Since you asked, I'll tell you. Your employees are very friendly and helpful. They are fantastic. But the unit stinks and I felt gross whenever I went in there. That may just be the way it is everywhere, but I'll never want to put my belongings in storage again. The first time I went to retrieve my things, there was a glue trap right in front of the door with a wriggling mouse stuck in the glue, which I then had to dispose of myself, and I couldn't even locate a garbage can, so I had to carry it downstairs in the elevator to the bathroom where I knew there was a garbage can. Maybe that's just the way it has to be, and I'll just never use self-storage again. But I do want you to relate to your employees that I am grateful for their assistance.
I would like to shout out a huge Thanks to Cardel. He was very helpful.polite and professional. He made my experience delightful. I would definitely recommend this uhaul site to others. I had a lot going on that day and Cardel made everything easy for me, and explained everything I needed to know about renting a truck and storage as well. Thanks again Cardel 😄
Tenants should be able to pay bill at anytime online and not have to call.
From the vehicle not being ready on time, to not being empty, to bring charger for equipment that I NEVER received. UHAUL. Has been truly disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone moving or needing assistance.
I will never store my belongings at this Uhaul.It hv mices.I brought 1200 dollar mattress.I come back after 4 months. Mices every where.I had to throw everything away.Building is over 50 years old.I will never store nothing there again..

Mice were a problem.
We loved the customer service part and for the most part they were accommodating and helpful but the storage facility itself was a bit old, infested with mice and I believe rats too! We had a lot of our cloth furniture bit through. Mattresses and couches were destroyed. Not to mention how unsanitary that is to have nice chewing your mattress and relieving themselves on there as well! My “like new” king mattress is now trash. Thank God I got the insurance!!!! I’m doing a claim today!
The facility hours are fine, they’re open during prime hours of the day. Although, they advertise 24-hour access to your things, but in my experience even the after-hours access door locks up at 10pm; therefore, making your access code useless. Another big issue my wife and I experienced was mice/rats. It is advertised that your stuff is safe from chemical treatments that the facility has done to "maintain" their pest problem. Out of one week of going to my unit to move our belongings to our new home, three of those days in a row I saw multiple mice run from unit to unit on the third floor. Now, I’m in the United States Army, I’ve dealt with much worse conditions before, but if you’re going to advertise you are managing your pest problems, I expect them to be managed better than what I experienced. Because of this facility, my wife and I had to disinfect every single item in our unit and throw many things away. This facility also almost ruined our $2000 bed. Again, some staff were very friendly and helpful, but the facility itself needs to be better maintained. It was a nice secure place for our belongings for the two and a half weeks it was there, but never again will I come to this place, or recommend it to anyone else. I prefer not to have more of my belongings ruined by mice/rats.
Facility is old and the floors make me feel nervous about fall through the floors.

The associates at this store were fantastic and very helpful and their customers service was excellent and and I will be using U-Haul again if I need too.
Realignment of Door latch is a constant problem, hence difficulty in locking my Uinit, without getting help from the Office.

Very helpful staff. Rodents had been in my storage which was frustrating.
I was not there for a full month. I think some of my money should have been refunded. I was even there half of the month before I took my things out. I think I got scammed. UHaul takes your money .

When i went to pick up my stuff from my storage there was Mouse dropping all over my stuff in my drawers in my clothes on top of my dresser tea stains from the mice was in my clothes the staff knows

I had no problems with this site. It was fast and easy Great customer service. I just didn’t enjoy the return truck process using my phone. It took me more then 10 mintues to finish the process.
I appreciate the fact that you guys made every accommodation as far as the truck and storage. In any event my couch was damaged due to long bolts hanging out the door which to me is unnecessary

Mice made a nest in my kids mattress and a few bags of clothes that I have to replace now the storage unit I had on the first floor the side panels are coming apart where I can see in the next unit
This u-haul branch is full service and has storage facilities. A great place for your moving needs.

It was the most worst feeling ever, because of being not clear about everything I will try not to ever use Uhaul again. Bad communication between the people in the storage and customers service.7
Customer service was slow. They work Eric was poor and they were lazy. They could do a better job at explaining things.
Pure nightmare. And I was threatened. i haven't been able to store anything because I cannot get anyone of the workers to come outside and see why the door stays locked when the keypad accepts my code
Customer service is key and this location fails in that area. Management is extremely unhelpful and unreasonable and most likely racist. I've commented on the bad management at this location before.
All good - no issues to report. Very painless.
When we went to pick up our furniture and stuff from the storage facility there were mice feces on our totes. We had two open boxes in storage and a roach came out of the boxes. GROSS 😡

There were mice faeces in one of my u box when I picked them up. I couldn’t acces the monthly rent information online or anywhere. The cost was more than I expected.
Lots of mice poops on my furniture. I dont think the place is well maintained. Also, why they painted over the hinges that open the door.???? I was nearly not able to open the door.
The place and safe and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
The associate that I spoke with on the phone said that my U Box would be available on the 13th, when we got there it was not ready but the lady at the desk went and set it all up for us herself.
The costumer service was outstanding!!! I had to change a couple of things like the size of the storage room and my uhaul truck drop off location and both the ladies were very niice helpf about it!!!
Move went very well using the UBoxes once again. Highly recommended way to move, flexible and very cost effective.

Working with U-box was a terrible experience. My box was 6 days late and there was no communication from U-haul. I was never able to get through to the u-box customer service line.
Need to prorate storage fees.
Very helpful staff. We have never used a storage unit before,so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with the security, and cleanliness. This facility only has inside storage.
-You should be able to utilize the larger doors after hours, since you pay additionally for that feature. -Can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone.

Mice ate up all my furniture and my truck was not at the location when it was time to move so they made me go get it from another location.
