I received an email regarding a late fee for my monthly storage I was advised that I would be billed monthly automatically when I initially rented the unit. when I went into the store I had to pay an additional 15 $late fee. Truck was dirty. The app for "express" check in is horrible! It took over 45 minutes and I still had to go inside to get the key. This was the worst purchase/rental experience I have had since...the last time I rented from uhaul.Patrick W.
The representatives at the Mesa location were cordial, PROFESSIONAL, caring and wonderful. It was my first time pulling any trailer with my jeep and trailering my motorcycle. I was very apprehensive about the entire process. I wasn't sure of myself but they made it EASY. Very kind. This location is underrated. They need a SUBSTANTIAL bump in pay (financial raise). As a first time customer, I feel it is very bad practice to charge customers for days not being used. I recently purchased 5 day rental but things changed and I only needed the uhaul for 2 days. I was forced to keep it for 4 days before returning it back to uhaul.MICHAEL G.

I was given the wrong paperwork for the truck that I rented. Then after I got home I checked the oil and there was no oil on the dipstick, I had to buy oil to put in the truck. I checked the transmission and it was low. When I returned the truck they was to email my receipt, I had to go back to the place to have them print it out.ANDREW B.

Always asked if I needed any assistance, I was unloading my uhual into my storage and they kept coming to check on me. Gave me more then I needed. They answered questions, they gave different options, they were amazing. And even helped me move some things into my storage. I'd recommend this particular storage to anyone. The facility was fine. The reservation made by uhaul was not kept. The facility did not have my space available. I paid mire money for a non climate control unitPHILIP C.
There's not much that can be improved. It was a 1st time experience meeting this exceptional team. Quentin (Rep.) was sooo knowledgeable about this whole process. Whereas I felt overwhelmed about this process he along with Ms. Ava (ðŸ'¯) was phenomenally fantastic. I had some issues with U-haul, like other Reps. through Customer Service told me that they couldn't help me & I had to go to Dayton or Kountze Texas to get the Truck of my choice BUT I called this Uhaul Company with Ms. Ava & she told me she could help me. Once I came in, the ease of a hectic move was felt. They DID have a Truck for me & everything that i needed. She is such a great Supervisor (???) & very smart. I would recommend this U-haul to everyone that comes my way for a Move. It was a far trip for me but sooo worth the trip. Kudos to Ms. Ava & her Team.Pamela S.

Gas tank was not on the amount that employees indicated on a paperwork, I did take pictures of the gas amount and click disputed to the link that was provided to me upon droping off the truck. I notified an employee by the last name of Humphrey that the gas was not actually on the amount that was indicated on the paperwork and I showed him the picture of before and after he indicated that he would take care of it but he did not and I ended up being charged.. I spoke with an employee by the last name of Crump.. she told me that it's nothing that she can do about it, upon me obtaining information to contact upper level management to get this issue resolved Miss Crump had a friend up there hanging out with her, he was upset that I was asking for the corporate number and her names so that I can get the issue resolved... he began forcibly telling me the same thing she told me which I understood when she told me... I proceeded to ask him if he work there and he told me " does it look like I work here" then this guy that was holding a bag that appeared to have a weapon inside of it.. also he did not have any facial covering on him and we are in a middle of a pandemic, he started walking towards me and I told him "do not come towards me" he began to get father upset and told me that he's going to be outside waiting for me.. when this guy left the employee Crump stated that she knows him. Absolute worst experience I've experienced in my life.. and I think it's only fair for me to receive all of my money back due to the inconvenience of you all not honoring the first reservation I had to be sent to a different location and ended up having to go through the experienced the worst experience I've ever experienced. Also the truck was not blowing cold in the AC and a moving experience was awful.JAMES M.

The only issues that I experienced was, the timing in which customers were taken care of .There was no urgency. At other locations it's a rule to make sure the customers are processed in a timely manor. EVERYONE IS ON A SCHEDULE AND THAT should always be in the employees mind. I can say that this site really knows how to handle irate clients. I watched a female worker firmly handle a demanding male. She asserted several times that she needed to get approval. He was not happy that she did not take his word. The General Manager did some research and then approved the transaction. I felt proud for the worker who maintained her stance.JERELYN H.

Made reservations on Wednesday July 28, 2021 my pick-up July 31, 2021 #!. the intake person could not spell my name, I spelled it three times and he still got it wrong. My name is Arthur not Aurther Never heard of spelling that way in 78 years. I waited on the email he was suppose to send me it never came.i called back got someone to check my email address it was still wrong i ask her to correct it she found and said she corrected it i got the email and name still wrong. on Friday i got two callos telling me that I could pick up my truck that evening, no extra cost I said no. later that evening I got anothr call telling thei truck i requested was not at pick up location i needed to go to another location on mesa i did and they did not have the truck i order so i had to take a 15 foot, and they had no dolly, i was sent to 57080Little York spent done hour and being there finally a man comes out and said they had only a broken dolly. so upset the run around was sickened from poor customer service. called Mesa and told them this dolly is not good. take it off my request.. it was a hecked day and a lesson i paid for and poor customer service is a shame to your company and I had to pay for their mistakes. I will never use Ul-Halul again I should be asking for my money back for such a poor customer service no planning and too to many calls from your customeer sefrvice and I did not get compansated for the hour they chafrded me for runing aroung town looking for a borken dollyh his name was Keith.ARTHUR W.
