From the time we moved our trailer off the lot and turned in clicker I had to spend 2+ hours on the phone each week when I was sent a late notice bill wanting me to keep paying rent. The late fees and lien threats were obnoxious when each week I called I was told the account was closed and owed nothing to just get larger late fees the following week. The truck I picked up had the check engine light on, the gas cap was not on, and the tow light would not turn off. These items stay on for the duration of my usage even after filling the gas tank up.ADRIANNE A.

Have spare tires, jacks, and lug wrenches on all trailers. I don't want to wait for roadside assistance to fix a flat tire, or a blowout on a tire. I can change a tire in under thirty minutes. Roadside assistance will be an hour or more just to arrive on site.William C.

Mirror was broken and that was the only truck Left. The original reservation place never notified me that there wasn't a truck . They never saw the reservation. They transferred the pick up to this location. My rate went up without my knowledge when this happened by a couple hundred dollars. I was very disappointed. Online was more helpful than in person experience. I saw online available units and had Walked around seeing the storage unit first hand and when I went to speak to the u-haul sales person I was told they were a full capacity. But over all I did walk there the first time just to be told that. Then I just went home booked it online the lady recognizing said we're at full capacity, so I then told the other sales person my recipe and informed them online has them available. When I clicked on the location to get directions it's sent me to a empty grass lot near Greenwood, I am not sure if this is a uhaul issue or internet/ web issue but either way was super frustrating, the staff was courteous but only one staff member dealing with the desk and numerous customersKARLA B.

Uhaul trucks are maintained outside manufacturer limits. Tires are over-inflated, leading to increased risk of blowout. Very deeply disappointed in the experience and will not be using uhaul again. The refund for the inconvenience was 10 % which is paltry and does not reflect the systemic poor maintenance that put me into physical danger. Will not recommend to anyone.Daniel M.

The gentleman that took care of my rental did a great job and was very professional. I observed the other gentlemen in the front as they tended to other customers show the same level of professionalism. Young kid who worked on Saturday was not at all friendly or even very competent in his duties. He spent too much time on the premises and not in the office helping customers and he told me that my storage unit was way in the back several buildings over and I walked there in the pouring rain while he drove the rental truck that I just rented so he would stay dry and he didn't even offer me a ride in the rain. My storage unit was actually 300 feet from the front desk and inside and dry. He wasn't aware of its location in the least but sent me on.a wet search and he wasn't apologetic for his lack of knowledge or help while I got drenched, unnecessarily.Keith C. | Premières impressions

I think k staff was having a bad day but I walking trying to get information on how to rent a truck and guy front desk said no vehicles available. Nothing else didn't suggest another uhaul store . I went online and made my selection and it happened to be there at the same store where the guy said nothing was available. I co side that really rude especially since I was from out of town.I got to that location by going to a storage nearby and the lady at that place was helpful. Unfortunately the guy at Uhaul was not helpful at all.Amelia L.
Arrived at this location and was told there were no vehicle transport dollies, they submitted a reservation for me online and sent me to a different location, when I arrived at the second location the reservation had been made for the SPID location, I returned and got the dolly. Upon arrival at my destination I couldn't return the dolly due to having been issued the wrong equipment number, luckily after a few phone calls and spending 45 min on the phone the UHAUL agent at my drop off point was able to correct it. Its unfortunate that the SPID location doesn't seem to have the correct focus when dealing with its customers.RAFAEL M.

When I try to call the facility, no one ever answers. I was on hold for over 20 minutes while driving TO the place for the first time - to confirm I had a reservation. Slow service, short handed. No one in office for 5+ minutes sometimes with a line of customers. Checkout was easy but when he brought the truck around he forgot the dolly that I had ordered even though he had mentioned it just a few minutes prior. This location needs some dedicated CS personnel to stay in the office so the outside guys don't have to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off.Roy R.
Clean and maintain the U-Haul trucks a bit better. My rental had bug splatter all over the front of the vehicle and including the windshield. Plus the driver side windshield wiper broken, and I had to ask the service rep to get it replaced.MANUEL C.

Employees should focus on customers they are helping. The guy I had was easily distracted but very nice. Would stop and talk to people in the middle of my paperwork. He printed a document and walked to printer stood there and talked to staff after it printed. He went to get my uhaul and pull it around stopped and talked to someone else on the walk over to the truck.MICHELE C.

I had items in the Uhaul facility for about nine months. I got behind on my payments. I went to talk to the management. They gave me a payoff amount and said that when I pay this, my debt is paid. Months later, I received a notice saying that I still owed money. I went to talk to them, and the manager agreed that I was now in debt to Uhaul again. He said it was because I left a dresser in the unit. I told him that I did not have a vehicle large enough to remove the dresser. Also, when I paid my debt and was told I was clear, the manager at that time DID NOT say I had to remove every single item. I only left one item, the dresser. Now, the manager has put a lean against my name. This is wrong. I was told that I was in the clear.
