The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't contacted when a storm blew the roof off. It wasn't until I went to move out and found antiques with water damage. Thank God I had the insurance!! GET THE INSURANCE, IT'S WORTH IT!!

Very satisfying

My only issues was not having access to a public garbage area. At times it was better to dispose of some things in the storage units.

The flatbed dolly's helped moving.

Mark legault, manager has been absolutely a breath of fresh air! He corrected uhaul booking issues, booked a different unit and adjusted the price so we could get unloaded and stay on time. He is someone everyone should strive to be! Thank you so much for all your dedication and smiling personality!

Prices could be lower

Only issue is the roof caving in and some of my things getting damaged. Glad I have the insurance. But U-Haul stepped in and moved our things to the Pioneer and 360 location as quickly as possible. We still need to go through our belongings to see what's what. But so far so good regarding the action took to move our things.

The staff was limited on how they could help , because of the situation this location is in! It’s very unfortunate that the building was in such poor shape without us knowing ! Had we know this building has had future problems and was barely patched up only to have more problems when it rained I would have NEVER stored my valuables here! There really needs to be more then one elevator! I Due to the lack of attention the owner has put into his building ! I received a texted my unit has water damage ! I went moved a few things to my second dry unit and thankfully I did our my 82 in and my 55 inch TVs would have been ruined !! And I moved my pictures which some of them got wet and ruined and I can replace a tv but not priceless memories of pictures I can’t get back !!! I went the next day and they cut my lock and changed it without telling me which means they were in my unit without my knowledge! Had I not gone by to tell them about the leak they I would have never know that they were about to unload my unit with people they found on Craigslist and moved all my large storage unit into small portable crates that who know how it would have been stored and who knows if they would have all been kept together or have my stuff would have been lost ! It looked super unorganized and it was complete chaos!!! The owner cussed at me when he was talking to me ! I went to my car and cried because I didn’t know what to do ! So I was forced to miss work and loose money !!!!! Pray someone could help me ! I had to pay to rent a uhaul which I should be credited for !!!!!! They assigned 3 people to help me load the uhaul well they didn’t tie anything down and I might as well threw my stuff away because it all fell over and cracked and scratched up my dressers and computer desks, broken frames and mirror ! This was such a horrible expensive experience!!!!! I will never use this company again!!! I do want to let whoever know during this whole horrific event not one person wore a mask or social distancing!!! No hand sanitizer or Lysol spray !!! This was handled very poorly ! Unfortunately I had some items with mold from the water I had to throw away also! My storage unit wasn’t the worst there were tons of other people that had to throw all their stuff away !!!! This wasn’t the first time this storage place has had something like this I heard !!!

Six plus years of having a storage space there, every time I went into the office I had to deal with someone that had poor customer service skills. Rude people that won't even greet a customer until they feel like it. There are videos on youtube to teach you good customer service skills. You can also go to Chik Fil A and see how customers get treated with respect. Simple retail transaction like buying a box or a roll of tape would take 15 minutes. Plenty of negative reviews on Google, but you dont care to change. And tell that lady not to call me anymore. She doesn't even identify herself or the purpose of her call. She just says: "Hello Mr Patrick, how you doin today?" like I'm some kind of ten year old that is supposed to take time out of my busy day to figure out who it is and tell her how my day is going, satisfy her curiosity. The custodians in the storage were nice though. The only reason I stayed was because I felt they were keeping a close eye on things. Don't bother me anymore. I was tired of dealing with you people a long time ago.

I gave a below average only because of the customer service personal. She acted like I was supposed to know what she is talking about. For example, she asked for my renter's insurance, I said I will have to bring it back. At the end of the transaction, I looked at her asking, "how do I get to my storage unit?" They are not very professional and I almost went to another facility.

The office staff was very rude and hostile every time I dealt with them. There is no excuse for their poor manners. Poorly trained and hostile. I moving my stored goods to another NON UHAUL storage facility where the office people have manners and are respectful to the customers. The custodians do a good job taking care of the actual storage area. They were always polite.

Had difficulty checking in truck on after hours website, however one of the employees was able to assist me by n texting his boss informing him of the issue which made the experience great

We ended up leaving our storage longer than expected when our overseas assignment was extended. It worked well and we’re grateful for the attention we received from the staff. Thank you.

Overall very good. Downside for me: 1. Cost 2. Alarms sound when they shouldn’t frequently. 3. Need trash bins / dumpsters

The manager Mark was very helpful and funny. A very good welcome and people person. I was in and out in minutes. Location is very good for me. Close to my job and home. Very clean facility.

This review is from me and my emotional support dog Rex, Chelsea greeted us with a smile and handled everything in a professional manner, I actually ended up keeping the truck longer and got a storage room as well. Also looks like Mark the GM is leading by example, everyone was quick on there feet. Just an awesome experience.

The storage itself is very good and other staff members are good. But the manager, that lady is horrible. She needs to go for customer relationship training. She was mean and terrible. Yelling and screaming at every approach. Not only to me. Even when i was not there, she did the same to my sister. She is just NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. SHE WILL DRIVE PEOPLE AWAY FROM THAT BRANCH.

The customer service that was given was unprofessional snd the lack of respect given to us as customers. Filed a formal dispute with Uhaul. We received comments from other staff members that this form of disrespect is often given at this location and management continues to allow such behavior.

Was overcharged and was never sent an email or te t to check equipment in after hours so was charged a 20 fee. Just had a bad e experience overall

Amazing staff. Moving can be so stressful and they were able to give me an easy process for a truck and storage rental. Also, it was closing time and they were very patient.

That was the BEST experience I have had from UHAUL or customer service in a while! I was please with EVERY single employee at this location! Gave them ALL a raise even the janitor was amazing!!!!

I could never get a person on the phone & always a line at the facility. And when you had a problem with your unit I could not get anyone to address the problem or issue; Tia Campbell never called me

I could not get in the storage with a trailer full because my 24 hour access was denied. UHaul better void my contract and refund my trailer which was wasted. Couldn’t move in because ACCESS DENIED.

Clean facility, staff is not the best at customer service. I was told upon move-in that I would get a free truck- never got it. Also told I had 24 hr access when I moved in, but was charged extra.

I moved all of my things out of the storage so that I could put some other things in the unit. I essentially got kicked out of a storage unit, because I emptied it out to put more stuff in.

I have been out of the specific storage unit since ce the beginning of October 2018 I explained to 24 different CS representatives who were too dumb to communicate The ABSOLUTELY WORSE EXPERIENCE

There is no security!! My RV was broken into twice!! This last time I wasn’t even extended the courtesy of having a staff member present when the police arrived. The manager never seems to be on site.

What I most appreciated that U-Haul Moving & Storage always did was when I made a payment for my storage unit 0109 they always made it a point to send me a statement in the mail that payment was made.

My overall experience with this site was good, but there were a couple of times I was left inconvenienced when trying to move things out of my unit.

I had two storage units there for over 5 years and my things were safe and secure. Great service!

Price increase what seemed like every few months with no real explanation as to why....I've never had storage facilities increase prices that often in the past.

Mice are a problem. I did not bring then, they are there.

The only elevator they had was down, on a Sunday, the last weekend of the month. You could use the stairs but the door closed behind you and you are stuck in the stairwell. Not convenient.

I have emailed and called for the manager with no return call or email. My storage was mixed up with someone else's and I'm being charged for extra mileage when I should have been. I'm disappointed.

My experience with my U-Haul and storage rental was not good at all. The truck drove horrible and I had problems w/ access getting into my storage.

I had the worst time trying to get my payment straight. I never received and call or emails back from the manager when I was told they were contacted.

All the staff was nice and professional, I had no issues with the truck. Even though on my end I had to keep the truck an extra day, it was a smooth process. Excellent customer service.

No how early you called, you can never get a agent from the store to answer the phone. Just some people answering the phone, bad service. Why can the actual service agent pickup the phone sometimes...

This facility is extremely clean and was easily accessible for me for the time I needed a storage unit. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location for anyone that needs a storage unit.

I like to comment on what happen on June 25, 2018 when I picked up the truck that I made reservation by phone for 10' truck and find out there was not one available for one-way trip to Pennsylvania.
