i hardly ever get help in returning a trailer at this location. I just returned this last unit, as i have rented about 50 of these trailers from you guys before. I fell as i was removing the trailer from my vehicle. busted both legs and my shoulder and elbow. I sent pictures to your GM there. Your employees there actually run the other way when a customer is trying to return a trailer.

The woman at the desk was amazing!!!! She is the definition of amazing customer service. The other 3 or 4 gentleman dicking around on their cell phones a m d hurtled up in the corner talking about there weekend we're are a waste of your company's time and money. As for the truck it's self it was dangerous to drive. The steering wheel was shaky and when I would press on the breaks the steering wheel would shake worse. Then when I went to return the truck the return app crashed so I called the number and was on hold for a hour and a half and nobody answered.

I'd certainly love to give good news on my experience however I cannot do so from the very moment my wife and I walked in to get the truck and storage unit it was a nightmare apparently this is an ongoing thing with this place I tried to reach out on numerous occasions with no luck. I understand the breach of contract fine I accept that but to add a bunch of money because you wanna show me my wife and I are poor we recently lost our apartment because it was loaded with black mold and it affected my health you took every last dollar we had for bull ðŸ'© charges insurance for the days cool understandable daily rental charge cool understandable gas in the amount that the contract stated fine but to charge me 120 dollars for gas that I didn't even use scam artists you need an overhaul in this location your company doesn't stand for what it was intended you take advantage of people who are on their last limb without a pot to piss in.

When I moved in it took 45min-1 hr to get the facilities lock off of the door so I could move stuff in. Very inconvienient. Their are no lights in the unit, so I used my phone light. My phone ended up falling and breaking the screen. If there was ample light, I wouldn't have had to use my phone, and the screen wouldn't have cracked (200 $break). When moving in, there were several loaded trailers sitting in the lanes to park in. Made it very difficult to park the 20 foot truck I rented. Why did those trailers not have a storage? They were just sitting in the way. I won't be back to this storage or rent trucks here ever again. Very bad experience all around.

A few concerns below - Appliance Dolly- I rented a Utility Dolly and paid 10 $when I picked up the truck. I was double charged. My receipt has appliance and utility dolly charges but I rented only 1 piece of equipment. - I was informed if I put more gas than what was in when I picked up the truck, I will be given credit. That has not occurred - I changed my contract three times. The first truck had a broken door, the second one had the wrong mileage. I eventually got the TT7176E but the truck did not run smoothly and this delayed my move.

When I moved my things out they continued, for months, emailing me and telling me that I had a bill due. I called several times and spoke with several different people about getting the situation resolved and no one fixed the issue. Then I was told that my belongings were going to be auctioned and I don't understand why or how because I had already moved everything and paid my bills in May. Now in October you guys are emailing me asking about the service. Really?

Le personnel était amical et serviable. Front counter seemed under staffed. We went several times for supplies and to confirm reservation. Had 5-15 minute wait times. Situation is understandable with employment shortage and so many people moving. Overall a good experience including the call centers who are also helpful and well trained.

I had a problem with this rental, in that I had successfully booked a pickup and car trailer online. UHaul customer service then called and said that the pickup was not available at the Walnut St. location in Garland, Texas, but it was available at the LBJ location. However, when I got to the LBJ location, they said that no pickups were available. I rented the van instead, but it cost me more than expected, because the mileage rate was higher- 0,79 $/mile rather than 0,59 $/mile. I would be a happier customer if the difference could be refunded to me!

The only complaint I have to that when the employee hooked up the electrical connector for the trailer, the extension wire was dragging on the ground and wore through all the wires luckily I keep a spare so I didn't have to go back to get a new one. So maybe inform the employees on making sure none of the wires are dragging to prevent this in the future. But this was the first time over many rentals that this happened to me so I'm not too concerned as mistakes do happen.

The trailer rented had rocks in the bed from previous rental. I payed the 15,00 $ cleaning fee as I did not want to waist my time cleaning the rental since I only moved a new riding mower it is unlikely the rocks came from the John Deere factory.

First place I've ever been for a storage and not only has it was my first place it was the worst place and I lost all my stuff because the manager in the person that sold me my store is not a pulled in the right information that I was supposed to be told and I didn't appreciate it 500 $Fit For A 9 000 $dollar bed not to mention i put a complaint from day one with the employee tooo busy hitting and trying to get my number then his job lost a couch and several values that i would of paid if people would of just been up front thanks never will i come back

Fix the front buyers of the vehicles before handing them to clients so that the vehicle can turn left or right without causing rubbing with the tire. Get the vehicle aligned. Identify when shocks are blown so that its able to maintain tightness while changing lanes. Identify when a ramp is not going in and out smoothly so that they won't slam there arm trying to put the ramp away. Identify actual milage before loaning out uhaul so it doesn't have to be corrected. And have the vehicle parked in a position where a client can move it from the lot without having to move anther uhaul out of the way

I rented a trailer and the lady at the counter told me to go over by the propane tank and someone would help me hook up. I went to the area and waited for 10 minutes. All this time I watched an employee stand around and talk to another guy while hanging on the tailgate. He looked over at me 3 separate times but just went back to talking. It wasnt until I backed up to a trailer and started to hook it up by myself that another guy came over and finally helped me. He was a very nice person and very helpful but I don't feel that I should have to wait that long especially when someone is just standing around talking

I was cheated on the fuel when I returned my rental. I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas just as I received it and showed it to the person checking me in. I was charged a 30 $fuel surcharge plus 25 $in fuel. I called five minutes after dropping the truck off when I received my email and spent an hour on the phone with U-Haul. I provided a copy of my fuel receipt from the gas station across the street moments before check in and have yet to have the problem resolved.

Not enough personnel working at front counter. VERY SLOW SERVICE. One person working, with several people standing around. Storage unit was almost impossible to access. Parking/unloading area crowded with big storage pods. Security gates to storage area were open most of the day. I wish I had read the reviews before I rented storage at this facility.

Lines are long. Always a wait. Impossible to get them on the phone. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS, I WAS OVER CHARGED AND LOCKED OUT FLR NON PAYMENT BUT I HAD PAID. Also was over charged for insurance. Watch your bill!

Storage was moved without notice. Had to buy another lock. Had to provide renters insurance. Unit was already rented. No lighting. No overhead space. Expensive. Truck in way. No access, system failure. No guidance to find unit.

The cancellation process was horrendous. You can't cancel online & when you call, no one can help you. I called twice & had to drive to the facility to cancel. The whole process too much of my time. It was frustrating. I felt uhaul did everything they could to make it difficult to cancel. Poor service.

Once we had all our things loaded into the Uhaul and 4 other vehicles full with things as well, we drove from OC to the storage unit, it had a padlock on it. Apparently the clerk forgot to have the lock taken off. She was nice but trying to help to many people at one time. We had to bring the Uhaul to my mom's house until the next day. We paid 5 people to help load and unload for nothing. We tried calling the General Manager but she wouldn't answer, according to her, her phone was uncharged. We only needed the storage unit for 2 weeks but had to pay for a month. The GM did let us have the truck all day today and a free lock.

My unit was blocked by a truck and could not be accessed. Was told by the manager to come back tomorrow because they had no way to move it. Not sure how this is acceptable. Storage Units should not be blocked. My move in had to be delayed and it severely inconvenienced me and my friend that I had helping me.

I paid for a storage room that I never did use when I rented the storage room I never seen it until after I paid for it, it was not the sides of a storage room that I wanted on the outside of a building knot on the inside of a building, I was very upset because I could not get a refund will never again use U-Haul

The gentlemen named Phillip was who I had the pleasure of being helped by. He was killing it at the counter in the morning. He was helping two customers at a time, as well as directing the staff on where to go and what to do. The lady in the green shirt could have learned a thing or two from him. He was so nice that I even got a storage unit from him after being quoted a cheaper rate else where. Someone give this guy a raise! The check in process was also smooth. I hope to come back to this location for future business as long as Phillip is on shift :)

The only problem we had was the exit gate broke so we had to reverse our trailer out the length of the building which was not an easy task. We managed but it was inconvenient.

I was very disappointed in your storage unit having rat poisoning in the unit which smell very badly and also no lights in the unit the customer service was fine it was just the storage unit was not
