People that want to rent a truck for a day need to speak to Gladys she's a hell of a people person should take care of any problems you have and she'll make sure you understand everything I recommend her to anybody you will leave there with a U-Haul her name is Gladys and no I do not have nobody no family or no friend working at U-Haul she's just a professional representative check her out

The representative who introduces the client to the vehicle should explain what certain dashboard icons represent. I mistook the illuminated, yellow-orange "trailer" icon at the lower-right of the dashboard screen as a trouble light. With the shift lever in Drive, I was unable to see the pertinent button and the explanatory sticker below the button controlling that light.due to the lever handle blocking my line of sight to that light and sticker. After calling the U-Haul number and speaking with Lindsay, I believed it best to return to the dealer, who promptly showed me how it worked. Had this light and how to control it been explained initially, lost time and travel would have been avoided. That said, the dealer was very good and I would go there again should the need arise.

Hello my name is Samet Lomidze I rent U-Haul maybe every few months but unfortunately this location on Roosevelt Boulevard I have experienced very poor customer service that includes racism, I am not even comfortable to type this, but I’m being honest. Unfortunately I never caught their names but one of them represented himself as a manager, young black male short hair with the beard, I am sorry to be so specific but it’s very wrong the way he serves his customers, Second guy is the receiving guy that takes the returns black Male about 21 years old, skinny sharp looking I do not feel good reporting this but please it Hass to be fixed Don’t hesitate to contact me my cell phone is 267-886-2625 if I don’t answer please just leave a message and that would tell me that you got my message, thank you so much.

The App did not work to pick up the vehicle. I had to go inside and wait in line for 35 minutes to complete the pick-up, thus not saving me time as promised. Associates in the store were not to blame and were professional.

I’ve been here many times service is good trucks are fine. I got there around 10 am on this occasion and they only had one truck left. Smaller then I needed but better than nothing. It was pretty dusty and dirty had to clean it before I put my things inside. If you charge customer for things like gas, damage , and cleanliness how would I get the truck in that shape?

Waited over half an hour at pickup location and at the drop off location, which was in a different city, could locate the drop off or find a parking spot, and it took forever to go through the app verification of drop-off. Terrible experience.

Rodent infestion messed up several thouand dollars worth of food grade equipment. The rats ate through chairs and crapped all over the stainless steel equipment. Disgusting.

Access hours are so unconvient for someone who works 9-5 Monday through Friday and has to fight traffic just to make it before closing and even when I make it 20-15 minutes before staff precloses door
