Registration got changed twice. I chose a center which was 5km from my place. But, the changed one was 15km. I drove overall 32km only where 30km was up and down travel to the uhaul center. I had to pay 72$ for this. If it was the other center, it would have saved approximately 30$ for me.VIVEK S.

Not drive an hour out of my way to pick up a truck that was booked long in advance to avoid this problem. But uhaul made it a problem. Loving is stressful enough, without adding headaches to the day. But uhaul was only headache for the day. But the equipment was terrific, especially the height of the truck. But BEWARE they don't care how far you have to drive to get the truck and you won't know until the night before. Bad business practice!!!CHRISTOPHERI W.

Two trailers available, both have lights that don't work and one light broken off on each trailer. Agents reps telling me that the last people took it that way so I should too. Last word from them it I should take it. It is a five day rental highway. Return to same location. Please help ! I have rented at least 5 UHaul trailers so far this year. It's not been perfect. Employee at cash was rude. Rented trailer for 24 hours. I have previously dropped off after hours, and he explained I cannot do that anymore as someone else sued U-Haul for 2 million due to an after hours accident. Team member who helped load trailer was great. 24 hours later same cashier employee was at drop off asked if I was good to unload the trailer. I did, however, doesn't seems to line up with the liability store of after hours drop off.SEANMICHAEL M.
Myself and my wife rented a 10" from the Royal Windsor Drive location in Mississauga on May 2nd 2021. We only traveled 16kms with our 10" truck. And when we returned it we were told we did 80kms. We had to pay alot of money due to negligence on the part of the workers at this location as they did not record correct information from the previous renters of the truck. We were charge per km for kms we did not travel. We will be doing our Google review and we will never be visiting this location again. Don't lock the doors 15 minutes early then stand in the window watching your customer who's trying to return your equipment to you. Don't walk outside 15 minutes after close (i.e. after your customer has been standing there for 30 minutes), meander up to your customer while you're smoking a cigarette, and say, "What's your problem?" Don't upcharge your customers, especially after you've done all of the above. Don't lie to your customer and tell them that they weren't charged tax so that you don't have to refund the full amount of the upcharge.THIENAN G.
The equipment is good, this site looks good and the people are good, but there is always such a long wait. Either not enough stations opened or the process seems to take too long for paperwork. It's been the same each time I go. makes me not want to go.Peter B.

I ordered my uhaul to pick up at this location initially. However customer service called me and asked me to pick up truck from different location. On pick up day, I reached to new location where they didn't have truck available. I got call from 9057906916 from uhaul customer service again and asked me to pick up truck from royal windsor drive and stated to give me credit for 50 $for inconvenience. However, I was not given credit in my final transaction. Really unprofessional. Poor service.Ravi P.
Provide plug adapter with trailer. Had to buy one to fit into my factory installed plug. Cost of plug adapter cost as much as the trailer rental. Service to help hook up trailer was excellent.HYO-CHUL L.
My complaint is with the cost. Unhaul advertise 19,95 $ rate but I ended up paying 115 $. I had the van for less than 3hours I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONECARLYLE C.
The pickup and drop off (online) experience was efficient and quick. Staff were helpful. The truck had a service engine soon light on (which I didn't notice until I had left U-haul and didn't want to use my phone and drive your vehicle.- I brought it to the attendant's attention upon my return and I expect they will check into it - however it was disconcerting initially because I was unsure that the truck was mechanically sound (didn't have any problem with that in the end)Heather S.

There were 5 people ahead of me when the store opened. I was on my way in 20 minutes. Excellent job in getting everyone rolling efficiently. MerciEddy W.
Battery died while offloading when the back cargo light was just on for an hour. Since it was Sunday after 6 pm, I tried to call uhaul roadside assistance multiple times and finally at 10 pm, I connected and was waiting on hold for 40 minutes then the call was dropped and I wasn't able to call back. The website help section wasn't functional and neither was the app. I needed a boost and unfortunately couldn't get one until the morning after huge inconvenience.Wissam Q.
Server was down so pre check in was useless, no explanation as to if I will be charged 2 times as they collected my credit card info at the time of rental as well. Location was packed with trucks that were not getting checked in (blocking trailers). Lights on trailer were not working consistently (i suspect due to a hack repair of the wire, appeared to be just electrical taped back together when it was severed before). Trailer had a coating of oily residue along the whole surface so I needed to put down a tarp before loading it. Took nearly 30 minutes of waiting to pickup trailer I had pre arranged overall not happy with the service.Thomas M.
Nothing to improve upon from my experience. Rented pick up truck however as it did not have running running board, I was unable to get up into it as it was too high for me to step into. Option was a cube van however they found a 2 step folding step ladder that i was able to use to get into the truck. As I was only the driver and not moving anything, this worked quite well. KUDOs to the staff for both friendliness and awesome customer service going above and beyond to ensure that all was ok for our rental experience.Glen or heather P.

The gentleman who assisted me in hooking up the trailer was borderline rude . Let with safety chains improperly hooked. I was trying to tell him that I could attach them properly . He got very abrasive with me . I have rented fro Uhaul at least 40 times How can you hook up the chains in such away that u have to remove the little rubber safety straps . So that any hard bumps could cause them to become unattached . This was unsafe . I left there then hooked it up properly . MTO should be doing spot checks on these people U-HAUL IS RESPONSIBLE FOF HOOKKNG UP THESE EQUILMENT SAFELY.YOJ SHIULD BE HIRING ANX TRAINING COMPETENT ATTENDANTS. WE PAY TO USE YOUR EQUIIMENT . I really felt like I got lured in with a 19,95 price tag and ended up spending 105 dollars. I'm also aware that it is designed that way because why would you charge 85 cents a kilometer. That's almost 1 dollar a kilometer after advertising a 19,95 dollar price. Its a very underhanded strategy where No One actually pays anything close to 19,95 dollars. I have made the reservation for 1 15 ft truck with 2 dollies on 23 rd March for 2nd April, on 31st March 2021 , received a call stating the my pickup location has changed and now it's 25 km away from my actual reservation. Which has cost me not only money but very crucial time as I have made prior bookings for my move based on the location that was promised. Not only that the 2 very important equipments that I have ordered was now also not given and was told that it was missed, which is a very casual thing for you all but with out the equipment it is impossible for a move to happen, so for that again we have to drive 30 km to get the equipments. Please judge yourself how much I have enjoyed this experience with you all and the extra money I have to send to meet I scheduled Thank youKalyan C.

My credit card was charged for an entire extra month for two storage units, despite having moved out. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain.
