The customer representative there was horrible my sister called me because she dropped a U-Haul off he told her he waited two seconds long enough so he's gonna go ahead and charge for full price for the gas tank but when we received a truck it was at half a tank and the lady forgot to update the system in the gym I wasn't ready to even accommodate us with the pictures and everything but the manager stepped in and I guess he said itLUBENS B.

The staff did not seem to care about the customers at all. All the equipment I reserved and paid for was unavailable when I went to pick up the truck and they basically said "too bad so sad". Also the trucks gas was on empty when I received it as well as the right brake/turning light was out. And this is all on top of the fact that they switched my CONFIRMED reservation of a 15' truck to a 20' truck without telling me. It had just been changed when I went to check in, and I was in able to change back because they didn't have any more available. The staff seemed to be annoyed that I asked for a refund of the dollies (that I had reserved and paid for) since they didn't have any to give me and further annoyed that I asked for something in writing stating I didn't receive them so the dropoff location wouldn't think I stole them. To make the customer experience better, this location needs better customer service and to fix their reservation methods so customers actually receive what they reserved and paid for.Darius M.

At first inspection, the trailer appeared clean. The floor of the trailer was covered in a fine black power like a printer or copier toner powder. It stuck the bottoms of our shoes and tracked into the house before we realized what was happening. We had to spot clean several rooms in the house and hose out and wipe out the trailer before we could load it. This added several hours to our move and was a disappointing activityJEANNIE V.
I was charged four times for a car dolly from this location. All four charges are not what's shown on my receipt. I'm sorry extremely upset about this cause now I have to call my bank and report fraud on you're company and this locationTIMOTHY C.

I couldn't find the key return box . It was dark outside and was looking for an orange drop box like the one pictured on your website. So I had to just lock them inside the truck . Sorry for any inconvenience but I thought that was a better alternative to leaving the truck unlocked. MerciIAN K.

Upon checking in a few months ago the person who stated he was a manager was so rude to me. I had already filled out everything online and when I Arrived was told I need the name of another person. I don't have one. I'm 100 % solo in my life. He was such a jerk about it and yep old me I can't rent here which would have left me stranded with a few belongings. So I made up a name and he said see that's no so hard is it? There's a lot more to it but I'm sure I'm running out of space. How about explaining that someone using their CashApp debit card, which by the way links to an actual checking account through Sutton Bank, is treated like a prepay card. Your inept employees at this location failed to tell me about this and that I would sustain a hold on my funds for now 3+ days. Your team's mishandling (at best) of information has caused me to go without food for several days. Thanks. I will NOT be recommending nor using U-haul for future moves.Mark B.

To be honest i was a lil upset because online the way you guys label your storage. I had a 1st floor storage Upper level its says not understanding that it meant 2nd floor UPSTAIRS. I had already had a rough day with the Uhaul drinking up so much gas for a 3 1/2 Hour drive spending 110 $just in gas and receiving the truck on Empty and all the credit me for gas was 46 $something wrong. But the Asst. Manager their was Awesome great customer service, and patience made me feel at easy after a hectic day. I would say he was the M. V. P for me yesterday. The plastic curtain where we load or upload merchandise is very annoying, there should be a something to hold it open when we are working. Also the platform to load or upload is much higher the the UHaul, that difference in hight plus the plastic curtain in our way makes it difficult and dangerous to work.Christiane C. | Expérience générale

Neither the app nor the website would work to check my truck in, it had to be manually checked in. Last night when I went to pick up my first truck at another location it wasn't even there and it caused me to miss out on a lot of moving help that I had lined up... and then a day of work today. Didn't have the truck that I had reserved, had to give me a new one, didn't have the proper trailer dolly for it, spent like 2 hours trying to find a trailer with lights that worked, dolly ended up causing damage to my vehicle. Filed a claim with RepWest and they are very unhelpful.Jackson H.
The truck smelled like someone smoked in it. The guy had just returned it soI watchedand waited there. They put airin the tiresbit nevercleaned the inside. So yes it was dirty but nottereiblh dirty just enough to make a 2 hr trip to acksonville uncomfortable. The truck has over 92 000 miles on it and the seat was uncomfortable too. One wheel bearing ran noticeably warmer than the other bearings. No failure, no serious concerns, but this one item could have been better. U-Haul has vastly improved since the last time I used them. I reserved a unit online. When I arrived I was informed I needed to add additional names and phone numbers to my reservation per unsullied policy. I didn't have a name so the person checking me in said well that's fine we can just cancel this reservation then. I kept telling him I don't have anyone and he said come on everyone has someone. A mom a dad? My parents are deceased and I have no siblings. I do not have anyone that I can put down: your website needs to be clear that you need this info. I ended up making up a name and phone number just to get this guy to back off. It literally almost left me stranded with no where to store my stuff.
