Equipment was not correct in the description. It says it is a 6x12 with ramp utility. The opening is NOT a FULL SIX FEET! I wasted seven hours because I then had to go to another city out of my way to get a plain 6x12 utility no ramp as that one IS SIX FEET. I WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND FUEL>

The terms of the contract could have been reinforced better. We did review the cost of not returning with a full tank of gas, but we did not cover the cost of returning 1 hour late or the costs of extra mileage. I was surprised by additional charges during the return as a result of these. It seems like a bad way to structure things overall in order for the corporation to get additional profits.

I had to turn in the trailer I rented 2 days early because the brake master cylinder was leaking. It had leaked all over my driveway. I did not trust this trailer anymore so I returned it. When I brought the trailer back the young guy that unhooked the trailer told me that in fact, the master cylinder was EMPTY and he was going to log the trailer in as damaged. When I went into the office, I asked for a receipt or something to prove that I had brought the trailer back and that it was in fact in failure because of master cylinder. The woman in the office said she could not give me anything. I had to leave with no proof that I even turned the trailer in, let alone the failure. I was never offered any remedy such as a repair or replacement of the rental. I called Uhaul several times about the problem and got nowhere. The person I talked to on the phone immediately after turning the trailer in Abbey in Tampa), said she was documenting the problem and submitting it. I found out in a subsequent call, that this was NEVER submitted! I called again a day or 2 later (Chris Hill in Phoenix) and finally got a complaint submitted. I eventually got a call from an area rep. named Jordan Sann, who was one of the most arrogant and insulting people I have spoken to. Needless to say, my conversation with him went nowhere.

Fuel gauge was not half tank has the lady who processed my rental indicated. It was a quarter tank full. Mileage typed on my receipt was actually not the correct with the mileage on the dashboard. It was off with about 200 miles. This kind of error is not good at all. I was fortunate to have taken pictures of the fuel gauge level and it also captured the mileage. Without my picture evidence, I would have been charged for miles I never drove and also the fuel gauge to be half full yet it was quarter full. Wasn't pleased at all with this kind of mistakes, yesterday was really busy and limited trucks to give customers but I still believe uhaul has to do right thing to all their customers.

when renting a trailer, it would be helpful to know if there are hitch requirements - what size ball mount is needed. I couldn't find that anywhere on the website.

I rent from this location often (work related), and have not had an unpleasant experience yet (6 yrs). Very busy location but is well run.

The online system slowed to a crawl. It took over an hour to wait through the line and book. Several customers left in frustration. The only reason I stayed was because I was at the head of the line. The front desk people did outstanding given the system slowdown and constant crashing. Shame on U-Haul for letting this happen. I will certainly look for other options in the future

The staff superbly dealt with a company-wide system outage. They examined composed and offered to call people when the system returned. I did some smaller living while waiting. I was informed the vehicle was ready and I was recognized when I arrived to pick it up. Great service.

The storage unit was clean and the area was well lit. The one negative was the steep stairs leading up to the unit. The rental price was reasonable. Would rent again.
