I would really like to thank them for just being so helpful it was a really tough time for me my mom died and all my stuff needed to be moved quick last minute with little funds until I received my check. I was told that my charges for the rental including supplies that I purchased were one price and was charged two different amounts on my debit card. When I called to inquire about the charges after they were no longer pending on my account, Kaia told me that the charges were correct before I was able to explain why they were not right. I feel like I was misinformed. Lack of professionalism. I won't dispute the charges but recommend better training on her end. Simple breakdown

Didn't care for the space between the the rows of units on either side of the drive areas and the uneven road other than that it was a great deal. The free lock was a plus and needed at the time of unloading after traveling.

I only had to deal with the staff a few times but each time, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean as well. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will come back to this location.
I'd reserved a truck, dolly, and furniture pads over a month in advance, and when I went to pick it up, they only had the truck. I had to call around to other locations to find a dolly and still didn't get one. Very disappointed in Uhaul.

They locked me out when I had 24 hrs access claiming I was living on property which I wasn't but during the extreme heat of 110' degrees days I would stay at my unit longer in daytime!! And used extension cord to plug up fans and sat there sometimes but was not living there!! So I just left!!

I wanted to give Kaia (I hope that's the right spelling) a shoutout. I had rented a unit online at the Haltom City location. When I arrived, I realized it would not work for what I needed to store. The team member at that site reached out to this location and worked on getting everything transferred over while I headed to the new location. Time was of the essence as I had a large toolbox, loaded up on a tow truck, and had to pay for time in transit. Once I arrived, she was so friendly and informative. She had everything ready so all we had to do was pull in and unload. Her friendliness and patience were greatly appreciated during a stressful time!

The U-Haul had several engine warning lights on. The location opened late, and didn't open until 9:45 (my reservation was for 9 am, and we had to wait outside for the location to open). I lost almost an hour of my reservation and my service window with the movers. The location was very chaotic and disorganized. I would not use again.

They rented me a truck with a broken seat for the driver. The seat is completely smashed over to the side so that the seat is slightly tilted, and the cushioning on the left-hand side is almost nonexistent. It should not have been rented to me. I was in a position where I didn't have the ability to refuse the truck. I was not pleased.

I would say that you should have a bigger parking lot for your vehicles. I didn't have trouble parking a fifteen foot truck but Simone else could. Also the check in procedure needs to be made more simple. All the checks and balances need to be already have been made before someone goes to pick up an asset. Customer service was amazing though and made me want to work for the company.

Make sure the truck is available when it is scheduled or at least call ahead when you know it will be available later than the agreed time. Also if it is available later than the agreed upon time make sure you have the dollys that were also reserved for that. They literally gave my dollys to the truck that picked up right before me which was again, later than my agreed upon time and in doing so had no dollys for me. So I had to do the entire move without the dollys because the only recommendation I was given is I can drive their uhaul (at my expense) to another location to purchase a dolly because none at said location were available for rent. Miserable time, the only star that is given, is the truck was clean.

Horrible my account is set on automatic pay and they still locked me out my storage that was paid for already. I lost so much money trying to move by being locked out it's cost me double because of your mistake I will and would never use uhual again and I will for sure let everyone know not to do it I have statements and receipts and pictures there will be no lies told. My reservation was set to pick up the truck at 9am. When I arrived at the site no one was there. I had to call around until I found someone at an alternate location to come and open the store. My move was delayed an hour due to this lack of professionalism and communication. I will never rent from this location again.

My fuel gauge was 3/8 full at time of checking out, and when I returned it just a little over 3/8 full but was charged a $90 fee for fuel replacement. I need to be refunded for this but haven't heard from anyone.

Felt guilty on how I left. My ride to take the last load was a no show. I did not learn of this for 2 days. My experiences with U-Haul was always excellent. I was there for many years without a problem. Kathy was very helpful when my gate card quit working. In fact, it worked out better! Instead of replacing the card, I got a code to punch. Much more convenient. I do miss North Richland Hills.

I was very disappointed and sicken to my stomach, the truck inside and cab was dirty and nasty, dog hair everywhere, handle fir window was missing, looks like the inside has not been wiped down in months. I had no other choice because I couldn't get another truck until 5 p.m and I needed one before noon.

I found several decapitated raccoon heads in my belongings, as well as what appeared to be a pentagram or some sort of pagan symbol drawn in that same raccoon blood. Very disturbing. I would use the UHaul in the future however.

This facility will be my first stop if I ever need extended storage again. The staff was very friendly and delightful to talk with. Given the location of this facility to all the new construction happening around the rail line in North Richland Hills; this place very easily could have had a rodent and pest problem, but it doesn't. I left my stuff in their care for over a year without ever checking on it; everything was safe, secure, and unharmed.

The service was the best I've experienced thus far using a self storage facility. Chelsea was awesome from start to finish. I would highly recommend her service and this location because of the level of professionalism and sense of urgency Chelsea has display, can't get any better at those other self storages. Customer service that exceeds your expectations is what keeps us coming back again and again...

I rented a unit for over 6 years at this location. Not once did I ever find any rodents or out of the roaches in my stuff. Everything was always well kept, even after not visiting my belongings for over 6 months. People I know at other locations, have found their belongings ripped bt rodents and even found excrement. I recommend this specific location to everyone!

I payed for 24 hour access and most of the time I had a u-haul truck parked in front so I couldn't gain access! Asked manager about it and he said he couldn't do anything about it! Poor Management!

Turning the truck in was disappointing. When I turned the truck in with more gas than what it had when I picked it up, I was told I picked it up full. Good thing I had my paper work showing otherwise
