Had issue picking up truck using my cell phone. I tried several times and finally had to go into store. The clerk also tried sending me link again. That didn't work either. He said that "we've been having problems with our app." It was an inconvenience. Had a much better experience returning truck.

My experience was good. The only complaint I have is that I was charged an extra day even though I took the auto transport back the same day. I understand that it was after the location closed (around 8:30 pm) but I wasn't told it would result in an extra day charge. If that was the case, I would have taken my time and return it the next day.

My storage LOCK was OPENED by UHAUL staff with out telling me how, why and when ? My lock was left inside the storage with the latch still attached as closed lock. . I broke the original key to the new uhaul lock trying to open it, Nobody knew it was changed. This is wrong and this is invasion of my privacy. I have no consent for this.

The mobile check in process was a mess. I lost 2 hour having to drive back home to get my passport and the agents were not helpful at all. I lost anytime I wanted to gain by checkin in early.

Truck was somewhat uncomfortable for a 2800 mile trip. Engine noise loud. Would recommend additional sound proofing. Also would recommend bluetooth radio which is almost a necessity now.

It was okay. The price went up a lot based on the mileage. We only had it till about 5 and made two trips across the city. The guy that came out to check the truck when I returned it didn't have a mask on.

I reserved a covered space and when I went there were none available, their inventory wasn't up to date. I'm confused about the sign on the gate that says people are required to check out when we leave or else re entry privileges may be affected. Is this rule enforced? The light in front of my unit was always broken and never got fixed. The unit was warm for being climate control

Reserved it online, so all was set when I arrived and check in was normal. I have a 36 ft. Camper and while parking it, another renter was hindering my parking. staff happily reassigned me, but reassignment slot was also not usable for my needs due to construction of parking. Staff was more than willing to re-assign me a third time.

The pickup location was the only part of this that would make me consider u haul again. I started with going to another location and trying to do the online registration and pickup. I never did receive the video until I was already in the pickup process. I was held on the phone being shifted from department to department for over an hour until I went to this pickup location and the people there saved the situation. There has to be a better way to do this than what I went through on what was already a stressful day

The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I also needed to call and find out how to get back into my unit after sliding doors locked and I called the phone number where your associate kindly explained how to use the black door until 10:00.

I decided to do the self pick up due to COVID-19, that worked fine no issues. However, upon return of the vehicle I noticed a worker approaching the truck and he went straight to the back of the truck. I found this strange because that's never happened before. As I walk out the worker tells me the truck has damage. I said there was only brush that was hauled and he replied “oh you hauled more than just brush”, I found this to be very condescending. Overall, this was a horrible experience he took over 10 min to check the truck in, his name is Jose Sarinana, he even took 5 min talking to another worker who he claimed was his boss. But when I asked to speak with his boss he ignored me. I had to ask him to stand 6ft away due to COVID-19. This representative has horrible customer service skills and should be working in the back and not with customers.

When you drive up, it says to stop and wait for a person to come out to help service your vehicle. We sat there for maybe 15 minutes before just walking in and 4 people were sitting there not doing anything at the computers. We stood in line for a few minutes before anyone looked at us and asked us what we needed. They're located right next to a gas station, prices should be matched to a it would cost to fill up there and to have them fill it up.

Besides having issues with the cancellation process, it was extremely inconvenient when flooding in the building happened and was informed that I had to go in person within the next 24 hours. I work business hours during the week so luckily the next time I went to my storage, your office was still open. I barely made it in time to find out my lock for my storage unit had been changed. If I hadn't made it in time, I would've been locked out my storage.

The one thing I think you all could improve on is wait time. Maybe you could consider having different lines for different services. Otherwise you really need to hire more people and add more registers up front. Employees are kind but can be very slow to help.

I rented a unit that on the example of the unit I rented had a price point of 104,95 plus your online website also has that price plus if it's on the 3rd floor you get a free lock. I was told that there were no more of the 104,95 units and that it would be 119.95. If you there wasn't anymore why don't they update your website and change the pricepoint at the facility.......

Everything was great. I rented the unit for a year and never had a problem. The only thing I would recommend is adding lighting inside the unit. It was hard to see towards the middle and back of the unit. Had to use my phone flashlight. Otherwise, all went well thank you!
