I waited in line to pick up, I was registered and ready to be on my way, and the vehicle leased to me was not available. I had to wait for the attendant to go inside and register a second vehicle to me, he then gives me keys to the wrong truck, so I again had to wait for him to return with the correct keys. Everyone was very professional and pleasant, but when you are paying for TIME, every min counts, and this in my opinion is an easy fix.Andraya M.
Vehicle had check engine light on and no ac. Had to go inside to switch vehicles. Then neither vehicle was easily locatable on the lot- resulting in walking the lot repeated in 90degree temperatures. Finally, I had to become angry and vocal before I was assisted in any way. For a company that is stating their is an ease to virtual check in and vehicle return- this was ABSOLUTELY not my experience!!!!Nicole R.

The truck was not very clean. There was spilled coffee in the cupholders and debris in the back cargo area. Also the manager told me there would be a 4,50 $ per gallon fuel charge if I do not put the same amount of fuel back in which I already knew and didn't have time to fill it back to the same level it was at when I returned it. I knew they would charge 4,50 $ a gallon which is what I was told I was getting charged, but they also charged another 30 $fuel surcharge on top of that which I was not told about. I arrived the night before to pick up my car and the app did not have a Pick Up Your Truck option. I waited on hold with customer service for an hour before driving 25 minutes back home, only to return the next day at 8 AM. Never using Uhaul again if I can avoid it. Just terrible.VADIM E.

I reserved a 26 foot truck 3 days prior at this location and when i arrived they did not have the truck i reserved. They were very careless and unprofessional telling me it's not here you can step aside and call the 800 number because they dont handle problems. I was forced to take the smallest truck and basically was told deal with it. The truck was not cleaned in the back and I also ordered a dolly and pads which were not in the truck forcing me to return back to the site to get those items. This was a out of state move and put me over the allowed milage causing extra fees. This was one of the most unprofessional unorganized encounters ive ever had.Jeron B.

First let me say the young man that helped me told me that I was only being charged for one day and when I returned the truck I was charged for two. Now I have to say the truck that I received 2711 should not be in the road. It literally shook and swayed from side to side as I was driving. Also coming down hill the truck wouldn't stop. For 24/7 Pickup/Drop Off This is mostly about the app. I like it mostly, but a few times I was left feeling a little lost. 1. Renters should know of all verification requirements when signing up. This way they can be prepared with one of the 4 additional certification requirements before arriving to pick up vehicle. 2. I happened to get back before the site closed. There were no instructions regarding returning the key before they declared â€œcheck in completed.â€ Luck for me I happened to get to the return site before they closed, so after my checkout I was able to hand the key to any employee. Still no real track record of that. I felt I was left hanging 3. Also, final charges were calculated and they flashed up upon return completion. But once you go back in, the receipt is nowhere to be found. Receipt should stay intact. It needs to be compared to deductions from credit/debit card once that processes. 4. Or maybe the receipt is listed on the contract, but the app wouldn't download the contract content, so I can't really tell. 5. The van was for moving, so pristine is not fully expected, but the the van should've had at least an exterior wash before the next user. I said it was â€œusableâ€ for the next family, but I must re-evaluate. A wash was needed even when I picked it up. I took pix. I was there before hours and I was on a schedule, so I couldn't request a quick wash down. ThanksEstelle O.

The person who completed our truck check was a little standoffish. He walked up and completed the check without saying anything to us, before informing us that we went over our mileage allowance, which wasn't something we were aware that we had in our contract since we rented the truck for a full 24 hours. He didn't really explain anything when we questioned the additional charge, he just said we would be charged. I understand that if it's in my contract, I'm obligated to pay - that's not the issue. But if I'm visibly confused, an explanation from an employee who knows the contract would be appropriate, not just a â€œthis is an additional charge, pay itâ€.Victoria D.

Let me start with. You guys cost of me a lot of money and aravation. Moving to a new place is already alot of stress on the day of the move. And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my 218 $for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. I paid every month on time. I was moving out before next payment. I had to leave two mattress for junk man to pick up. It was labor day weekend. They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10Karen D. | Expérience générale

Your manager Mr. Mohammand is a monster. He is very much incivilized and a valain. His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences.
