I went to the drop off location. There was a sign in the store window that said not to drop the vehicle here and that there would be a 150 $fine for Uhaul left there. My return time was 0700 and the store did not open until 0900.Eric B.

The 1/2 tank gas return is an embarrassing grab at customers' walllets. No one can fill the tank exactly to a mid point level. Not sure this is a UHaul nationwide or local policy, but it is an obvious way to scam customers out of gas money.JOHN M.

If you like to ride a zombie truck , then go for U-Haul , there you can find the worst trucks that keep you in fear once you hold the steering wheel . I rented 15 foot truck from 455 E Woodmen Rd . The stuff was so kind and helpful. The truck had 150000 miles on it , long story short , it had free play on the steering wheel which is so scary , you can't drive more than 50 mph , otherwise your life will be in serious danger , when you push the brakes the truck starts to shake and vibrate like crazy , and when i was returning the truck to the company , it was 6,3pm and it was dark outside , dashboard light is out no lights on it, can't see how fast I'm driving , thanks for Google map!!! After all when i arrived i came out from the zombie truck my legs were shaking. I talked about the situation to the guy , he said oh yeah this truck should stop working , imagine guys !!!!Vrej K.

The hitch installed required an extension to use with a bike rack. It seems to be about 3-inches short to make it flush with the bumper. I trusted U-Haul to install a hitch that was built for my SUV. That really didn't happen. I will recommend that others shop elsewhere.Charles B.

Well the truck's engine threw a rod and I was stuck on the side of the road for hours since the U-Haul dealership didn't maintain their trucks. So maybe actually take care of your equipment or something. We are never using U-Haul again.Alexander K.

I wasn't happy about having my storage unit moved. I was glad that I was able to stay at the same location. The movers were nice and very good at reorganizing but the move took 5 hours. Which was 2 hours longer than I was told that it would take. I was disappointed to have my furniture moved because inevitably there was some damage to the wood. Not sure when it happened, either when it was moved in or moved to new space. But every tim I move there is risk of damage, so I hope that I don't have to do this again. I'm glad to have 2 free months, but I hope you don't raise rates on me AGAIN before I move out completely.Laura K. | Premières impressions

I've leased a truck and car trailer from California to Arizona. I then had a storage container shipped from Arizona to Colorado. Earlier this month I rented a van and returned it same day without incident. I again rented a van the following day but my experience was less enjoyable because the gentleman that processed my lease adamantly demanded that I provide a contact telephone number he could call to verify my information. He was entirely insistent of his demand and stated profusely that he would not otherwise proceed with my lease request. I found this insulting and humiliating and I will pursue another leasing company the next time a need arises. The store front at this location by the way is solid glass from floor to ceiling and my car was parked directly in from of store less than 50 ft away.Charles F.

Don't tell your customer who is in a hurry that you are giving her a full tank of gas when it most definitely was not. We went 31 miles and it cost 23,13 $ to fill it up which means the vehicle averaged 4,7 miles per gallon when it's estimated mpg is much higher. The counter person stressed to me that he was giving me a van that had a full tank of gas, which was not true. When we pointed this out to U-Haul, they said it was my fault and refused to do anything about it. U-Haul was always my go-to and is most convenient for me, I'll use Penske from now on.Karla P.

It's hard to find the entrance of the office. There are no signs at the front of the building. A large sign in front of the building-so you go to the front doors. But the office is in the back? it's a huge multi business building. Maybe some arrows would be nice..something? The truck stalled at a red light and started moving backwards. I had to turn it off and on again. Then the check engine light came on. Why so many service fees? I literally didn't even talk to anyone. It was completely virtual. A lady handed me my keys. That's it. Advertise 19.95. Okay you figure gas for 25 total miles. 30 $-35 $dollars but love the fees and scam insurance for your bullshit company. Thanks for ass raping your customersAndrea H.

Long story with confused communication. I had to make 2 trips and I also had to initiate the calls to see if product was ready. Not a very good experiencecheri G.
My uhaul truck was cancelled (due to lack of trucks available) so I couldnt move out before my month renewed. When I moved out 2 days later, I asked if I could get a prorated amount since uhaul cancelled my reservations. I was told to talk to the manager. So I called back several times and was never able to get ahold of Jen. I was told multiple times she would call me back, but never got any call from anyone. The facility was clean amd well kept but communication was non-existent from the manager when I needed help. All the other associates were nice and helpful. The gentleman Shawn didn't know what he was doing, kept messing up the account and order, kept us at the facility for hours. I missed other appointments I had per that day, then having to go back and forth purchasing items, retrieving items because he did not know how to set up the account and save it, thus having to redo everything. He showed me the Storage and got plastic pieces stuck it in where it didn't want to lock had to contact someone to fix it. Then I received a phone call 8am to return a trailer I rented at 7pm for 24 hours stating it was over due, the lady that called me simply stated I will extend it and add stuff to my account that made no sense if Shawn and Chris told me the return time was 7pm the following day than to be harassed by someone not only calling my phone but my family members. Then I called back and asked her how did this make sense and she said for I told hold or that she would call me back because she had to assist other customers and never called back! Horrible service, horrible customer service, no military discounts available, waste of time, waste of taxing me everytime to purchase something additional after they forgot to mention a requirement of one item or another.
