if someone does not check in right - CALL THEM - perhaps they had issues with their phone and the location deal would not work - and when the van comes back with extra gas - dont charge them for giving it to you - that is just rude.
Super helpful guy that came out as soon as pulled in made sure that it quick and painless and I could continue on about my day. I don't know the guys name but super good at his job.
We called customer service on the way to this location and were relieved to find they are open late on a Saturday. This was a great help in returning the auto transport. Again several UHaul employees came out to assist us and e mailed my return paperwork without even going into the office. A great time safer!

The truck I rented was a great rental-ran great, reliable, but it had a very strong smoke smell. I am allergic to smoke and it really got to me. The associates were great-very helpful and had everything ready to go.
The lady behind the desk is very rude and unprofessional. We have been renting these trucks from you every week for years and everyone has always been super nice and accommodating until now. The truck we got was dirty and sticky, we actually had to clean it ourselves.

The store was slammed and there were only 3 people working and getting equipment for the customers. Perhaps next time, someone can be a “runner†and the others stay inside and take care of the paperwork and stuff without the customer having to wait for all 3 people to get back.

Let each customer know that there is now a U-Haul app that must be downloaded and used from their mobile phones in order to return a rental vehicle, especially if store is not open on return day at return time! This information is most helpful for seniors.

No need for improvements. All employees were polite, professional, and cooperative. Very pleased with this U-Haul service location. When I returned my 6 x 12 trailer on January 17, 2021, Robert was the only person working this very busy location, and he was juggling other customers along with myself. He is a very friendly, hardworking employee!0

Bro.... put a big sign that says "DROP-OFF KEYS HERE." Don't put a tiny key slot with hardly any signage to find amongst tons of Uhaul branded areas on the walls. Especially for night drop offs

I placed an order for packing materials via the website before my move. When I went to pick up the packing materials, the items had not yet been pulled for my order. Several of the items were low in inventory, which meant that the store could have sold them before I showed up to get them because no one had shopped the order. Also, there was a sign on the door saying that customers had to wear masks while in the store, but there was an older lady in the store without a mask and none of the employees said anything to her about putting on a mask. Also, my card was double charged for the moving help I booked online. The money was eventually refunded, but it was a hassle to get it sorted out. Do better.
Keep improving the paperless process. The easier the electronic process, the better. Great location, great company. Thank you.
Rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t answer questions, if I treated customers the way I was treated I wouldn’t have any. Will avoid uhaul in the future, left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to another storage place close by and they were very helpful, had a bigger unit for less money and provided an overall excellent experience.
Need to dramatically improve on the mobile app. Fist issue, need the option to change the time of pickup. I select the wrong time accidentally and couldnt make the adjustments. No one from Uhual pickup up the General hotline. When dropping off, i couldnt make the official drop off because the first step kept on glitching out on me. Other than that. Just fine
The truck had bad tires (especially the RF) and was pretty dirty inside the cab. When I went to pick up the truck apparently there was an error with the site and I got charged $160 for boxes. Then some guy in the store kept chirping in about delivery times and stuff (he wasn't involved in the sale at all). I made it to my destination and back and the return of the equipment went flawlessly. The guy who checked in the truck was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd say this is a pretty average experience.

Asked what they recommend for single room apartment storage to get and they recommended 5X10x9 .when I arrived to my destination it was way too small and unable to get bigger one, had to truckload to home for storage space. I deserve a remedy for thisissue. Thank you
The Manager did a good job getting me set up with rental but the store employee did a poor job with communicating and listening with my trailer hookup. He refused to verbally walk me through the hookup when I explained I wasn't aware that I had to do it myself. He then proceeded to walk away without a single word, leaving me alone to try and do it. I had to go back to the Manager to ask for assistance and he literally forced the employee to go back out and help me. His attitude moving forward made me uncomfortable. The experience overall was disappointing and hurtful. I absolutely would not recommend this location.
Okay first of all the brakes on the truck were not so good it felt like I had to brake well ahead of time and the rattling noise inside the truck was loud
I asked to be contacted for a refund and instead was charged more money because they claim I returned the truck late. It's been sitting on the lot for three days.
I initially wanted a 10 foot truck, one that sat right in front of me, but they claimed they had none. I had to rent a 15 foot for double the price for a total of 20 miles and they charge meDo you $2.95. The equipment had a horrible swerve and I nearly killed myself on route 40. When we dropped it off, we informed the employee about the front end and he did nothing. We watched him as he pulled it back into the parking lot of Trax. I would not recommend U-Haul.
After a couple stressful days of moving the employees here were so friendly and helpful. Overall, the light at the end of the tunnel and changed the day around.

Very clean staff was very helpful
Upon arrival, unit had not been swept out and dead roaches were present. Staff did let me borrow a broom to sweep out. During our near 2 month stay, we caught one roach, which is not bad at all, but also caught one mouse, which I'm glad the wife didn't see. I felt the facility was secure, but punching in a code every time between trips in the truck was a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad experience.
I was a little surprised when I arrived where I was going, and finally looked at my phone, to see that I was supposed to look over the truck for damage. I mean, I know that's common... but I totally forgot (don't do this a lot) and I hadn't been reminded to look at that text before I left the location. Thankfully there was no problem, but it gave me a moment of anxiety that it would be nice to save other renters by making sure the staff points that out. Everything else about the experience was smooth and excellent. The only other thing I have no way of checking is that our GPS said the trip would be 50 miles roundtrip and when we got the truck back it read 70. We both felt that was very strange, given that we took the exact route the GPS told us to take, and didn't add any side trips. Perhaps there's a decent explanation, but it made us wonder if something is not quite right with the odometer and/or wheel size that would add more miles to the readout. Obviously since there is a per-mile charge, that's a concern. Thought I'd mention it. Thanks.
Have gas in truck it was to close to empty, glad gas station was close. If brought back empty U Haul should go put gas in them. I know they charge people for bringing them back empty,so you should go put gas in them. Isn't that why you charge them.
...the on line didn't explain the circumstances for the change of our pick up location...we found out the "why" after going to our original place who explained there wasn't an available vehicle...otherwise the locations in St. Louis and here in MT. Juliet have been helpful in explaining and offering assistance...

I have used this facility before and always find the staff to be helpful and friendly. I will highly suggest this location to friends and others looking for storage. Thank you so much.
Terrible experience. Tried to change account details several times but they kept getting it wrong. Booked a van and was sent a U-Haul PROMISE that was not delivered upon, had to go many miles out of our way to get the van that we had a booked confirmation for. Will not use this facility again.
Eric Sparks was an amazing employee. His willingness to show me around the facility and allow me to look at the exact storage locker location was an awesome. Eric is an excellent representative/ambassador of your organization.
While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn’t seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I’ve used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying “they don’t prorate.” It’s frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. That part isn’t his fault but his attitude and delivery of information to customers could use some attention.
Our rental unit was not swept,out, had dead cockroaches, and mouse droppings in the well of an interior wall. I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today. I know that the business can't control what is brought in and it's impossible to be pest free, but this unit should have been inspected before move in.
Felt very safe when coming or going, always a U-Haul worker present on outside. Hallways and units kept very neat and clean.
I appreciate their service.

Staff was great. Facility did not seem as clean as other storage places. Had animal trap in unit.
They’ve got a great team. They’re knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions with storage, moving, or other advice in this field.
Online rental process was easy and fast. I was surprised at the cost being a little higher than expected. When I arrived, my unit had a lock on it. Luckily the manager was there and he quickly moved me to a new unit. The checkin and main door entry process was a little complicated but nothing a little practice can’t help.
I lost my home at Meridian and my work at Lebanon FedEx and my daughters school. Living out of our car was so hard to organize. They gave us one month free and a lock and said I could have some boxes. He said... I'll never forget... We are here for you. Thank you forever. I'll never stop telling people.

Unit assigned had a lock on it. After hours and did not have an access code. Had to call customer service number and had to put things in a different unit without a lock.
Coby, Rachel, and John are outstanding and made this stressful time bearable. I called to get assistance with the reservation because I was having difficulty on the website. Zach was no help at all.
Rachel was awesome getting me set up! This has been a stressful time, but the UHaul folks made it just a bit easier.

My move in experience was wonderful, the representative that helped me was very tentative and made sure I had everything I needed to help me with this transition!
Nick went above and beyond in helping getting our issue resolved. Uhaul needs a lot more Nick's...lol I can say a lot more great things about Nick but I had to say Rachael and GM were great too.

Fraudulent charges for the last 2 months. refuting the charges with credit card. local Management has not returned calls.
After 11 yrs, I finally emptied my unit yesterday I brought my broom & dustpan expecting a lot of debris to clean up. There were no spider webs, no bug carcasses or mice poop. Just a little dust.

The original staff was very unprofessional. They judged female customers appearances and were very obvious in doing so. It was very hard to get a hold of the manager. extremely frustrating!
I have never experienced such a caring and professional services in regards of taking care of their customers, I will recommend them to everyone who needs a place for moving or storage their the BEST.
