Overall the storage place is nice and secure with the gated entry. There is light outside the units but no light inside making it hard to see. The area is clean and well maintained but there is a bad rat and mouse issue. The droppings were huge which lead me to believe it is rats. I found a dead small mouse outside my unit as well. They got into one of my bags that you heat up in the microwave and put on your shoulder. Apparently it had grains in there which they sniffed out. They tore it up and got grains everywhere, they made nests in my bedding and chewed through some cardboard boxes. There were several bedding comforters with rat pee and poop and grain where they were clearly sleeping. I'm having to get all my bedding cleaned and some have to be tossed because they chewed holes in it.

The car tow dolly was not acceptable and had to pull over for roadside assist to fix the repair and parts fall off. I should have not pay the car tow dolly for not being repairable. There is no ez-pass for the tolls since I paid for your service to move the furniture across state where I have found all tolls no cash acceptance but a ez-pass should be in every uhaul for everybody to use your service!

Found some mice/rat droppings 3-4 months in and notified staff. Manager gave us his card and said they exterminate regularly and can’t control what people have in their storage unit. Moved out a couple months later and everything was FILTHY. Rat/mice droppings everywhere and on everything. Didn’t purchase insurance because I didn’t think this would be an issue. Would’ve went with the climate controlled unit had we known this would be an issue. Should've known better I guess. Appreciate the college student promo though.

The location is very well supplied with moving materials (boxes, tape, etc...) and moving vehicles including trucks and trailers. The staff was friendly and efficient in helping me get the motorcycle trailer that I rented attached to my vehicle. The trailer worked very well for transporting my Burgman 400 scooter. It had plenty of attachment points for hold-down straps and it is very sturdy.

Hard for me to know the person who was in charge because when I arrived because everyone was busy with other things that needed to be taken care of. The person I met did not know I was deaf and he kept talking. I asked for a written note. He got up and walked away from office so I followed him. i pointed to him this was the vehicle i drove. He was nice but not personable.

Excellent experience. The service rep was really accommodating, professional and nice. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the fact that there was a bit of a wait while I was there. But that was because they only had 1 rep helping everyone and only one customer could be served at a time.

The vehicle itself was in terrible disarray. The employees were absolutely insensitive and uninformative. When I told them what was wrong with the vehicle, they were completely one dimensional and accusative. Definitely not a location I would let continue.

As indicated in my rental drop off notes, the truck was horribly maintained, especially the brakes. The brakes were scraping(metal on metal). As someone who works in the auto insurance industry, I strongly recommend that you take better care of your trucks. Faulty improperly maintained brakes can lead to very serious accidents and ultimately multi-million dollar losses in liability claims and lawsuits. It should also be noted that the truck's tire pressure monitor was on at the time of the rental. I was assured by the UHaul employee that it was “fine” and “don't worry about it” You may want to refrain from renting trucks out with dash warning lights on. The dash warning lights are there for a reason

The cx service rep was very nice and quick. She showed real urgency to get the vehicle prepared for us which i appreciate as I was in a hurry. Explained the process very well as it was my first time renting a pickup with UHaul. I would definitely return. Wife was very happy as well.

Uhaul sucks! Why can I only review location and not their system? This location is fine, but the system that brought me to it sucked!!! I tried to reserve my van online where I was given a variety of options for availability: any location, any size, any half hour 24/7 pickup time, all listed as available. I scheduled a 20' van to pickup at the location closest to me at 8am. All seemed good until days later, the night before pickup I got a voicemail from a Uhaul rep at 7:30pm telling me that I had to get my truck from a different location at 10AM. I tried to call the number back, but it immediately forwarded me to an international call center where I had to wait on hold for 30minutes only to be told by the representative that they had no ability to make any changes to or reasonably answer any questions regarding my reservation. The rep then gave me the 'number of the scheduling manager' to call, which did nothing but led me back into the same international call center system all over again. I had to wait until the next day, and go to the new location 2 hours later than my original timeline. This new pickup location DID NOT have the size van I had reserved. Instead of a 20', they could only supply with a 15'. As a result, we had to take multiple trips. We had planned on a 1-way move, instead we had to go back for a second trip tripling our mileage. Then uhaul billed us for said extra mileage. When we finally got to the drop off location, the uhaul web app that they require you to self return your truck with didn't work. It got caught on a "you must enable location services" error, even with location services fully enabled (it failed to work on 2 separate smart phones properly enabled). So we had to stress about being billed more money for the 'convenience fee' of having an employee complete the return process for us the next day. We ended up throwing the keys in the dropbox and bailing since their return app did not work. All in all, uhauls overall management, scheduling, and web app systems are complete garbage. These individual locations are fine, but the infrastructure they have to run under is complete trash. I am avoiding uhaul at all costs in the future.

1st you guys changed the location and time of pickup by 12+hours and didnt bother to tell me until after I was supposed to pick up the uhaul. Then I came to the correct uhaul the next day at 8am to pick up the uhaul, and noone was there to open the store till around 915. So about 30 people had gathered at that time, only to get a semi dirty truck.

My experience was excellent other than that I just have one thing that would really really help people (that's why I didn't give five stars). Please please please please please please please I beg of you, do something about the fact that you highly overestimate how much can fit in a storage unit. People rely on your estimates for their move. They do not have their own experience with this. The same problem goes with the u-haul trucks. A storage unit for a one bedroom no way fits a one bedroom. Same with a U-Haul truck, as experienced with a separate apartment's contents by a family member. Even the one to two bedroom storage unit and the one to two bedroom U-haul truck do NOT fit all the contents of a one bedroom. My family member had to change U-Haul trucks twice. Even the moving company I used said that you guys were overly optimistic when it comes to thinking what fits. I am not sure that you realize the implications of this overestimation. If you cannot fit everything into a storage unit, you have to change storage units, which can be an extreme stressor. I had to try three different storage unit sizes. If there is a U-Haul truck that does not fit everything into it not everything can be moved and precious things have to be thrown out and repurchased. I am not sure if the person that owns the company has not moved or experienced this or what is going on. I would recommend sendng out surveys asking people what size fits or so if it is such a problem. I would recommend you do something about this. I don't know why this is done by your company. I don't see the benefit to your company. We are puzzled by this, because you are a very very wonderful company other than that. Your staff is kind and patient, your return policy is excellent, and you are more than willing to help out. In summary, your company is amazing and awesome and your customer service is absolutely excellent. I just went into my recommendations because I thought it would help you with your future customer service as well as your customers. I am sure you want only the best for your customers.

The person who took care of us did not mention anything about the adjustment of the mirrors, nor did he adjust the mirrors for us. (We are 2 women). These mirrors can only be adjusted from the outside using an Allen wrench and a screwdriver. Driving on a highway, one of the mirrors started flipping around. I called the numbers highlighted on my receipt and the number went to voice mail and at the other number, no one was willing to help. A family member had to come and adjust the mirrors.

The vehicle I rented was overbooked, which the system allowed and confirmed. I didn't find this out until I went to the facility to get the vehicle. The agent was able to work a deal for another vehicle without a cost impact, which I appreciate. However I'm still disappointed in that the vehicle I needed was overbooked and the system allowed that.

Really annoying experience but has best inventory compared to small mom and pop shops doing truck rentals. Mgr was kind in allowing out a cargo van committed for next morning and very concerned and sought extra reassurance from me i was not going to keep it longer than expected. I appreciated his allowing it to go when otherwise was planning on giving the $50 guarantee fee and was going to apparently cancel my online reservation, BUT...the incredibly long delay in the mobile phone check in...which took probably 40minutes once i arrived on site was incredibly poor customer service. The location worker was a bit abrupt with me, not friendly, not clear that there was any issue about the rental i was trying to complete, and nobody was around or easily seen at the location when i arrived. Another person dropping off apparently was there nearly an hour waiting for the same reason. Workers need to be visible. Be friendly. Don't act like you're doing me a favor. It's the business you chose to be in. You're making money from me. Your livelihood. Be kind, be helpful, be proactive, be clear. Be available. Don't push an mobile process as an apparent more efficient way to pick up or drop off and then have it take 40minutes. I was on hold once for 30min and a 2nd time for 15min prior to going to the store because i wanted to verify a van was available. Once i got there it was obvious why i was on hold for 30min...nobody was in the store - completely empty. No idea where the workers were. Then upon drop off the Uhaul app wouldn't process my 2nd pic of clean cargo area so then stuck wondering what to do and on hold with national support line again for 25min again waiting to get resolution. Tried 5+ times to retake the 2nd pic to get it to process in their app/mobile form and waited in case buffering time needed (that all took another 20+ min at drop off ) - - nothing "quick" about the 24/7 drop off process. After locking up and taking key home while on hold with support i finally reached someone who notated my account re my pic issues and went back to drop off the key, trying one more time with 2nd pic and for whatever reason it processed. Finally!! If it weren't for them being a higher volume resource I'd absolutely never use this site again or maybe even Uhaul - gotta believe Home depot's process is easier than this ! Gotta step it up a bit UHaul or you're gonna lose customers!!!

The employees were great and were working hard. I arrived to rent my truck (planned from 9-5) at 8:45 AM. There were 6 people in line ahead of me and once I made it to the counter my transaction took only 10 minutes. The only difficulty was it was after 10:00 AM, I was in line for almost an hour & a half. Very disappointing wait time. I will use this location again only because the employees were great (and very apologetic), especially 'Lorenzo'.

Rented storage unit ahead of moving truck arrival. Tried to reach local office by phone to make arrangements for trailer for several days with no response. Nobody answers the phone at this location and staff seems untrained and uninterested. Several people were there in person complaining about truck rentals and inability to communicate with staff. Rented storage for less than a month and are now attempting to reach office again to cancel since we no longer need unit. Once again, no answer. Would not recommend.

For only 2 people being there, they tried their best. Waited 45 minutes to get my storage unit. Had to do it twice to get the bill correct as they didn't do the 30 days free. Went to where they told us to go and had to wait another 15 minutes before the poor desk person could come back and show us how to enter the unit and find our storage unit. They did the best they could. The U-Haul app? TERRIBLE!! standing outside trying to get everything done (that could have been done beforehand except you had to be AT The facility - TERRIBLE!!!)

They put a pock on the storage the day i was moving. I came to get a truck and went to unload it. And got there and there was a lock. I was never able to usr the storage. This was unfair to me.

I was very upset regarding my storage unit. I didn't know that I had to purchase mouse traps or that we had to pay extra for dumpster use. The mice ate through my clothes and futon.

Pros/Cons: Well lighted & clean. But rental fee increased 2x in 1yr! Call center never has the answers to you questions, have to go into the location to get issue fixed. Cnt ever find worker on site.

Service was lacking in explaining the use of vehicle. Each truck is different. My wipers became loose in a rainstorm. Couldn’t find the lights. Space too short to say how you rushed, were unhelpful.

Make sure you wrap belongings in plastic because rust completely soaked my couch pillows. Not sure if it was the humidity that caused the rust dripping or what other than that the storage is clean

Would recommend. The lighting was very poor in unit. The automatic door didn't work often. Nut they repaired in efficient time. Thank you for service. I was there 26 months .
