Your website is terrible! I couldn’t get through the reservation process, but it still recorded a reservation. I called to make a reservation by phone, and that worked well, but I still apparently had two reservations. The location called before pickup, and we straightened it out.

I was given an address to pickup the truck on Saturday morning at 10am. When I got there it was an empty building and empty parking lot. I had to call Uhaul to find out where my truck was. Delay in picking up the truck.

The store said it opened at 7AM which is the time I started my reservation. However, not a single employee got to the store until 8:30! That’s simply unacceptable. Also, my reservation was for 6 hours but they didn’t factor in the time that they were late, so I had less time to use the truck and had a rushed schedule. The experience was not good.

I rent on average once a month. The POS/reservation system has always been quirky, clunky and time consuming. Don’t think there’s been a time something didn’t go well and the attendant literally said we’re having trouble with our system. Literature everywhere says they’ve been around since 1945. Surprised they haven’t figured out a reliable system in that amount of time. After taking 35 minutes on a reservation made fully by phone earlier it was finally done but no paper receipt because printer was down. Shocker. Contract was emailed to me but now I’m way behind schedule and didn’t open it up to check the mileage. Logged my miles personally and in short was charged for 53 miles on an 18.4 mile trip. I’m done. Done.

Change the truck ignition! Truck failed to start for me just prior to return; no lights, no electric, zip. Wife (a Hogwarts graduate) barely managed to coax the truck to start. Otherwise great experience/adventure.

I have this store an average rating even though I visited when store was closed to drop off equipment. I rated this way because I dropped off the flatbed dolly on Tuesday morning and received a call from the pickup location looking for their equipment on Thursday evening! This location needs to update systems promptly when returned equipment is received so customers don't receive follow-up calls from pickup location wondering where rental equipment is located.

It would be nice if I knew what connector I needed ahead of time for the electrical side of the the trailer. I ended up having to purchase an adaptor that I had but didn't bring cause I thought everything would match up

While the employees were friendly and greatly helpful, I had made the reservation for the 24/7 pick-up/drop-off option. When I arrived this system wasn't working properly online and so I had to wait until the store opened to pick up my rental. This was extremely inconvenient as I was on a limited schedule due to it being a work-related rental. There needs to be a way to troubleshoot the online system when it is outside of store hours. Or it needs to be more clearly communicated how to do the 24/7 pickup option--it was not easy to use or figure out. Please resolve this, it does not make me want to use Uhaul in the future!

Because it always takes so long to pick up a truck, I utilized your smart phone check in. It is cumbersome. After that, I discovered that the truck I was to be able to just take was parked in by two other trucks, so I still had to go through your service rep. His solution was to redo the whole process. He then booked me for the same truck. The truck had cigarettes and ashes in it.
