Have a more obvious drop box for keys. Maybe fluorescent orange box on a neon yellow post. My husband spent more than 30 minutes looking for it when he returned our rental truck after hours.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this time there was only one person at the counter which resulted in a very long wait on a Saturday morning. The staff are great but can only do so much being under staffed.

The online app is slow. I did the vehicle return on the app and it was not worth the time. in the future i will just drop off and let the employees complete the process. Also i have not received a receipt yet.

Poor customer service. Harassing emails and phone calls every month. They knew my situation personally, and still didn't understand. My move out was awful. Apparently my locker was the only locker they had on the ground level. So there was 4 people who were smoking marijuana in the parking lot stood outside and watched us load. They Kept getting in the way. Annoying and uncalled for. I was paid up for the locker until the 21st and would not be given a rebate for the time paid. Meanwhile there are these people standing there just itching for me to get out. Worst experience with U-Haul. This location should be reported to head office. On a side note: No I did not contact them. I've had enough failed conversations with this facility.

Reason for not recommending is that I arrived for my 10 am pickup at 9:45am and the app would not allow me to use the truck share at this location because they only had one person at counter. So I had to wait in line for the counter. I got my van at 11:00am. The friend help I had required me to change my day to ensure I could get the van back by 4. If I take the time to entire the info in the app and request a pickup time, I should be able to tap and pickup my rental, and not wait behind 10 people who were purchasing moving boxes, tape and locks. Only 6 were getting vehicles and only 2 with myself used the app. Maybe you should have a computer or tablet or QR code for those who did not enter the required info in the app to step out of line and enter the info, especially if we waited 60 minutes. All of those ahead could have entered the info while waiting in line. Since it took about 15 minutes to process a rental client, but since so used the app, less than 5 minutes.

There was only one person on cash during peak pick up time 9 am Saturday morning. It Took me 1:15 minutes to get my Truck. The two staff working did any amazing job. Not acceptable.

More attendants at the cash. I was pre booked but had to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting. When I got to the cashier it 5 minutes to process. Make it mandatory for clients to book online. Or separate lines for walk ins vs bookings.

Next time….Come outside when I'm trying to drop off trailer. Give me the right trailer when I hook it up. I had to point out it was the wrong trailer number. Process the line of customers more efficiently. Be polite. Don't be on cell phone at work.

Great service from UHaul staff at this location The ONLY complaint is the app is terrible. I have deleted the app. I tried for hours to get it running properly. It was a pain in the neck and quite surprising that uHaul does not make the app better. The uHaul product is great the locations, the staff..all great but the app is terrible. I tried on several occasions to install and then delete and then again and now...never.

don't have employees filling shelves when there's a 45 min line up. and even after having finally able to get the trailer i was rented they had another trailer in front of the one i was taking an not have an employee come out and help. i had to hook the wrong trailer up to my truck, move it and put it in another spot. Then finally when i was practically done attaching my trailer the employees finally showed up after 20 min. finally when i was done with my trailer and was dropping it off the employing selected the wrong drop off location so i had to deal with that and changing my order . so no not a good experience at all very disappointed.

I am "old school" and attempted to get my paperwork/receipt after I had my trailer rental disconnected but was told by both the receptionist and the gentleman who disconnected my trailer that everything would be emailed shortly (that was yesterday). I just got my receipt today just a few minutes before closing and it shows that I returned my trailer today, not yesterday. So when I called , my call was redirected to your central office, where I was advised a complaint will be filed, and somebody will call me back in 48 - 72 hours. In a way I blame myself for not following through the "old way" and getting a paper receipt rather than expecting things to simply happen because I was told it would.

John was OUTSTANDING. He is the glue of the location. He goes out of his way to make sure the vehicle is clean and takes the time to do a complete inspection prior and upon return. He is always smiling and takes the time to answer all your questions before you get rolling out of the yard. He is their number one employee in my eyes.

1. Your app is not user friendly. 2. the right passenger wiper was not working & it started to rain. 3. The guy said that if I added fuel to the quarter mark he would credit me $24.98, I dropped off the vehicle with fuel at the halfway mark and they wanted to charge me an extra 6,78 for 6 miles over. You're assuming I go directly to the drop-off depot in Niagara Falls?? Because your Mississauga depot is so out of the way, I had to go home & pick up the stuff. The 3 closest U-Haul locations I called in Mississauga from the Yellow Pages, the ph. #'s are all disconnected (why don't you inform YP to remove the listing??). I have been renting for the past 20 yrs and there was a time I would rent at least once a month. 4) Your call centre "on hold" wait time is horrendous! Because you have a monopoly on the market, that's why you don't improve your service.

Every time i rent car i bring back car 2cad they charged per gas real gas... I rent uhaul. 45km bring it back max max max 11 liter gas.. they charged me 124,99 cad.... Sorry for them...no honesty.. bad behavior by drop of location

Make sure your app is working! I signed up for the 24/7 service where i'm supposed ro check in via app. First your app did not work, always getting an eror message. Them when k logged in using your website, uhaul.com, equipment not reserved. Called thw customwr aervice hotline, still closed. If you are offering rhis service, make sure your tools are working. The only redemption is that the peoplw working at this location are accommodating and has great customer service. Although there was a bit of delay, i was able to pick up my rental and go on my business.

I've been surprised to have to use your Internet Website even if I was there in person because it was for a Drop off à another location. The person didn't cross the chain attached to my vehicule. It is not a big mistake but they should know that detail.

The "D" clips in the 4 corners at floor level were all broken and missing. (The bracket and mounting screw were there.) Unfortunately I needed to tie down a few pieces of light 4' x 8' wall board and had to get creative with a broom to wedge them in a secure position. I had to drive slow on back streets and avoid the highway to get the material home safely, checking several times during the journey to make sure the load was still secure. This was very frustrating. I rent trailers from UHAUL on a regular basis and have never found them to be dirty or not maintained. This time I desperately required the "D" clips. I can understand one being broken and missing, but all four? Tim

Everything is great except the returns process. We were left standing by the van for quite some time while employees ignored us. We finally had to go in and get someone to accept our return. This was the only weak link.

Rude customer service. I asked where I could park my car when I take the truck. And the response was, "Do you see any spots in the lot" so not helpful and very rude response for a simple question. I'm sorry you have too much product and not enough clientele. Maybe be more polite.

I had pre book a trailer… for what I thought was a full day (closing time) only to find out on arrival I had to have it back for 5… the customer service rep kindly made an adjustment and told me I could have it back for 6:30. Then my phone started blowing up at 6:15 cause the trailer wasn't back… you should not be double booking!!!! now you have 2 irate cx and I will kot be back to this location

Unfortunately trailer was not maintained well. Could have used a good broom to get the rocks out. One of the pegs to hold the gate up was broken. Employees didn't really care for service and one clearly could not speak English enough to be there

Well, for starters, how about you meet the customer at the counter so you can let them know the final bill before taking it upon yourself to charge the card on file… especially when it was discussed upon pick up that a different card would be used when paying the remaining balance. Therefore not running into the issue of screwing over someone's day who now has to wait for their money to get sent back to their account. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD USING U-HAUL AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. Disgusting service and behaviour overall.

Again, the staff was always helpful and attentive. I even forgot to take pictures of the empty unit and a staff member said that she would do that for me. I forgot to put in the symbol before the code numbers and after the code was input the symbol # then The only challenge was when calling the location no one answered the phone. I had to chat online letting a representative know that I need to speak with a live person right away. It did happen because as noted above..I forgot to take pictures of the empty unit. Other than that the kind mannerism and professional service were always displayed. Thank you for, the storage service right from the start to ending of the contract.

A suggestion is to offer a contest to customers that are renting the items or storage. Thank you again, for hiring the representative that served me at the 2700 Royal Windsor Drive location he gave good customer service was quite kind and his mannerism was refreshing. Know he knows how many steps goes up to the upper level 10 

UHaul vehicles blocking all the customer parking areas, no place to park. Bay door was not accessible in the evening early morning. Reservations not being fulfilled, hutch installs cancelled with no notice are just a few of the issues. GM of this location does not care about good customer service

I've had my storage unit there for over 20 yrs. There was water leaking from the roof at one point, so my storage contents were moved with help of 2 UHaul employees. Always clean and well lit. Desk employees really friendly and young men outside knowledgeable and friendly. Just moved and used UHAUL 20' truck. No problems at all. The 3 seats were comfortable. I would recommend UHAUL to my family and friends. Thank you. Belinda

There was a wonderful older lady to cleans the unit, she was great & friendly ( i wish I could remember her nams). As this storage unit has 2 levels, they should have a lift or an elevator for 2nd floor units. It is very difficult to move in & out of without the lift or elevator.

Great service. Very organized for pick up and drop off of truck rental. Khamoni was especially helpful with getting a storage locker organized last minute for us. Rating this location as top notch!

I have never used a storage facility before but based on: 1. Location (Winston Churchill and Royal Windsor; 2. The security of the facility; 3. Heated facility; 4. Cleanliness 5. Availability of large or small access door; and 6. The availability of free use dollies; all mean that I would recommend these storage facilities with confidence.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Systems could be improved, I booked online but was asked for much of the same information again when checking in. The storage is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lack of elevator is a pain.

Need to answer the phone! I called a dozen times during the day and every time it went to vm and then corporate. I had a simple but very important question. You almost lost me as a customer because it was SO frustrating. Seriously, improve this.

My credit card was charged for an entire extra month for two storage units, despite having moved out. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain. Would not recommend.

I have no complaints about the cleanliness or customer service at UHaul Royal Windsor Storage or staff. A recommendation is for a Kiosk where you are able to check in UHaul vans and/or trucks by scanning and placing into drop box.

The place is very clean and tidy. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is that when I moved in I was way younger. Now I have a bad back and the storage does not have an elevator. It was hard for me to bring things down the stairs.

It took at least 4 long phone calls to set up online billing. I kept getting charged late fees when I had previously set up auto pay over the phone. Unbelievably frustrating and a waste of time.
