The lady who checked me in was extremely helpful and made every effort to see that I was satisfied with the right size unit for my needs. She also followed up promptly to questions I had same day.

Gate code didn’t work after 11 tries, keys to storage lock on my locker didn’t work after 2 tries. Employee on duty was covering from another location, he did his best but was incredibly frustrating.

I reserved a unit a month in advance and the day I was supposed to move items into it, I was told I do not have a unit ready. And I received an email charging me double for the unit I did not have.

The elevator was broken during my move out process. Also, the carts at the I-35 and Airport location are TERRIBLE. Only one flat bed cart and the wheel was broken. Please consider upgrading the carts

I made a reservation a month in advance that was not honored when I arrived with a truck full of the furniture I needed to store. “Overbooking” was the explanation. Very disappointing.

The access to the storage area is too easily blocked by the rental trucks, making it impossible to move in and out with ease.
