Limited parking for customers as they arrive. A clearly marked area for customer parking would make entry into the location better. The service at the counter was very positive. I had a great experience with him, and he answered all my questions. Simple, fast and efficient. Would rent again

Rude, not helpful. Gave me three different pieces of equipment which all had issues. The uhaul employee that checked me out should not be working for uhaul if uhaul knew how he talked to clients. He was disrespectful and combative.

The original trailer had damage to the side and top. There was a hole in the top that could have let water in if it was raining. Additionally the person helping me with the trailer knew very little about balancing the trailer and hitch height. Recommend training for the staff or at least have them explain to potential customers that a hitch receiver sitting low changes the loading of the trailer.

The reservation we originally made was with Pack2Ship 2208 Hanfred Ln Ste 102 Tucker, GA 30084 I flew from New Orleans to Atlanta to get the U-Haul, took an Uber form the airport, got to this location at 9:30 a.m. (said they were open at 9:00 a.m.) and NO ONE WAS THERE! Waited for 20 minutes and then got another Uber and went to 2951 NE Expwy Chamblee, GA 30341 and they were awesome and got us a truck. SO MAD. And a waste of more money for Uber and our time.

He was rude. Said there was a half a tank and it was a 1/4 of a tank. I got moved from one location to another then had to drive over to the first location to cancel my supplies. Zero customer service at this location.

I was not told I would be given a bigger truck than what I originally ordered. This caused a lot of difficulty for the 20 hour drive that was ahead. I was informed my location of pickup changed, but was still told I would have a 20' truck. The amount of gas that was unnecessarily purchased for the bigger truck was horrendous. I also ordered 2 hand trucks and was asked when I got there if I still needed them because they only had 1. If Uhaul doesn't have everything someone needs at the pickup location, that should be communicated BEFORE someone goes to pick up the truck. Stop sending 100 texts about moving a trailer for uhaul and communicate with paying customers about their order. I wouldn't do this ever again.

Make customer aware up front about any damages to vehicle and do through check of vehicle.... My alarm said low air in tires, up on entering cargo van . The cab was dirty. I wasn't aware that I needed to use an app to inspect my vehicle until I had left the location. By the time I left it was to late to verify beginnings mileage.

Did not have a 15ft truck that I had a reservation for-10ft is what I got-gas not what contract said-overcharged on daily rate-needed sweeping out-full of animal hair-customer in front of me had a nail in his tire-oh well was the answer that's all we have! Renting a one way in 3 weeks-need to change my pick up location and hope I get the truck I need! Come on UHaul-you can do better!!!

The gentleman who handled the actual trailer went above and beyond. I had reserved a dolly which was not there and he went so far as to offer me his own personal one fo borrow. I had to decline because I was not staying in Atlanta, but it was still very generous of him to offer.

The worker was very friendly and helpful. I told him I rented 6 blankets, but the blankets were not in the truck. I called the next day since they were closed when I realized the blankets were missing. She told me to tell the drop off location about the missing blankets and get a refund. I tried to explain that I needed a refund but he just said he would state the blankets were returned. I tried to explain I needed a refund, but he just kept saying, "you're good." Basically I paid for 6 blankets that I did not receive.

My mattress was damaged by a flood when it rained inside my storage unit. Even with purchased insurance I still was not compensated for anything. My $3 149 was not cheap. And to be told that insurance covers leaks not floods is insane. It is Uhauls duty to make sure my furniture was safe from EVERYTHING/ANYTHING!!!!

Nowhere close to the Douglasville location, but i was out fairly quickly. Had to push the attendant to check me in. He said, "alls good", but hadn't checked miles or gas. I finally took photos and left while he was checking

the last customer left only a quarter tank. It would be nice if UHaul would rent the truck with a full tank of gas and if you didn't return it with a full tank, you would be charged.

I had to come from another location that didn't have the van i reserved available. When i got to this location the internet was out and employees were struggling to assist connecting to hotspots etc. when i finally got the the van it was filthy and there was no inspection done. When i got to my location i noticed visible damage to the vehicle. When i dropped it off i was told they were aware of the damages and that i was fine. Just make sure to do a complete inspection if ever you use this location.

I used the online check-in process. When I was finally assigned my vehicle, it was nowhere on the lot. I was then assigned a different vehicle and the cargo area was full of charred wood, ashes, and nails. Had to spend the first 20 min of my rental period just cleaning it up. This location was severely understaffed, which is not surprising given the labor shortages we're seeing in the market.

Staff was very disrespectful idk who these new guys are, Nick and the other guy above Nick at the Uhual on 2951 NE Expressway chamblee ga but the customer service was trash. I've had a small unit at that location for a couple years now & wanted to upgrade to a bigger one so I reserved it online a week or so prior for June 11 & went on June 11 afternoon to obtain it. Nick prematurely moved me out of my current unit before we solidified the bigger unit. The price for the larger unit I reserved was a higher price and I even showed them the screenshot. The guy above Nick refused to honor that price I reserved it for therefore I no longer wanted it. I told him I'll stay in my current unit since y'all aren't honoring the price & he said since I'd been moved out in the system he didn't have access to move me back in & I'd have to call customer service on Monday to get my unit back. I'd asked for something in writing or some type of confirmation so I'm not out here with no unit come Monday with ALL my stuff in it looking crazy. He refused and decided he wasn't dealing with me, dismissed me & was very nasty, saying his manager would have to do it & he's off so oh well. After the 2nd time of asking him to call his manager & not ignore me he finally called & the manager walked them through how to move me back in through the system. Something so simple to rectify but instead they decided to ignore me and treat me like nothing. But I will not be ignored; especially regarding something I'm paying for monthly. And this is nothing against the manager bc I believe I met him and his customer service was above average in our dealings. But those two guys working that day…very disrespectful & very dismissive, especially the superior guy.

The Manger of this facility needs customer service training. The turn over rate at this place is ridiculous and no one wants to spend their money where the service is horrible and the employees don't fully understand or can not fully communicate the standard rates and fees well enough to successfully secure a storage unit for a customer where it's not a big confusion when that employee is absent and some else is assisting the customer. It seems to me that no one is trained properly at the place. This was by far my worst experience ever at uhaul. That says a lot.

This has been the most consistently convenient and supportive staff that I've experienced in the Atlanta area for the past 10 years. The manager is also always onsite and assisting his team during any complications. The entire staff has a can and will do attitude and that's very comforting and necessary when someone is trying to deal with the complications of relocating. This will always be my go to location!

I have a major problem with your policy of renting a storage unit. Your people asked me for 2 addresses and 3 phone numbers. I am a single man. I have 1 cell phone. I had to give a phone number of a friend and sister. There is no reason for you to involve ANYONE, for any communication purpose, involving my storage unit. You contact me and me only and don't ask for ANYTHING else. I don't want anyone involved in my life, issues, or storage unit. I have a mailing address and a physical address. You don't need both. Nobody gets both. Why do you need it? Had I known that you were going to ask for all this info, I would have taken my business elsewhere. You need to change this policy or at least give a logic reason as to why you need this.

The lady that attended to me on the day of my lease was extremely rude to me. She had a very nasty attitude that made me so uncomfortable. I'm not begging for a storage unit! You're not doing me a favor!!! It's a business transaction and it is paid for so learn to treat people with respect. I will never return to this location. Everything seems so hard there. This is the poorest Service I've ever experienced using uhaul

UBox was canceled by the company accidentally the morning of my wedding. Every time I called, I was on hold for AT LEAST an hour and then the employee couldn't help. Will never use U Haul again!!
