Took too long on pick up but fast return.

I had a very bad experience with both the pick up and drop off. Not a single person that worked there seemed to have even a vague idea of what function they were there to perform. It took nearly an hour for pick up as well as drop off. At one point, when I was told I was due some money back, there were five employees standing around the card machine and computer and not one of them knew how to actually reimburse my money. That took twenty minutes alone. I think you need to teach these people what they are meant to do before you put them to work.

Truck oil light on stating needs servicing. Too many angry customers. Disappointed staff kept my credit card and I have tried twice to get it and still haven’t two days later!!! Too many ‘staff’ on yet not serving customers. Felt very chaotic! Customer so angry he was swearing. I felt his pain!!!

I expressed checked in, but still had to wait in a 30 minute line up and the reception still had to perform the identical tasks that I did on the app.

I rented a 26' truck to move into my new home and was less than pleased with your services. My appointment was to pick up DURING office hours at 8am.. I arrived.. along with 2 other families looking to make a pickup but there was no employee in sight. After waiting for 1 hour to take the truck away, employees were not willing to help or make it right. I was truly inconveniencing them. Not only did I have a rough/delayed start to the day, the KM and Gas information on the contract was incorrect (did not match the vehicle).. This then caused issues when I tried to return the truck even though I was insured it would not. I assume this is not how Uhaul does business, so if you don't want your name soiled I insist you send someone who actually knows that they are doing to the store @ 2076 Enterprise way, Kelowna BC.

Booked the truck for 8:00 am when we got there it wasn’t even open till 9:00 am. Should had to wait an hour till it was open . When we returned the truck the following day the person who was suppose to open wasn’t there so had to wait 1 hour till the store opened . Then they tried to over charge us for mileage we didn’t use . Was a total gong show .

website says open at 7;00am. Door says 8:00am and they actually opened around 9:00am.While in the line every customer complained. If you advertise to be open at a time you need to respect your customers who is counting on it.

They lost our reservation even though we had a confirmation email. we had to argue with the staff and manager for over an hour before they finally gave us a trailer. The manager was completely useless and could not have cared less, with choice lines such as “why are you bothering me on my day off”. Finally one of the girls (Miranda) came in from outside and saved the day. When we opened the trailer up it was full of drywall dust we had to clean it personally. The dust still got all over our stuff. Very negative experience!

Manager helped me fix my faulty trailer power outlet so I could legally rent the trailer. Cheap for the size of the trailer. Saved me making two trips to the landfill.

The service was very slow and did not know how to process the order Properly. 6 guys behind the counter serving one person while I had to wait. The guy who hooked up the trailer did not tighten the ball latch on or check to make sure lights worked. There was some dirt and debris inside trailer at pickup.

Very poor computer systems and always put on hold for great lengths of time and only could get a hold of the main service department for help!

The dealer was good to deal with however the staff that "helped" to connect the trailer had no experience what-so-ever. While she was a very nice young lady, there is no way she should be helping anyone connect a trailer. The chains were laying on the ground as was the electrical connecting. and she was going to take a photo as proof that the connection was done properly. I immediately stopped her and showed her the correct way to hookup a trailer. The lack of training was very apparent and this could lead to problems for some inexperienced customers down the road. They took forever to find us a truck. It seemed like no one wanted to help us. One gentleman was very rude and his tone was unnecessary. His communication was not through, we didn’t know if we were supposed to wait or go, then when he saw us waiting, he actually said, “what are you guys still doing here?” I’ve never been spoken to like that at a business. I personally will never use this location again. They even forgot to give us the furniture dolly, and I had to go back for it.

Service was slow and seemed to be annoyed I was even there to rent, long line behind me while the attendants struggled to find the trucks for the keys they had on the board. I understand there is many different trucks and customers in throughout a day but picking up a simple reservation should have been easier.

Brutal! Central reservations screwed up the reservation then the person at the desk had no idea how to work the computer. 1.5 hours later I left with what I had reserved but got charged twice and had to go back the next day to get a refund for the double charge.

It is very difficult to contact anyone at this location on the phone! Sometimes you wait in line for 20-30 min to talk to one of the personal regarding renting or picking up rentals. This is very difficult when you have more appointments to get to. With my last rental I drove into the bay with the rental truck as the height of clearance was so small on the overhead I could not read it from the truck. This caused damage to the roof. After a special trip in to talk to the manager I was told he will have to talk to his manager. This cost me travel and 4 hrs of time. Customer service was horrible!! Took over an hour to get my uhaul and there was not many people inline... they looked like hey didnt know what they were doing most of the time.. then once we finally got the uhaul they didnt put in any of the equipment we order so had to go back in and wait.. once we got the uhaul and left we realized it needed a lot of mechanical work, it was not running properly what soever

Let them know of any scheduling changes that might impede their pickup- this location is closed at 5pm due to circumstances, and I did not know this until I arrived Monday evening, and as such could not get the dolley needed from the staff.

Staff was friendly but very under-staffed and there seemed to be a lot of confusion. Line-ups were long, which we knew from the previous day so we arrived 45min before opening. They just need some organization!!

It took them over an hour to, accept payment and get my boat into the facility. I had a driver waiting in the back. It was a paiful experience. No one there knew how to accept a cash payment.

No one in the office, including the manager, knew how to get us a security code for the storage unit so the alarms sounded every time we opened it. Even with the alarms going, no one came to check.

I used my locker for storing some work materials. I visited my locker almost daily and the place was poorly maintained. Sometimes the washroom was not cleaned and had no toilet paper for days on end.

I store my boat there for 6 months every winter, each spring i pull it out and the local staff fails to terminate my storage, and you continue billing me, atempts to resolve issue are a nightmare!

I didn’t use the facility.I don’t live in Kelowna. I live in Kamloops.I was told uboxes were to arrive between 8am-12pm. Boxes arrived at 2:15pm. VERY DISSATISFIED! Never received a call for new time.

The facility is a mess. Construction going on constantly so contractors have access to the contents in storage. No one in charge, can never find my file due to what looks like a bad computer system.

Your payment system could not process VISA payment. File on your system corrupted, according to your staff. Waited one hour. Cost me $60 in extra time charges by my movers. Not happy about that.

No problems getting in and out of the facility any time we needed access to our locker, and the staff were very friendly. We would return there again if we need to store anything.
