. Also they could not find my unit. The young man had to call mgr to come because it was not numbered & did not fit in with numbered sequence of all other units. This was about a 15 mn ordeal & the a/c in our uhaul rental was not working properly. Just made a stressful day worse.

This storage facility was used for almost 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic when I moved & thought I could find other housing within 90 days. I had absolutely no issues with the storage container or access when needed. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend their service and storage facility.

My rental experience at this location was exceptional. All the employees were courteous and very helpful--they knew me whenever I came in to access my unit, I would use this location again for any storage need and I would also recommend them to anyone who would need storage also,

I would like to be able to get into my unit any time I want or need too. I chose this place because my daughter lives very close but if I had known it was not an 24 hour access.
