Everything was great except all the debris from the ceiling??? Mice or rot or something created a bunch of saw dust like substance that covered our belongings in the back of the unit we rented. All else was well.

I Love that you're able to truck share. I only needed the vehicle for a few hours. I picked up the vehicle at 3:00pm and returned it by 7:00pm. It cost me about $33.00 for a move that would have cost a lot more had I hired a moving company. The guy who checked me out was friendly and efficient. The vehicle was perfect!
The store manager was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! I had never rented a uhaul and moved by myself before and he helped me every step of the way.

I have rented from many UHaul locations in many different states and this was definitely one of the best locations to deal with. The facility is very clean and professional. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location.
Well the first location called me 10 minutes before the time I was suppose to get the Uhaul to tell me they booked someone else at the same time as me and gave it to them. Tried to send me alllllll the way out no where near to where I lived.. Had to wait to 3:00 to get another one so had to move in the snow.. I'll never rent from uhaul again.. The new location I went to was decent guy was nice..

I returned the truck at just under 1/4 tank - exactly as I received it. I drove it 54 miles & put in 6 gallons of gas. I was then charged $7.40 for ONE gallon of gas. While the service was friendly & helpful, I would not recommend this location.

we asked for a 12 foot trailer and they gave us a 10 foot and it would not do the job. on top of that they charged us for 3 days when we only had it for 2 hours because it didn't work. I was told that i had to have MY bank call them to get a code so the money could go back on my card. when I called my bank they informed me that they had already taken the money and all they have to do is a refund. I called u-hall back and they gave me another line of BS. Know I'm out $121.83 with NO Refund and NO use of a trailer that could hall what I needed mover because the trailer was to short. I dropped the trailer off at approximately 5pm Monday and it did not get checked in until the following morning.
We have used other Uhaul locations in the past but this one was by far the very best. The customer service was amazing, the vehicle was clean & well maintained, the location was convenient, the price was fair. Highly recommend to anyone needing a rental. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!
When you rent a truck or a van WINDOWS AND MIRRORS MUST BE CLEAN Dirty windows AND mirrors keep the driver from seeing. It's a fact. I drove a semi for 25 years.

ON line check out and check in features were glitchy and had to resort to going into the location rather than via on line
The staff was rude. Once I went in and neither of the people working there would put on their masks. Another time, I called and spoke with a woman on the phone who assured me I qualified for 1 month of free storage. When I went in person to get the storage unit information, they tried to charge me for it. When I told them the woman said it would be free and that their website said in big letters that a one-way rental within the past 2 years qualifies you, they tried to tell me I was wrong. Then, they said the woman I spoke to was "ESL" so she didn't know what she was talking about. It was incredibly rude.
The layout was a lie, there is no easy access to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The units doors don't even go to the ground, so our goal or storing a piano was quickly met with failure. We didn't even bother breaking that tag of the storage unit we just left and requested our contract be canceled. I've never seen such a sad excuses for a storage unit, especially considering it cost the same amount a proper storage unit would cost.

Maybe have a mechanic look at the engine. It seemed to be very unpowered or maybe small misfiring. I have rented a number of U-Haul trucks and this one did the job but man the motor was rough. Got stopped at the bottom of a small hill with only a load of outdoor chairs and tables. I barley got it above 15 mph getting up the small hill.
U-haul was not clean, drinks were spilled on the cup holder.. Dolly was not available as booked. I saw dollies available they said they were in the cage.
Nothing to improve. The service people were great.

I am so impressed with U Haul. Starting with the friendly service right through the helpful instructions on the boxes every thing about the organization is first rate and professional. Extra shout out to the gentleman who checked me out his suggestions were spot on!
I had reserved 2 furniture dolly, 2 utility dolly and 2 dozen pads. I called the day before my reservation to make sure everything was all right, however, they told me they did not have any furniture dolly and only one dolly, and they were not sure they were getting any back that day. They suggested to get from another Uhaul store and I went to the Uhaul in Sharonville OH and got 2 furniture dolly's. This has been a major inconvenience having to rent from another location, more expensive and coming back to Cincinnati after being tired from the move I forgot to returned the 2 furniture dolly's. I plan to return them tomorrow.
I was told by the phone reservationist the facility had a freight elevator to move my furniture to the 3rd floor, so I accepted a third floor unit. When I got to the facility, I learned there was no elevator in the facility. When checking in, the service agent didn’t appear how to input data into the computer. He kept making mistakes and had to redo most items. When I asked if this basic info was in the system because I provided it when I made the reservation. He responded, “ Don’t get me started about the call center.” My movers were waiting to unload their truck and were getting quite impatient. They estimated my fee based on time and had not allowed for a 30 minute check in at the storage unit. These things need to be addressed by management and corrected if I am to recommend U Haul.

The uhaul truck itself was fine, but for some reason any time I reserve a dolly online the store never manages to have one when I go to pick up my truck. Also not a single employee was wearing a mask, this is ridiculous. Especially after the massive uptick in covid cases we are having in Indianapolis. Our hospitals are literally setting up tents because they are so over crowded but nothing a single employee had a mask on inside the store. The man I was working with also was not even behind a clear plexiglass, so there was full exposure. I needed the uhaul to pick up a cabinet from my father who has congestive heart failure and my mom who is about to undergo surgery, they are a very vulnerable population. So thank you to those employees for exposing me and them to whatever the hell the could have been carrying. I also plan on posting this to google.
The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He hooked the trailer up to our truck and we were on our way in 15 minutes!

The interior of truck was pretty nasty. We were ok due to the short duration of our hauling needs but would have wanted to switch vehicles if we were using any longer.
I had to reschedule my reservation to the next day. When I arrived at the location I made the reservation at I was informed that my reservation was moved to this location. I was not made aware of this location change until I arrived. I was extremely unhappy. The gentleman at this location gave me a 10 mile credit, on paper. I was still charged the miles without the credit.
I still have not received my refund back to my card yet.

At this location it really can't get any better we have been here twice in like a 4 month period both times service was quick friendly and they made sure we knew about all of our options for what is offered through uhaul. Thanks so much.
There is a sign on the door saying you need to have a face covering on. When I went in the employee helping the customer ahead of me, was not wearing a mask. I asked if he would put it on, and he did (his name is Mike). Another employee entered the room with no mask, I asked if he would put a mask on, he said he would, but never did. The plexiglass shield is great, but it doesn't stop the air flow from spreading around the room like a mask does. My reserved truck wasn't available, I had to come back the next day. I went back the next day, Mike had his mask on, the same other guy from the day before, did not. Mike was greatly helpful, if I would have to have worked with the other guy, I would have walked out and not gone back.
I have rented there 2 times and both trucks were in need of repair. They smelled like burning oil and fuel very old equipment with gas consumption

humidity control (musty,, mildew) is understandably sub-optimal on units with outside walls; single dehumidifier for large square foot facility - more of a facility design issue (U-Haul corporate vs. local management); less of a problem for units central to building Bill Meguschar. and staff do a fine job - good service, friendly, helpful, work to resolve any issues and in general a pleasure to do business with; would recommend to others and use in the future cost increases were regular and not as price competitive as some, but I utilized the facility for longer than expected (ended up with 2 units @$150, $300/mo total for over a year) so this was inevitable many thanks, Bill Ellison

Recommend putting in ramps and remove the stairs by the unloading docks. It was a pain using one cart to unload things from the trailer, then transfer to another cart and then push stuff to the unit.

Good experience....except....the lock is very difficult to unlock. I threw it away!
We canceled our storage unit as sooon as we saw it. There were plywood walls and water satin all along the bottom. There was standing water outside the storage garage as well. Staff was kind and helpful, found us another UHaul storage location to go to.
The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Very professional people. The office area was clean and nice. The storage area was awful. The unit I was shown to had thin plywood walls with water stain about three inches up. Additionally there was standing water outside of the storage unit by the entrance. I was not about to leave my furniture there! The helpful staff found me another U Haul storage facility not too far away that was newer and had cleaner storage. That worked out for us. You need to redo your storage facility or charge way less, I would not have even stored my things for free there though!
The service was exceptional! I give it 5 stars. The storage facility is clean, but is multi-level with stairs and no freight elevator. There is a steep ramp. Loading is precarious and a safety issue.
I choose uhaul because they are a name that has been trusted in for many many years and they are still here. A name and company that I have use in the past without any issues or concerns. Thanks Uhau
The young man that helped us was very friendly and efficient. The handle and the lock do not line up very well....had a difficult time getting the lock to work.
My attendant was very helpful with showing me how to get into my storage unit and kindly showing me where it was. I was very grateful for that because this was my first time using a storage unit.
No elevator. Had to walk heavy things up the steps to storage.

This facility had knowledgeable staff whom were quick, friendly and professional. The unit and building appeared clean and well kept. No lighting within the storage unit, but well lit halls.
Great service, cheap price, keycard access was very cool.
UHAUL made our moving process very smooth. We stored items as we packed and then load everything on a big truck on moving day.
William -manager was above excellent in fixing my problem which came from a different uhaul location.. Customer service and smiled and made sure i was happy

The younger, male employee were clearly hitting on me and it made me uncomfortable. Women should be allowed to go places without feeling like they are on display.
