I ordered 2 furniture dolly. And they were holding only one. They gave me another wooden one in very bad condition even it's wheel stuck without rolling. Or I buy one. I wondering why the rental option is existing for 2 and the location only has one.

Great service. The only thing I would recommend is the large doors opening and I would assum sensors are on the individual storagews. It was difficult to keep swiping in and out for each entrance while unloading. Once you walk out you can not get back in, and with 5 peiople total moving in my help group it took almost twice as long, because each person got locked out. then when I swip to attempt to open the door, the system would log me out. plus the three swipe panels. Im all for security, but locking me out was troublesome.

Better customer service. This agent booked me with wrong phone number and email. First we were quoted $52, then $114, at the location I paid $130.90, in the end I spent $190.70. The gas line for truck was not working so I ended up pumping $40 because it never moved until the very end. Booked me to return to wrong location at my destination, had to call to change it even though I told her several times.

When I completed my move out Sunday 17, 2024, there was no one in charge to handle my dispute as was stated, with my money. I also was disappointed with the rental truck breaking down and couldn't get any assistance. Misplaced my key to the storage and couldn't get any assistance.

We ordered 1/2 dozen blankets as well. The person helping my husband get the trailer put the blankets next to the trailer instead of in it. Wouldn't it make more sense to just put them inside? My husband wasn't aware of this and drove off without them. And when we needed them we didn't have them. If she had put them inside, all would have been well.

The car transport trailer that was issued to me was not in good working standards. The ratchet handles that are used to tighten down on the straps that keep the car from moving were rusted and made it near impossible to operate. It took a lot of effort for me to get them working properly. Luckily I was able to tighten down on the with help from a second person.

Be sure to tell your customers when their requested drop off location is closed and not accepting returns. That way they don't have to drive two plus hours out of their way to return equipment. In the past, I've never had an issue with U-Haul but this experience has soured me on the brand.

Derrick short(I think that's his last name) was extremely helpful. Even though they were closing he came out to see if we needed help. We decided to come back the next day since it was dark. He was just as helpful the next day. But there was ONE rude employee with blond tipped locs, everyone else was helpful.

This was my first time using storage. The crew was so very helpful! It was expensive and my only complaint is moving out 2-3 weeks before payment due, they give you NO MONEY BACK!! Instead, immediately rent out and pocket the$ you had paid up to the date. Aren't we all getting tired of being screwed every way we turn???

I reserved a pickup truck and trailer at a specific location 5 miles up the road, and my pickup location was moved without my knowledge to a place 11 Mi up the road, and then when I get there even though I'm able to reserve a truck and trailer online and it's not posted anywhere on the website that y'all don't do that anymore I was told I can't get what I reserved so I end up having to spend more money than I wanted to spend, and it also doesn't stay online that you can't use a debit card to rent a pickup truck and a trailer, now I don't know if you are aware of this but that is called false advertisement, I will be looking for a refund as soon as possible

Pls forgive me as I don't know the employees name but as I walked in for my reservation he was very polite and greeted me with great professionalism! While making the reservation for my storage room the manager assisted with great customer service. Day2: I couldn't get the latch to slide on my unit so I called the front desk. The employee came over quickly to assist and even called for someone to come take a look at the problem. Thank you for being polite, customer service friendly and urgent to my request.

Facility is okay. Experience would've been great if it wasn't for the HVAC failure flooding out my 2 units. Staff on site are excellent. Prompt assistance always, very helpful during the whole ordeal. Give those guys raise. The insurance process could happen faster. Maybe a little more attention to the customer when U-Haul is at fault. Average experience. Have had better with you guys. Still a returning customer.

I noticed a staff encouraging another staff (while teach long them how to complete a task) charge someone improperly because they were not present and did me the same way, charging me an additional day though I was present with the rental waiting for their system to come up. The facility was well kept which is why the rating was given average due to my distraction being resolved after the dispute as well as having a clean and seem less unit to use for the time I did. Without that I would have given this location 2 stars

When I moved out and called the next day to inform the staff. Nobody was willing to go verify and move me out in the system so I don't get billed. They made me come back to video tape the empty and clean room and show them before they remove me from the system. What a lazy crew. I am not going back there and I won't recommend your service to anyone. I had a much better experience with other companies!

The system allowed me to reserve a unit that was not actually available when I arrived. Instead of an outdoor drive up unit, they gave me an indoor unit that was a 5 minute walk from the entrance. I dont own to even use the unit, too much hassel. The manager (same guy in all the photos, bald with a goatee and mustache) was a total jerk to the lady in front of me and to me.

Office staff is very rude, uncourteous. Please spend couple of more dollars to hire better educated, polite staff members instead of all this barely high school passed rude bunch ! It appears these guys taking advantage of economically disadvataged, poor , immigrants who mostly come there for their moving needs and get treated like trash. Just unacceptable. This facility is a such a shame to Haul's reputation.pls. either shut down this horrendous place or replace the entire office staff there ? Staff members often smoking weed during their cigarette breaks. I currently had Automated payment until my bank had to cancel my card Bc my cc was compromised. With that said uhaul couldn't pull the payment out. And charged me a late fee. A fault not of my own. I still did not have my cc and was waiting on usps. I emailed them to let them know the issues and a nice gentleman (customer service) said I could get late fee taken out but to call them. I did call them and the customer serv. woman told me she couldn't take out the fee. Therefore I will be closing my account and the fact that I couldn't get a late fee taken out speaks volumes. Uhaul has also hiked up prices again and I will just go find a cheaper and nicer place that will work with me.

Unfriendly staff. I had an unpleasant experience with the female staff member when reserving the the unit and once over the phone. When I asked for the number of corporate I was told that I could find it online. Being out of state I've only visit the facility once. My assistant experience with the other staff has been great.

The General manager Branch Young deserves that position for his outstanding customer service, he is a great manager. The evening shift supervisor or lead staff Yubi Guzman is always pleasant to customers and always willing to go an extra mile just to help customers, I even told her that she works like a strong man. Because of she and the General manager customer service skills, I will always make the Uhaul at sugarland Airport area on highway 6 my first choice when dealing with Uhaul. My negative experience: the morning shift supervisor or lead staff, she was never polite in dealing with me and if she was the only person at that location as a Uhaul storage staff, I would have never revisited that location ever again to do business with Uhaul, I even tried not to remember her name. The rest of the staff has great customer service so I will say overall, they are a great team.

My trailer was stolen from your facility they said i had to call the police to make a report and from there contact corporate make a report with them and maybe then be able to view the cameras or corporate would review cameras so i did i was on the phone for over an hour and the customer service employee said i would get a call from the corporate manager and thats about three weeks now no one contacted me nothing was done to help me get info on who stole my trailer or for damages done to it the employees at the office are complete a-holes they do not care about not ine single customer the manager there was clueless about what her job role i would never recommend this storage facility me thinking that since its a big company everything would be under control and safe but im sorry sounds like im just complaining alot but your employees there just dont care about there job and or attracting customers when they walk in they are very rude and non caring

My unit was broken into and a bulk of my items stolen like my washer and dryer, 2 tv's and a range of other items. Manager was very rude and not helpful. He was only helpful when the police arrived and requested his assistance in the matter. There is apparently according to the manager, no cameras to see who or when my stuff was stolen. I remember specifically asking the sales girl for a storage with AC because i had a washer and dryer etc and did not want them to rust in an outside unit. She told me there was none and instead gave me these 2 units in the end corner. It really random how my unit was then broken into and the specefic items in mentioned in check in was stolen. I will never do business at this location ever again or recommend it.

I'm extremely dissapointed to find out that some items are missing after moving the items out of storage. I noticed so far that two (2) WESTMINSTER'S CLOCKS were stolen and a box of NIKE SNEAKERS. I also know that the U-Haul Movers had cars which they couldn't have stolen them. What investigation will you provide or please call immediately to let me know what is going to be done....that is so wrong.

We reserved a storage unit weeks ahead of time, but upon arrival were told there were none available. They could only give us 2 smaller units instead of one in a non climate controlled area and charged us normal rates (not the rate agreed upon). There was no compensation. This was extremely inconvenient as we had just moved from Kansas and had traveled almost 800 miles. I am not impressed.

The staff was very accommodating in helping us with all our needs to move out. Even though we were not local any and all questions that arose were promptly answered. Almost 18yrs my mama had her belongings stored there and it was very refreshing to know they cared about her possessions as much as she did. The Mgr. Mr Branch helped us out tremendously knowing we were not local . He went over and beyond to make the move out exceptionally well. I had a wonderful experience with Trevis L (I hope I spelled his name correctly) if there was 10stars he deserve it and more. I strongly recommend him for promotion and pay raise. He was so professional in attending to me very friendly yet professional he explained the process carefully to me. His service will make me use uhaul over and over and tell others about uhaul. Some of the front desk were not helpful enough. At the time of moving out I went to the person sitting at the front office and told him that I had moved out and gave him my access card. He told me okay you are done. Few days latter I have received an email indicate that I am still considered have the store. The same person was most of the times I have asked for help, he was not helpful and is trying to get business for his own friends out of Uhaul.

Overall the facility is good. Centrally located where I live and staff was polite and helpful. Their office hours were good and storage center hours were good as you can access it after the place closes. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to store excess items short term or long term.

Everyone who works here has been top notch in the 22 months that we have kept our items in storage. They are always very professional and really friendly. Especially the big black guy with smiling eyes with dreadlocks I think? He knows his stuff and has always been very kind. Also the guys who work the area when you pull up the truck. They are young black guys and are always super nice. This place has a good crew. Sorry I don't know any names but I'm terrible with them and I only know faces usually. Just want to let you know that this particular location is doing everything right and treat customers very well.
