Work with the customer. Don't be quick to charge them if the data capability is not 5g. You all also should have forms for people the needs to keep your Uhaul pass after hours. FAILED TO SHOW ME FINAL BILL WITH ITEMIZED CHARGES BEFORE CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY ALMOST $120.00. EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO DISCUSS. HE STATED THAT THERE WASN'T ANYTHING HE COULD DO "AFTER" CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. CALLED THE MANAGER. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS LOCATION HAS OVERCHARGED IT'S CLIENTS. ASSUMING THAT THIS IS SOME SORT OF EMPLOEE-BASED SCAM TO DEFRAUD AND STEAL FROM UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. FILED COMPLAINTS WITH ANYONE AND EVERYONE. FILED DISPUTE WITH BANK FOR OVERAGE. NEVER RESOLVED. THE ONLY REASON I USED THIS LOCATION WAS BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH AN AVAILABLE VEHICLE. (MY RESERVATION WITH ANOTHER LOCATION TURNED OUT NOT TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REQUESTED DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE UHAUK WEBSITE STATED THAT IT DID AND ALLOWED ME TO MAKE THE RESERVATION.) PRIOR USE OF THIS LOCATION FOUND THAT REPEATED UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWLS WERE MADE RESULTING IN AN OVERPAYMENT OF AROUND $600. The workers at the Peopria location in Tulsa were nice and polite throughout the pickup process - but not very helpful with a request I had. At pickup time I requested help changing the return date but was told by the counter agent she couldnt/wouldnt do that WHILE SHE WAS DOING MY PICKUP PAPERWORK ANYWAY and that I had to call 1800uhaul myself. This surprised me because I had just rented another trailer the previous month from another small location in Jenks OK and that helpful agent was able to quickly and easily change my return date for me. Disappointing customer service here at the big corporate Peoria location. THEN (most importantly) the trailer was not hooked up correctly (by the UHaul employee who was responsible for this). The trailer came unhitched just 4 miles away. It almost caused a wreck in traffic but thankfully did not hit anything or cause me to hit anyone while I tried to regain control and get the truck stopped. When I got to safety I tried to call the store back about this but I could not get through the phone menu system to talk to anyone. I was able to get the situation handled and the trailer hooked up correctly with some help from friendly passersby. I like using UHaul - but I have to say this was actually my worst experience ever with themJeffery E.

Picked up 5 by 8 enclosed trailer and when I got it to my location to start loading, I found human feces inside the trailer. Returned and changed out for "clean" trailer but the ordeal cost me 2 hours of move time and prevented me from completing the move in 1 day. You cost me time that I will have no ability to recover and you don' t have that right or authority. I was not contacted by the manager and no reimbursement or discount was offered. This location and UHaul in general should be avoided.kelly D.

Tried to say I didn't pay them for the amount needed after I dropped it off. I paid the woman the fees that were left in cash outside of the building by the uhaul I'd rented then later on the following week or so I see a transaction from my bank statement from this company for an additional amount that was NOT authorized. I called back to tell them I paid my fees in full half upfront with my debit card then when I dropped it off I paid in cash. No receipts were given or sent to me after I paid in cash. So I call the uhaul location, the one off of Peoria, and they said "Oh, we don't do any type of transactions outside of the store" and many other comments as well. So later on I got a call from this location and they all of sudden found my money but was out inside some type of safe they had with the amount I paid in cash laying in it. Them told me to come pick it up. Thank God I got my money back bc these "cons" almost got me. Sad what the world has become. As I was leaving the parking space I had a question for the mgr that was walking with a man to look at other trucks on the lot. I yelled trying to get the mgrs. attention & the man told the nor he ignored me. As I was continuing with backing up he finally approached me and asked what I needed. I asked a question cause I was concerned about the tow button cause I wasn't going to be pulling anything only me moving out of my unit. Damage and gas was reported incorrectly. I ended up getting a fuel charge even tho I documented and took photos and returned the vehicle w the same fuel I revived it in. I have been unable to reach customer service via email, chat, 1800 and local stores. No one will answer or respond. Plz explain to me why I was charged $90 for an 8 hour rental? We made one trip. So annoying. I've now been on hold w customer service for 20 mins again and no one is answering.Jes M.
Rental location is understaffed, but they try to help. The after hours return process web site and app could not return my rental, and is very difficult to use. I was unable to complete return without a phone call. 47 minutes hold on phone, and over 30 minutes without a response on â€œlive chatâ€, only to find out I don't have an active rental. Was sent numerous links to complete on my phone, some of which the attendant had to manually enter because the online system didn't transfer my pictures. Was quoted a climate controlled unit with a valid reservation number for 99.00. After arriving at 6105 S Peoria there was only one person working with absolutely no knowledge of Uhaul Storage and pocilicies. Was told that they did not honor the free one month rental and was quoted 139 for the same Storage room that I had a reservation for at 99 per month. After a brief phone call he advised he could Not help me that they did not honor the quote or reservation. I had movers standing by waiting costing me money and the person working with me left me standing there to serve other customers. They laughed in my face then literally told me that I didn't know "for sure" that they where laughing at me. The manager kept saying what he wouldn't do via telephone but made no effort to resolve directly. They said I could dispute with customer service. While the location of this storage facility is not ideal, the manager Mark is beyond helpful. I live out of state and I feel so much better knowing Mark is watching over things here. He let me know immediately when someone cut my lock off my unit. He sent me pictures to help me determine if anything had been taken. And he replaced the lock on it for me. All of this was above and beyond and so helpful as I was not in a position to come back to Tulsa at the time. When I did make it back to Tulsa he took the time to walk with me to my unit to double check everything was as it should be. My unit was broken into during business hours and the agent removed my insurance from my reservation without being asked to therefore eliminating them the insurance the agent remembered I should have had and I was told it was an error in their end and it would be corrected only to get a non sympathetic call from the GM telling me there was nothing to be done and it's a loss I have to recover. There's no security no one to run of solicitors sitting around watching you unload.
