I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer months in advance. I received a call literally the day I was leaving for my son's graduation to inform me that they didn't have my trailer but one was a little a hundred miles away from my son's campus. They ended up putting me in a 4x8 trailer instead. When I went to pick it up the person still hadn't returned it and I had to wait an additional hour to pick it up. The guys at the Grand Junction location were great, courteous and professional, but needless to say the trailer wasn't big enough to transport my son's stuff back home. I ended up having to rent an suv from Avis to fit the rest of his stuff and drive back separately. Very horrible experience and will never use your facility again unless I'm totally desperate!!!!!!

There's not enough room to indicate all the issues we had with this move about six calls to customer service and then computer picked up the truck but the computers crashed I couldn't pick up the trailer so I can come back the next day. And then the drop off guy was a real asshole to everybody including the owner of the building he should be fired you should look at the videos from what happened over there yesterday.

When I hired movers, no one let me know I needed to rent a truck as well. I thought the movers would come with a truck. You should make that clear to people that when they hire the movers, they will need to rent a truck too.

When I called in to request a truck & a auto transport/ tow dolly. The person set up a truck & a trailer. Which I clearly stated that I need to pull a car. But I finally got what we needed. This confusion was with the person on the phone, which the phone prompt said that our conversation was being recorded. But the staff in Grand Junction was great & very helpful @ all three locations we had to go to & also the lady in traffic was VERY helpful. I forgot her name, but plz thank her.

I rented a 26 foot rental truck for only 1 day and turned out I needed it for a few more days, unlike most places how they get rude and make you feel bad for keeping the rental. Everyone I talked to was so nice and polite and respectful and great customer service all around. Thank you everyone from U Haul for making everything easy and taking some of the stress off of me. You guy's are awesome!!!

When was the last time a front end alignment was done on this vehicle, because after crossing over the front range into eastern Colorado, it was obvious it needed one.

I received a call from someone at a UHaul call center on Saturday around 10am chewing me out for not picking up the UHaul at 9am prompt, customer service was very rude and hung up on me. Not cool!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Brooklyn was the representative that checked me in and she was awesome! Returning was easy and I don't know the guy's name, that checked the trailer in, but he was very helpful as well. Great experience overall!!

I asked for Freedom Golf Carts as the drop off because I've dropped off with them before. I was given a different location and wasn't told. Come time to drop off, I went to the address on my contract. When I arrived I was told we weren't in their system. I waited almost an hour and a half for resolution. Then I was charged 2 extra miles.

Your technology did not work, your text with app and uploading pics etc... did not work with an apple I phone 12. Too much technology!!! People buy from people not technology. Your staff thought it was funny that technology did not work. I don't think it was funny at all... Also having the gas tank set at 1/4 tank was ridiculous, as I had to add gas twice to get it where you wanted. old school full tank was a much better system not to mention for multiple reasons engines and systems run better when a tank is full. You lost me as a customer as your tech and staff cuteness were not appreciated!!!

I highly dissatisfied with the fact that you offer no type of discount for disabled veterans.. 670 fro a small 5x8 was ridiculous but since my so has cancer I needed to move closer.. So next time I move I will make sure I buy a trailer before I throw away almost a 1 000 with UHaul... So why no discounts for Veterans??

Nothing to do with the location but the web based method of picking up and returning the truck is the worst attempt at automated service I have ever experienced. My attempts to pick up the rental was fraught with website lockups and delays. Took >5min. for the vall to my alternate contact to be made. Many MANY website hangs and page refreshes. Returning the rental was just as frustrating. The web application locked when attempting to upload the photo of the vehilce 4 times before we finally had to give up and have the location employee complete the process. NEVER will I recommend this method of renting a vehilce or use it again. You cost me valuble time and induced a great deal of frustration.

The UHaul facility in Grand Jctn is top notch. They have anything that you would need to make a short move or a long distance move. We rented a 9' Cargo van to make a long distance move and it was a good experience. When arriving in GJ we needed to rent a storage. The climate controlled storage unit is just what we needed.

This facility needs more help, you have to wait in a long line to get a rental. Then the poor girl had to answer the phone and put calls on hold. I had called the facility the day prior to coordinate my move and I was on hold for 15 min.

Great place! This facility is clean and has adequate rolling carts. The garage bays are useful for unloading large trucks and or trailers.

We had an issue with incorrect billing that took over a month to correct. The check was for 3 months but the receipt sent to my phone was for only one month. The check took over a month to be processed.

I had a truck & storage unit reserved for Wednesday, but my stuff was put out on a lawn on Monday! Thank GOD Uhaul had inventory for both the truck and the unit on Monday. The guy who helped me was sensitive to my ridiculous situation and got me hooked up with everything I needed. He made sure I understood all the relevant info, even though I was basically sobbing like a fool. You guys saved me and my expensive furniture! Merci.

It was a good unit, very secure and an easy location to access. The only thing I would say is that I would like to be able to access my unit 24 hours a day. That's probably the only thing I would ask. Otherwise everything was fine.

They forgot to put on Auto Pay. There system was down when I rented the unit in May and they took my information but charged me a late charge in June because they didn’t input Auto Pay when there system came back up

Moving for retired individuals is not the easiest especially when friends have not been established that well in an unfamiliar area. With several knee operations and back problem for myself and unusual hot summertime it drained us down to almost to medical help. My over all experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage At Lincoln Park was outstanding and the staff were very polite, professional and helpful.

Our top priority was having climate control for art and photographs and some electronics but would highly suggest this storage for anything. They have a clean facility and pest control to help keep it that way. Carts are at the door to help move items in and out. Staff was super helpful at the time of rental and checkout. Never needed them any other time. Security seems to be top notch. We had no issues.

I do have a situation though. My van was under the garage door that is suppose to stay open when you are unloading. but I saw it go down onto my van to where my dish satellite was. It left a mark. I don't hv it hooked up now and I don't know if it damaged it. It was on camera and seen my staff. When I asked the staff at arond 7 pm they said there was nothing on file about it. I was also told by staff via phone when I reserved the storage that I would receive a 10 by 20 storage that I could drive up to and just care my boxes into. I was also told at the beginning that my truck was 19,6 from back to front not including the cab over which made my move very hard. I had to leave some of my stuff behind. When I tried to switch trucks to a 26' kJ in Prescott told me I would hv to pay for both trucks in order to make that happen. I did reserve a 26' the night before but kJ told me when I came in the next morning that he didn't hv one. When I told him I had reserved one then he said it was broke. He told me to rent a trailer which was supposed to make the space the same as a 26'. All the staff were nice through the process except for kJ.. The last time I used you. I turned my rental in early and they gave me some of my fee back. This time they told me they don't do that with debt only cash. I also left my charger for my ph in the cab. I will call the storage to see if they put it away for me. Thank you, Morgan Dillard

Please remove the snow/ice in front of the access to the indoor storage units. It is very tricky to load/unload when you are sliding around on the ice.

Over the decades I have used U-Haul numerous times. This particular facility is absolutely the BEST!! The entire property is organized and well maintained, and improving weekly, as the curbs, and landscaping are being finished up. Once inside, you will see that it is clean, very well set up, and you are immediately welcomed by a U-Haul employee. The service is amazing; very thorough, and everything is gone over with you, and explained in concise detail. Thank you for being such an outstanding professional, and demonstrating real customer service.

I reserved a drive up unit. I received an email confirming a drive up unit. Once I arrived to unload, I was informed I wasn't going to get a drive up unit, because they were planting trees!!!! We had a house full of furniture and had to unload and walk down 3 hallways to get to our unit. There were no mattress carts around! We were totally annoyed!!!!

This is our second time using this facility for large short term storage needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's farther than other facilities for us, but it's absolutely worth the extra time. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! The prices are fair, especially if you take advantage of their specials. We are highly satisfied with our experiences and will continue to refer friends and family to this facility!

I have spent a lot of money at uhaul lately, you have two of my uboxes now, I have called 3 or 4 times and talked to your employee's about a email that I got from U-Haul saying this month is supposed to be free and they all said they would call me back, I'm still waiting, instead I get a email saying you took 126 or something close out of my account, I have told 3 or 4 of your employee's that I do not want any kind of automatic payments taken out of my account, I don't get it but I'm very disappointed with uhaul, do not take money out of my account without my permission, I hope you people can get it this time

Farrah was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. On Saturday when I came in to unload the Uhaul into a storage unit the size originally reserved was not big enough. On top of trying to find a bigger unit the lobby was very busy with other customers. Farrah demonstrated her problem solving and multi tasking skills very well.

The stupid app wouldn't let me enter a fuel amount for after hours check in. I sat there for a half hour trying to get it to work but it wouldn't. I don't think I should be charged $20 extra for after hours charge when YOUR APP wasn't working. Don't worry, I'll use another rental company next time.

We arrived to drop off the trlr and needed storage. We were the only Cust at the time. We did the paperwork and she got a line. Instead of finishing with us she helped everyone else and came back 2 hr

We are very happy with the UBox program. We packed the boxes ourselves, and had the boxes stored for 1,5 months while we bought and closed on a house. The boxes arrived in perfect condition.

Lack of communication. Never notified when box arrived, I had to track it down with several phone calls. Next day they asked if we brought the box back. Everyone there not on same page.

My experience was primarily with Reuben Magner in receiving and coordinating the unloading of my 3 UBoxes. Reuben was excellent from start to finish...from receiveing to enlisting help for unloading!

Had to track someone down in the facility to help me. Poor communication and bad information was provided on almost every interaction I had. Everything turned out fine, but it was frustrating.

The facility and staff were kind, helpful, and organized. There is still work to be done on further optimizing the space but it is a work in progress and I acknowledge that. Thank you for your help.

It was strange that they moved my PODs from one location to another without informing me. The auto bill was a problematic. I am being billed for a full month for 5 days, not right.
