It doesn't matter if I recommend this location, this was not the location I requested, and was 17 miles out of the way. Also, did not get the vehicle that I reserved, was given a larger vehicle qt the same rate, but cost me more in the end by the time I had to refuel it. Reservation system is useless if the location is changed on you with a couple hours prior notice, and you aren't provided the correct vehicle. This is the third time this has happened, and I had high hopes this time, alas uhaul followed past precedence and failed me again. Uhaul, U are dead to me and I will not continue in this abusive relationship. I will take my business elsewhere.

I made a reservation on the 14th of September. I was called 1 hour before my pick up time on October 1st to tell me no confirmed my reservation and there was no truck for me. They seem to a another uhaul, 5 miles away. I get to that uhaul, they tell me they don't have the truck either. They send me to another uhaul, 6 miles further and finally get a truck. So now I drove 30 minutes and over 10 miles further to get a truck I reserved 2 weeks ago. Complete garbage. Your system is trash. Why did I pick a truck from a specific location and not get it? Because according to the original person, when I book it online, I don't reserve a truck, I reserve a “profile” and someone has to look at the profile and reserve the truck. Complete crap and you suck.

Your return is horrible. I went 6 miles over because the two uhaul locations I tried to return to refused to take them. So driving around town when no one answers the freaking phone runs the damn miles up. Yall suck

Worst uhaul I've ever had 330 dollars to rent a vehicle that could barely stay in a straight line.

I was unable to locate the side view mirror adjustment. Nor were your personal able to show me where it was located. This made driving difficult. The fuel gauge needle was 1/2 on and 1/2 off the 1/2 tank marker toward the empty side when I received the truck. I returned the truck with the gauge reading the same as I received it, and was charged for fuel. If I ever rent again I will photograph the instrument panel before and after.

The truck was so dirty and smelled like cigarettes so badly. The manager was very nice and offered a discount which I accepted but after a 3 day drive my husband was so sick from the overwhelming smell I wish I wouldn't have settled so quickly. The check engine light came on during the drive and I waited on hold for almost 40 minutes with roadside assistance before I finally was able to get ahold of someone setting my drive behind and then the drop off location called me asking when I was returning the equipment so someone else could have their rental knowing full well it needed serviced. Then the next day the drop off location call asking when I was returning the equipment after I already returned it.

Lady at the desk was rude they gave us a smaller sized truck than I reserved and didn't give us the dolly we reserved they spelled my name wrong repeatedly even after I spelled it out for them and they were just over all rude I will not be recommending this location to anyone

Horrible place for pickup. Too much traffic and construction. Changing my pick up point on the same day was very inconvenient. However, the truck was clean and drove well.

I'm pretty upset, because the air conditioner in the truck did not cool for an 8 hour trip, I was also charged an extra 48,00 $ with no explanation, and I had to stop numerous times to let my husky dog cool off. An normal 8 hour trip took me over 13 hours.

I reserved 2 26ft tricks and they only had 1. I was made to drive 30 automakers miles for the additional truck. I battled with CSRs on the phone and was passed from person to person without a single person saying, "I apologize for the inconvenience". CSRs need additional training in customer service.

Put warning signs up for low concrete beams. Beam blends in with band color on storagebin doors. Leaves a pretty good lump.

had really bad impression of this place i rent an storage unit and got stolen a lot of items out of my unit because the roof was cover with a wire screen and can see thru and the main door that suppose to open with the key they provide never work and was free access thats why who knows who got in and climb to the roof to look at the belonnies si it was a waste of money for me, got stolen millwaukee tools, tv, motorcycle helmets, suicase and can figure out what else, so far 3 000 $loss.

The pickup location was marvelous in every respect, HOWEVER the drop off location in San Antonio was awful!!!! It was closed and located in an awful location, dirty and no person present and phone number provided by UHaul no one answered. Absolutely awful experience

Michelle at pickup was very nice and offered to clean the trailer. When I returned hue trailer I was ignored. Disconnected the trailer myself and left it.

Had the moving van that I needed. The only bad experience I had was the vehicle I rented. The drivers side mirror was difficult to adjust. It was stuck in a position that was difficult to view.

I was told No 2 day rentals, so i got a 24hr rental. But got charged a 20 dollar after hr charge on my 24 rental because store was closed before my 24 hrs was up, was never informed of that when i rented trailer for 24 hrs knowing it would be returned after hrs. Bad policy, getting chargeed two thirds of a 24hr rental price for after hr drop off. Will just keep it for 2 days next time!!

The air conditioner work half the time. The middle Consol was cracked open so I could feel the engine block heat the whole entire ride plus the new air conditioner and U-Haul employee never gave me a key to the back and I was 45 minutes away so I had to improvise open the lock which took an additional 45 minutes to do so

I made an online reservation, and nothing was reserved. The employees were decidedly rude and the storage unit was damp plywood with a hole in the ceiling. Avoid this place!

We rented a small trailer and the roof had a leak. Our items inside got wet. We were running a little late returning the trailer due to heavy rains. We almost had to pay for another day rental but with further discussion they worked with us and didn't charge us an additional amount.

The association was extremely rude. When I asked if they had smaller trailers he said no, but once we went outside they did in fact have a smaller trailer. The trailer had trash in it and debris.

I reserved my truck 1 week prior to pickup, called in the same day to verify reservation. And when the time came to pick up truck it was not available. My reserve had been given to someone else. Was directed to another location and the same thing happened, I was also reserved a smaller truck. But when I showed up to second location my truck reservation was again given to another (manager of some type) the young lady was very helpful in getting me a truck but I'm very disappointed in the process and I will never use Uhaul again.

Gas was not on 1/4th. Lady said she would give me credit on it but contract was never shown to show any changes. Did not check odometer, or anything (such as gas) and only gave me keys and took a picture in front of rental van. Also, miles were wrong as well. Contract said 1 111 and odometer showed something else. Again, nothing was verified. I will NOT be using this location again. The previous location used was extremely professional and checked that the contract matched the vehicle data. This location did not.

Although it was not the manager's fault I am disappointed in uhaul. We reserved a 10 foot and had to take a 20 foot from a different town. We spent a lot more money on gas and she could not give us a discount because of the gas expense.

The general manager needs to teach employees at this location about the afyer hours service fee. Ive rented multiple times and never heard of it. Charged me and lied to me that they had explained but wasnt true. Not very professional.

Aim for excellence by ensuring trucks (1) ARE clean & sanitized after other customers, (2) dolly is secured when customer did not use (3) turn off radio (4) although everything is manual, please explain how to use buttons for air, wipers, & radio for those of us who are challenged. Merci.

The drop off process was terrible. Could not drop off off without an extra charge. Tried to call service center and I was on hold for 20 minutes then someone transferred me to another and hold Q that was another 10 minutes and then I got a bill for 20 $in the meantime. I don't understand the extra charges. The man was standing right thereChecking in returns and you charge me for after hours charge. I disagree

To begin with the area is not well marked to know where to access the locker. Then it said street access on the website but its up a flight of stairs . Sooo to get to my locker its up a flight if stairs take 5 steps go down 2 steps take 2 steps go up 2 steps so theres no way to get a cart to my storage locker!! This is extremely inconvenient.
