AC did not blow cold air, and it was 90+ degrees in Houston today. Truck also need right brake rotor, jerks rapidly to right when brakes are applied. Informed employee and it seemed irreverent to her. $135 and have no AC is ridiculous. I will not rent from this location (Mesa Dr) again!

I reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance but when i went to pick the truck up i was informed that due to the truck being popular i was not allowed 24 hours.

10" truck was not available but CSR did resolve pretty fast, next day went back to get dolly. System down and had me waiting over an hour, finally.got the dolly dropped off behind the truck. When asked to hook up was told it cost xtra to which I said well tell me how much since I do not have a clue as to how to hook the thing. With the worst attitude the attendant hooked it up, he was upset because it was past closing time and he should had left an hour earlier as if it were my fault that the system was down and they did not have a clue as to how to resolve the addition of the equipment under the same contract.

it was too damn high in price to rent a 19.99 truck, that cost me 89.99, and on top of that I had to put gas in that mess so I paid 100.00 total for a got damn assumed 19.99 price plus taxes and insurance should have been included with the price not additional! this company owner if not already there is going to hell doing mess like that , Greed the bottom line and today I had no choice but to pay for that rental

Let us know more about the next day delivery and Delivery between the am/pm. In stead of next day after everything is closed and cannot get into the delivery anything the first day after you are close.

Manager had an attitude for no reason as I was using the 24/7 Truck Share app and was having issues getting my truck. Key wasn’t in the box as it should have been and truck gas mileage and odometer were wrong and never corrected as manager stated she would correct so I wouldn’t be charged.

Ella is the most rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered. She is very arguementive, and does not represent U-haul in a professional manner. I recommend that your reps take atleast 1 course in customer care, because what she does not realize is that we as customers actually pays her salary.

The experience has been one that I will not forget, The truck I rented was a 10-inch box which I could only return to that location and the location closes at 7 pm, so I was told I would need to return it by 730 am the following morning which was improbable seeing how I am scheduled to work at 730 am, the biggest issue was with the milage. I purchased 75 miles when I left the facility I headed north to Tidwell at the intersection the mileage turned to 82386 6 miles later I made it home to grab my dolly and headed to Remington Ranch which is about 20 to 24 from my home. We loaded and I said let me see how many miles we have left and if we need to stop and get gas. the speedometer was 82420 we leave and head to Kashmere Gardens which was about 18 to 20 miles and a quick stop for gas and back to the facility to drop the truck and the key and according to the speedometer we were at 80 used because of the mileage on the contract was showing 82369 I explained to the manager Ms. Ella but to no avail, she wanted to charge me for a night drop of 20 dollars but I explained to her the clerk told I could drop it off because they wouldn't know what time I bought the truck back so she squashed that I argued with her how could I drive 80 miles from Tidwell to Rankin, from Rankin to Pickfair and back to Tidwell that's some bull, but I'll charge it to the game. I will decline to recommend this site. And after that, I still had to pay five dollars for the so-called milage overage, no worries going forward.

Very friendly/helpful store manager. Strange during drop off. Door was locked while store employees were with another customer. I was told to wait outside until they were done.

The experience was great. The employees Ms. Ella and Mr. Lafyette were excellent. I enjoyed their great customer service. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years. i train my employees to greet their customers with a smile and to be proficient with the needs of the customer and these Uhaul employees did that and more. I would recommend this location to others.

I was being dropped off and the manager Ella was yelling for us to move because FedEx truck was pulling out. It did not take a full minute for me to exit. The FedEx driver was getting in his truck as I pulled up so I was offended. The clerk stopped helping me and had me wait while she took a call. She helped a caller entirely never putting the caller on brief hold. No priority. Upon return Ella spoke to her boss on speaker phone while I waited. She was giving her hours and reporting on someone riding the clock. I waited too looking checking in and out. These are only the things that bothered me the most. Facility was very clean inside and out I must say.

My 2012 Chevy Colorado is rated for 5400lbs towing with a 500lb tongue weight. There is always a delay and consternation whenever I rent any kind of trailer. Although eventually I'm allowed to rent the trailer, the extra time and questions really delay my getting the trailer ones moving on. This is true whether I walk in or rent on line. Perhaps the computer needs better information? Nevertheless, your rates are very competitive and I'll continue to bring ng my business to you.

My family and friends have used the Uhaul store on Mesa Rd all of our lives and we will continue to do so. I have rented at other locations and non come close to the hospitality they are traditional.

The representative was 10 minutes late, as a result, a person waiting for the doors to open, pulled on the door and set off an alarm. When the rep arrived, he had to call to get the alarm taken care off which took a long time to get resolved. That problem could have been avoided if the doors had been securely attached to the frame. They were not securely attached so when the person waiting pulled on the door, it set off the alarm.

Was told that the unit 1418 would be clean and it wasn’t. I rented on a Saturday afternoon. My new just purchased this year king size mattress got wet during rain. Storage was fallen apart.
