EDWARD E.My pickup location was switched and I was notified only one day prior to the move. This new location was an hour away, and I could not get through to customer service via phone or online chat. In the future, please allow customers to choose the new pickup location if it must be switched. And make it easier for confused customers to speak to a human. I realize U-Haul has a monopoly on the moving business, but that doesn't give it a pass add avoidable stress to an already stressful time just because it doesn't want to deal directly with customers. I was also not given extra miles to compensate for U-Haul's poor choice in new location, so I paid extra as well.
Cheyenne S.Customer service was slow and took their time with their customers. The building had several people waiting in line with no air circulation in the building. It was good once checked out but the process of getting the truck was not time consuming.

There was a stick residue on the handles inside ofnthe truck. Please be sure that when the trucks are cleaned, that they are rinsed thoroughly after the cleaning is done.

Elvis B.u need to train your employees to emphasize on equipment use and safety. Making sure proper hook up/connections of towing trailer equipment especially. I rent trailers from Uhaul at least once a week and it happened that while traveling my 6x12 box trailers popped off the hitch ball. I am a seasoned veteran driver and was able to react to a swerving trailer. I always check after your employees hook up the equipment but it just happened that this time I let it slip and did not check. Your employee forgot to tighten a screww on connection that attaches to a hitch ball. I was extremely upset and if this had happened traveling at highway speed I probably would not been able to write this comment. PLEASE retrain your employees on equipment hook up and safety in general because this is very upsetting and is still not sitting well with me after a couple of days.

Between the cursing, yelling fuck when they messed up, someone was talking about they belong to a gang and have 30 people to take care of his business. I let it go in one ear and out the other but I will not be referring anyone here let alone will I be coming bAck. I will be using a different location.

I haven't rented a Uhaul in years and was very happy when I dropped it off. I just pulled it up to the drop off area, was greeted by an employee, he checked me out right there. I didn't have to go inside, get in line and wait to check out.. Nice :) I'll be renting again soon and will go to Uhaul..

ANGEL O.It was a blessings and I was thankful this location was open on the holiday and had the rental I needed. The (2) workers on duty deserved triple time in a half pay for the hard work and assistance including interpreting languages they provided. Uhaul needs to be appropriately staffed for the droves of people coming to there locations. I waited in line 1 hour 25 mins before I was checked out but I felt well taken care of by the 1woman working inside doing pickups and drop offs and the one guy pulling the trucks and equipment up. They both apologized for the long waits and for attitudes people may have had . Uhaul please make sure your locations have adequate staff to handle the huge number of moves at the end of the month. This location was and will always be the pick place for me.
Yolanda B.I have always had a good experience renting from this location, however, on Sunday May 29th it seemed like they were definitely understaffed. There was a long line and it took close to an hour to get my reserved truck. The two woman behind the counter were EXCELLENT. They did their best to get things moving faster. The woman who checked me in was checking in two customers at once using two terminals, and also ran outside a few times to help with the trucks. I chalked it up to short staffed for whatever reason and an extra busy day because of the holiday. I was patient seeing how hard the woman were working. Unfortunately many others that were waiting were not.

William O.Had to wait a half hour because someone gave our keys to the wrong person. Spanish employee with long hair told us she didn't know what to do and walked away. Only to see her laughing talking someone on her cell phone. Another employee proceeded to help us and apologized for the woman who walked away stating she's not allowed to do that. Drop off went smooth and we were immediately accommodated.
Daniel S.The location wasn't the problem uhaul scheduling was. My whole reservation was a nightmare. Booked at 20 foot one way. Changed my reservation to a 26 foot return to store. Which doubled my miles. Then the 26 foot was way to bug and in unacceptable condition. And had to wait almost two hours to try and get a 15 foot. The people at the store where really nice and apologetic. But because of the way things are set up they could do next to nothing to help me I had to call the main company. What pathetic organization.

It was my pleasure to bad mouth those uneducated, poor mannered males that work at that site. I was given a very hard time while attempting to hold a reservation in place that was actually made by the 3101 Read Lion site while I was on the phone. I was turned away twice and the fact of the matter is I had rented storage space. My company had contracted them in the past and so 7750 has lost our business. I will email every corporate site in the North eastern region about the service. Unfortunate that the public has to be subjected to such poor service.

There were no clear instructions on how to get the rental before the business opened through the lock box. You need to be clearer and make it easier for your clients. Moving is stressful enough!

DASHAWN D. | Expérience généralethey had my drop off time at 5pm which i was there at 5:07 and they were locking the doors . they had no idea of my storage unit still having a lock from a previous customer. ive had four paid movers who were on a time frame their selve and they made it my problem. if i was 7 minutes late i still wouldnt be able to access my storage due to the lock. so the workers had attitudes and then i paid an extra 100 to not have to worry about next month payment and in order to switch lockers ive had to come out of pocket again. and then the email i recieved shows the drop off time at 9pm thats so foul and wrong. they take your cash and cash app you they also done all my transaction on the computer and today they tooken an extra 100 dollars.

And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.
