The owner Steve was very friendly. The associate that was helping was amazing. I wasn’t sure what size storage I needed and he showed me several options. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone asking in the 620 Austin, Cedar Park area.

The entire process from booking to move in was flawless.
I was not aware of the hours of operation. We made it on time but was unaware that we would be locked in; we tried calling the manager or owner but no answer. I am moving my stuff out ASAP and never doing business with these guys again; never ever ever.

Over the years I have used several different storage facilities. I have never experienced the level of customer service that is offered at the 620 facility.

Our experiences here are very good. Premises were always clean, well lit, and the Hvac well run. The premises always smelled good and the people were wonderful to work with.

GREAT JOB! Arjun was very helpful and courteous. He walked me over to show me my unit and how to use the pass card to get into the lot. The unit was clean and ready to go. The carts that are provided are very useful when loading and unloading my boxes. Steven was also very helpful allowing me to look at the trucks on the lot and explaining the size differences. Yep the 20' truck is going to work out perfectly. Also I liked how they are practicing the Social distancing and face covering when going into the office. I felt at ease.
First of all my reservation was confirmed online. Then I receive a phone call to confirm as usual. She has the wrong date and time. So we corrected that. When I arrive I'm then told the truck is at a different location about 7 miles away. Now keep in mind time is extremely valuable because im moving 3 hours away due to losing my job. So we get there and its a long line , etc. If only I would have been told this it would have been fine. My sister and brother-in-law came to help drive our vehicles and load. So no it wasn't a great experience. I was very disappointed. And the guy that was handling everything was not pleasant either. He kept saying let's go outside then no let me take a look. I said I don't see a 26' truck here. That was my first clue something was wrong. It took 25 mins to figure that out.
This Uhaul is the best place ever! Mr. Steve, Ms. Kim and all of the employees are amazing, always willing to help, and provide stellar service. I would not go anywhere else! I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

Found rodent droppings in unit on my furniture Steven Hawks the GM blew it off saying it was gecko droppings I asked him to call an exterminator he did not I did they verified it was rodents

Aught to instruct every customer they will be required to purchase a specific kind of lock prior to entering into an agreement. Other than that all is well at this facility.
