Tire Pressure light was on and I was told it is just a faulty sensor. There was also a trailer attachment light on. Was not told how to handle the return process and the app/website did not have my rental logged.

The ladies that were working there when I came in on Thursday were amazing. They literally held down the entire store going back and forth from moving the U-Haul vehicles , checking the returned equipment, handling customers, and staying later to make sure the store was in order all while having a positive attitude! Their work was remarkable and wish I caught the two ladies names. If they do get a chance to read this I'm sending you a pat on the back. Amazing teamwork and hope they receive a positive incentive for their ethics and talents.

First time using U-Haul. Loved the trailer. Lightweight and well made. Wished it was taller about a million times as I hit my head on the inside "rafters." Pickup was a little chaotic (shift change, I think) and some internal employee strife. When it came down to it, thought, they got it together and made our experience great!

I initially was meant to pick up my truck at a different location, but it was blocked in by other trucks that could not be moved. Uhaul was excellent in fixing this issue within an hour and provided me with another truck.

First of Have the van was not at the location i reserved it. was located seven miles at another location. no a big deal you say ? due to the extra miles (both way) caused me to go over the 100 mile limit and was charged extra . I chose the location nearest my apartment to have the shortest amount of miles and time of use. because of location it cost me extra. Not happy about this. Order number 70038302

The check engine light came on almost immediately after I left the lot. It also said check the fuel cap. The shocks were also gone. It was just not a very pleasant experience all the way around.

They said the truck had 1/8 gas in tank but it was on E and as soon as I pulled out of the lot, the empty light came on. When I returned the truck the same way in Texas, they charged me for it being on empty. I will be looking for other options to move the rest of my belongings from MN in the near future!

My return 10/19 was smooth and painless. I forget her name, but my move in associate was so kind and helped me change units and figure out all my needs for moving in and then returning my uhaul another lady and man were also super helpful and calm while they were busy.

Pro: Service was great. I loved the pricing on the unit and the location. Megan and her team is extremely helpful, kind and went above and beyond for me anytime i stopped in. Con: I wish the bathroom in the storage area didn't smell like cigarette smoke. I stored their over a year and not 1 time was the bathroom not smoked in, and didn't smell like pee. Looking forward to story here in the future when a 5 x 5 comes available

The staff there was very, very helpful. I will absolutely use them again the next time I need a uhaul. And I will recommend to anyone else I know. The storage lockers were small for the price & laid out kinda awkward but other than that, it was a great experience! Many thanks to all the staff there.

Storage facility in my eyes wasn't up to par like other storage facilities which was the reason I didn't move into the storage. I didn't like the fact that my storage had no ceiling just wire and the wood flooring was out dated as well. I just didn't like it.

I had a personal situation that popped up and I had to completely change my reservation. Without hesitation, the staff accommodated me and even helped us with the straps that were stuck on the truck. The facility is an older model but the staff make up for it ten times over with their hospitality. Thank you again!

It seems this facility changed hands several times, or there were new employees hired. There was never a time I felt like the customer service was above and beyond. Upon removing my items there was an intense smell of weed, like someone was growing in one of the units. There was not any trucks available for use on the 3 separate times I had gone there asking to rent one, when the lot was full of trucks. Overall it was a disappointing experience. I understand industry delays, etc

From the first time, that we pulled into the lot; they assisted me with getting out of the truck ( I have a boot on my foo and leg ), they helped my son and movers with unloading my suv off of the auto trailer ( which is more than I can say for where we came from ). The young lady inside was helpful in assisting me with the size that I would need for all of our belongings. They made sure that I secured with maintaining my move-in. Everyone there was friendly, nice and very respectful. We visited the facility twice, before we moved out and it was cleaned and well managed. When we were ready to move out, the movers did a " no show - no call " and I called and the young lady that I spoked to was very apologetic ( even though she had nothing to do with the movers ) Helped me to reschedule my reservation for the truck that I had reserve. I would recommend this location to any and everyone that may need a storage area or need to reserve a truck; The staff at this location are excellent!!

This was our first time being in a situation where we needed to store belongings. All of our anxieties were removed when we made the arrangements for storage. If we have to do it again in the future, we know what to expect. It was a pleasant experience.

This U-Haul is always clean and the staff is always friendly easy check in easy check out reservations are very convenient. The storage areas are always clean warm and dry and they are equipped with cameras which I love for added safety not to mention they have a bathroom in case you have to go right there in the storage area. They also have a if you want it you can have it area and I have acquired a few really great pieces that others have left behind. Oh and all this is my to go to spot when I need to store or move everything.

I gave this location a " Excellent/5 star " rating because: From the moment that I pulled the uhaul truck with the auto transport trailer on to the lot, there was a young coming out to greet me before I was able to get out of the truck. Which was great! being that I had a boot on my leg. Once we got inside and she asked me about my trip. I told her about how my son and I, whom neither one of has never dealt with how to load and secure a suv on to the transport. And NERVOUS I was to get on the road, not knowing if my truck was going fall off the back of the uhaul truck. And because of that, I had a 4 hour late start getting on the road. And the paper on the trailer said to maintain a speed of 55 mph for a safe transport and I did just that. Megan and the other told me that they were suppose to have loaded my truck the trailer and apolgised or my experience. The entire team was great!!

This 2418 South Cobb Drive location was superb! They were ready for business and extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service. I was impressed that someone now days actually do what they say and can provide such excellent service. Highly recommend this store. The Johnsburg store wasn't as sharp and I wasn't impressed. My feedback on the facility is that I wish more of the larger units were available at floor level to avoid stairs or a short ramp was in place of the stairs. It also seemed like the motion sensor lights would only activate from the front of the building so with our unit being on the backside, someone had to walk up and down the hall to turn the lights back on. Otherwise, great facility, safe, secure, clean and friendly staff. 5☆ for sure.

Comparing to other U-Haul storage facilities, this one is much cleaner and better maintained. It is well lit, fairly clean, and I really appreciated the courtesy carts to assist moving my stuff into the storage unit. I will use this facility again when I need to and will recommend it to neighbors and friends.

My storage wasn’t big enough so I had to purchase a second one same location what would’ve really been nice versus the sales person said well I’m gonna give you a discount since you had to purchase two stores this is from us I asked him about it he laughed and chatted and I pay the regular way it would be nice if they did that especially since he knew I didn’t intend on purchasing another one but I had to but things like that

I stored my belongings here for three months. Each time I can in contact with the staff they were always friendly and eager to help. I also rented my Uhaul from them and the process was easy and again they were friendly. They checked in the Uhaul, closed out both my storages and checked in my Uhaul with little help from me. I would definitely use again if I had to!

While the overall experience was great, unfortunately, I was rented a unit that was already rented and sold a lock that was not the right one. It was a doozy when I arrived and could not put my stuff in the assigned unit. However, when I told the store mgr of the issues the next day, he took the time and care to make everything okay. He even replaced the incorrect lock at no cost. Excellent Customer Service!!!

The unit is advertised advising that the space can hold a 2 bedroom. This is false unless your 2 bedroom is boxes only.

This location is GREAT.. except there needs to be a lift or elevator for moving heavy items alone. I know this is a big ask, but it would set your location apart from every other location and you could charge for the service in some way.

It would be more convenient is the access hours were extended after 10pm. I had two units. I closed out one online with no issue. The second one was closed without my consent. I had emptied the unit and it still had my personal lock on it. It was closed after I had already paid for the month. I will visit the location to get an explanation. The employees were always nice and professional. They answered all of my questions.

We had a concession trailer stored there for 4 years. We had no issues whatsoever with this company. David the store manager was super helpful when it came time to finally remove our trailer from their facility. We had to get it towed to our house from their facility and it was quite the job because it sat there for so long. He took his time helping the tow truck driver to come up with ways to get the trailer to roll, but the tires were flat. He tried to fill them and they wouldn't inflate, it wasn't on the rim properly, so he took the tires off filled them with air, and then placed them back properly so that the tow truck driver could tow it, thank you so much for that. My overall experience with the company has been really positive.

The staff at 2416 South Cobb in Smyrna, Ga were especially friendly! David and Cameron were very helpful! They deserve a raise!!!! I arrived at 2 minutes until closing but they stayed and made sure I was situated and knew where everything was! Very good job!

I had made a reservation for a storage unit and called and confirmed the day before and the day of. They said they had it but when arriving they lost my reservation. They gave me a unit but it had a lock on it and they didn't have a key my movers were on hourly pay. So that cause their time to increase. More money out of my pocket. This could have been handled a little more better

I wouldn’t recommend this facility for the simple fact that this company literally calls you the same day your storage rent is due to bug you about paying, which is VERY annoying!!!
