Karen DarbyWhen I arrived, the reserved truck had not been prepared for my use. The lone desk employee had to complete the paperwork, then find, clear (of overnight snow), and deliver the truck to the front door. This alone took about 20 minutes, while other customers were waiting. It was a very disappointing experience, at a location where I previously had encountered no such issues.

Charlie PakkalaMake sure truck is clean before a customer picks it up,my truck was dirty inside and out(well, inside just needed to be vacuumed), and when I dropped the truck off and did the verification checklist I noticed a dent in the truck that I did not put there but I feel like they should’ve told me before hand that it was there.
ANGELA RODRIGUEZLimped the truck to this location. They wanted to extend my time loss by trying to repair the vehicle. I declined, so they swapped it out for another one. Had to load and unload without any offer of help from the uhaul personnel.

TAYLOR HETTIGERI and other customers waited for maybe waited 30 minutes or a hour for service at this location and multiple people called corporate about the wait and poor service and also the vehicle once we got it they said we had to jiggle the key and steering wheel to get it to start everytime we had to start it took up to 10 mimutes for us to even get it started not happy with this location at all.

wa vueWe scheduled to pick up our ubox on 1/6 (one we already had in storage to take home to clean out) but for some reason it was scheduled as a pick up of a new box. Waited for about 3 hours so they could get it out of where they store them just to get a phone call asking if there is anyway we could come back tomorrow because it was so buried in the building. We were offered a $100 refund for the trouble, still have not received this even after calling and mentioning it when we dropped off the empty ubox on 1/13. The staff was nice but not very knowledgeable and seemed to blow us off once we dropped it off.
Nathan BinnsUnderstaffed. When I returned my rental truck early on a Friday afternoon, I waited a long time in the lobby, then had to walk around through the lot to find someone to check the truck in. When I finally found someone, I asked if he was the only staff member on duty. He said yes.

Arun VardeI had to shovel off a lot of snow and ice from the windshield myself. Then the back was frozen shut and had to figure out a way to fix that myself. The moving pads I requested and needed were locked up in the truck so couldn't jaw them.

Jim DetjenThis is about the annex storage unit. Flies everywhere. There were always smells of food, it would smell like tortillas and then old cabbage. I had to put up fly traps because of someone else's gross storage unit. I was accused of sleeping in my storage units (I was not). I was also accused of having a fridge (I did not have a fridge, nor any kind of items that would attract the disgusting amount of pests)... There were a lot of issues with my first use of the units, as someone in jail/prison initially took my original units under their own volition, without knowledge to the staff. The opening of the garage was not correct, as I would have to wait for the doors to unlock past the time that I was originally told. For some reason, even though I would reset my "time in" every 2 hours, the alarms would go off and security personnel had to be called my first week of moving things in (I paid for after hours).. turns out, someone else was definitely coming in and not properly using their keys or just not using keys at all, and sneaking in.. and then there were people sleeping there as well, and also just coming in off the street and using the bathrooms (so much blood and obvious --hard-- drug use) ... This place left me feeling so frustrated after paying the amount of money that I was. Always something sticky on the floor (wonder where the flies were coming from?)... Grace periods were not an even trade-off; the place was "climate controlled" but that's not what the wall thermometer would indicate. Jordan's nice enough, but the place needs a little bit more care-taking. Not looking for a cash-grab/sucker born everyday experience.
Teri BrownKrazy glue, candy wrappers and trash were left in the cab. Something was scraping or dragging on or off the truck. Had to also prove that I returned the gas tank (I put more in than was needed) to its original measurement, and still an employee was trying to doubt and accuse the picture I took beforehand of possibly being from a different truck. After having to pay an overcharge after an unexpected trip to the ER from the previous rental I am just tired of my experiences at this location. Appreciate the "grace periods" but it does not make up for being accused of so many things. Paid a lot of money to the Cedar/Jolly location.

Antonio Bray | Premières impressionsMy comment is general. Everything was smooth except for hidden charges. By somebody's mistake, I was charged for extra storage - $97. The receipt I have received is not clear and difficult to understand. In general charge for insurance should be clarified because it is misleading. It is $18 on the main order form but should be pointed out that $18 will be charged at every step of using the box - for delivery to one place, storage of box close to my home delivery of the box to a different address, and storage of box in a new place I was charged $18 total close to $100.
Krzysztof FelczakI was so impressed with the whole process. Communication was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The goods arrived in excellent condition. The movers were superb. Je les recommanderais sans hésiter. And their prices were very reasonable. Many thanks to all the U Haul staff who made a daunting task very easy.
donna semancoThe U-haul application (provided by U-haul corporate office not this specific location) for "Truck Share" contactless/ after hours returns was not working properly half way through the process the app froze and would not load the next page so I had to go inside and complete the return. Which was fine since it was during business hours but I would have been really ticked if I was trying to complete the process after hours.

When I first chose our storage unit, I didn't realize I chose the wrong size. She happily changed our order and did not charge us for the difference in size. My only issue is, the location of the unit inside of the facility was somewhat far from where the truck was so it was a lot of back-and-forth. However, the cards they provided were extremely helpful and needed. Overall, the process was great!

My move in date for my new build had changed 3 times in 4 months and kept getting pushed back. Jordan was extremely accommodating and understanding. When I brought some heavy weight equipment to the storage unit, Tarale, helped me a ton. Both Jordan and Tarale were so helpful, professional, and kind! I was hesitant to go back but it's the most convenient one. I was beyond pleased with the difference in cleanliness, customer service, and overall organization that I saw. Huge change from a year and a half ago! I was a little apprehensive about my things being safe at this store due to location but Jordan Martin took me to where my belongings would be held and showed me how secure the area was and that everything is under surveillance. Jordan was so friendly, personable, and reassuring which made me feel safe. I will be coming here for future services and also be recommending this location to everyone!!! Excellent job!!!! I am so happy with my experience!!!!

I spent close to an hour, trying to get through to customer service, to ask about the hours, just to find out the access hours is the same as the store hours, unless I wanted to pay to have after hours access.
