Only reason I wouldn't is because I was charged one amount and was told that was all I had to pay and when I turned the truck in I checked to see if I owed anything or needed to do something else I was told no that I took care of everything. I receive an email stating that I owe 226 for the service and it's in collections after 2 days. This is crazy.. not a happy customer

lysette T.When I returned the trailer, the representative informed me that there was an error with me renting the trailer. The trailer I was given was reserved by another individual. When I returned the trailer, they could not find where I rented the trailer so I had to screenshot my receipt and payment. I received a call the next evening asking if I turned in the trailer. The representative did a great job in making sure I would not be held accountable for the mistake.

Melissa M.Fix your trucks and stop your employees from getting over on customers for the company. They rented me what had to be the worst running truck I've ever rented from a U-Haul. That truck had me bouncing up and down to the point of dizziness. Then I put a little more gas in the truck than what it had when I got it and they still kept my fuel credit. When I called to speak with them about it the chick was so unconcerned that it didn't make sense. II have never felt so ripped off in my life.

Barbara F.I went in with a reservation and the first thing put out the clerks mouth was, we don't have no more uhaul… I think that providing good customer service is key. They ended up having one,but someone else helped me. I think that checking and not automatically guessing because your location is always out of equipment is key. And updating the website to reflect what's at your store is also key. I hope this is a constructive review for the clerks at this location. I won't ever return here!!

Also, the vehicle that was assigned to me had the "Check Engine" on and the vehicle ran poorly. I knew the fuel mileage would suffer but I did not want to return it and deal with your employee.

Barbara F.Tire was low and young man who attached trailer took care of the situation even though we got there 10 minutes before closing. Our original reservation location didn't have the trailer and they assisted us with this location. The manager and her team were AWESOME...the manager came to help the young man that was putting air in the tire and advised as to what need to be done if the tire went flat. Very Satisfied with customer service.

Samuel A.If there is going to be an excessive wait time to check in a rental, it would be nice if store employees would mention that. Moving day is busy and no one wants to be left outside in the rain waiting for someone to come check in the rental. A simple “someone will be with you in about 10-15 minutes†would go a long way. I would drive extra miles to go to a location with more communicative staff.

I had originally planned on bringing the truck back after closing hours, however after the experience I had at the pick up location I figured I better return as soon as possible. Good thing I did because the employees at the return location rudely explained that was not an option. Overall poor customer service.
Kirby P.When reserving the vehicle, I selected a flat dolly to rent. I was unable to because the location had none. It would be helpful to know this before picking up. I had to go find one the day of my move. It would also be great to pick up a vehicle fueled to 100 %.
John R.I went down there at 7 o'clock in the morning they wasn't even open they had the door locked to 730 she told me to wait then the computer went all freaked out down there didn't she gave me a hard time to to rent a truck I had to wear rent a box truck from her and I'll she charge me $64,85 the first time they charged me another $16,85 for the truck she she took a vantage of me and the manager is a jerk down there also and I ask her to take some money off the bill and they put A $14 for the insurance and I didn't even know about it there are one stupid people down or at that location they need to be fired or they need to go talk with the bigger GEO down there and told him what was going on I am very unhappy and I want to talk with my credit card people about you guys ripping me off

Furniture blankets: was told "they are out by the garage in two bags". Drop off location in Lebanon, MO was exceptional.

JOHNNIE W.You have a very poor customer service in that store, they act like computers, no greeting, no smile, not any interest on how was your trip. These are the office people and all of the were the same way. But the two guys on return are were super nice, one was a chubby African American and the other older skinny African Americans they were awesome, they asked me how everything went, they greeting me a big smile and great positve attitude. In general they made me feel comfortable, appreciate and welcome. Those two guys deserve a lot kudos and a recognition but people inside need customer service etiquette training, how to greet a customer, how to smile and how to create a small conversation with their clients to know them and look for upsale opportunity. I am Customer Service manager for 28 yrs and those 4 vst inside its been one of worst customer service agent I ever meet and the worst part is I think one of the guy were the Manager. If get the opportunity to work with that store a lot change would happen. Including whole new crew. The interior of the car was really dirty, stains on the dashboard, door and driver seat ( I have submitted pictures and filled a complaint). In addition, on my way back I've found an empty beer bottle in the arm rest storage . Terrible, this car should not have been rented in this condition but I had no time to go back and ask for replacement. Very disappointed client!!!

I was member able to move in. There are no disputes. Staff cancelled the contract for unit, 1532 as I recall. I never entered or used the space.

Not a single time I could do in and out took me at least 20-30 mins even just to pay my storage fee. Also when I call No one pickup the phone and if they did pick up my call they put me on hold for ever till they get to charge me extra fees smh. I got so frustrated up to where I just pay them extra fee and shut up. P.S. storage units are not quite convenience.
