App check in is terrible. Had to abandon and go see person inside. If you can scan your DL on iphone then you meed to provide instructions on how to activate that in a browser. Forcing me to call a family member is stupid. You had all credit card info. Rent me the van- easily.brian B.

Why was a charge an after hours fee I picked up at around 4pm and dropped off the next day at around 9am. I have had so many issues recently with Uhaul. My last three rentals from a smoke filled truck which I complained about and heard nothing on, then a dead battery and now you charge me an after hours fee and the truck was return during normal business hours and was used less than 24 hours. I my have to find a new company to work with Uhaul has gone down hill.Gary K.

The entire experience was AWFUL> the moving company I hired did not show, the truck broke down, i needed another truck to get to Melbourne, so had to unload the truck and reload the new one. I have moved several times by myself and this was by far the worst experience I have had.Jill H.

This location is always super busy so I was really pleased that the manager took the time to visually inspect the trailer I rented and noticed one of the tires looked a little low. Upon further inspection, hes saw a nail in one of the tires. He switched the wheel out for and then checked the air pressure on the other three tires before sending me on my way. When I made the reservation it was for a cargo van they only had a 15 ft truck available. All I needed to move was 1 bedroom. It was such a large truck for my move.James B.
Personnel at this location took the truck out of commission due to the fact that the cab was leaking when we arrived because it was raining again and he was able to see the rain coming inside. However, he wasn't able to give us any money back or do anything about the inconvenience endured during our trip from New Jersey to Florida. I feel some type of refund is due !!!!DAWN W.

Let me start by giving both of the workers credit for doing their best. Their customer service was fine. They needed more help tho. Overall the experience was sub par. My van was dirty with a ton of flaws that I had to photo and send in. Not something I had time for after already getting my truck 30min late due to the line. The van reeked of smoke. It was almost unbearable. So yeah, I would have asked for a refund yesterday but didn't have time to deal with it. I'd use Uhaul again. But this was not a good visit. At all.Diane H.

Besides the person checking my truck in, he made it sound like a huge inconvenience for him to provide me with a receipt. Said it would be about 15 minutes before he could print it out. He said I would receive by email. Haven't received it by email and I dropped the truck off 2 days ago.WILLIAM B.
At this drop off location the staff was great. I will note that it is kind of hard to get to. Only problem I had is that when I made the reservation the drop off location was different. So after going there and trying to drop off, I had to find my way to this location. Very inconvenient as the initial drop off location was only 3 blocks from my home and then I had to leave there and find this place ... which is tricky due to Tropicana field.Thomas L.

He had to distribute vehicles, accept returns, answer phone calls, etc. He did the best he could under the circumstances and I do not fault him for the lack of manpower. It's a scam when they tell you they will check you back in if you paid with a credit card. If you fill the gas tank back they still charge you at least for a gallon of gas. Miles are quoted by them yet they charge me 30+ additional miles. My charges was 25 $+ different.OPHELIA B.

The facility itself was secure. However, I reached out to customer service and got the main number as the facility ALWAYS transferred its phones to the main number. You can never reach the facility itself. The main uhaul could not answer my question and assured me that the manager of Tropicana field would return my call. He/she never did. I was supposed to get a free month of storage as I had rented a truck within the last 12 months. (Mine was actually within the last 6 weeks). The customer service reps at the main number checked my qualifications and assured me that I did qualify. The they charged me at the facility and when it was questioned, they said that since I didn't rent the truck 'from a certain distance', I didn't qualify for a free month. I'm Scratching my head over that loophole. Not even quite sure what it means. The facility itself was fine. I made the reservation through uhaul central since you can never reach the facility itself. On the move-in day, the facility told me that they gave my storage unit to someone else (we were there at 9 am), but, they were able to come up with another for us. Why did they even bother to tell me that? The place is chaotic but my belongings were safe in the end.Patricia M. | Expérience générale
I arrived at Uhaul at 8:15am. There was only 1 employee working. He was very slow. There were 3 people in front of me. By the time I got up to the counter it was after 10:35a.m. The Uhaul employee had a nasty attitude and was unprofessional. He was very condescending with myself and the black woman who was before me in line. However, his demeanor was totally different with the two other guys/customers that were in front of the line. I had to be to work at 12 noon but due to waiting 2 hours to get and having to store my items storage I waisted an entire day and had to miss work. I also reserved a storage unit and it was too small for my things! I had to get another storage elsewhere. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had. I would never recommend. I should be accommodated for inconvenience and lack of professionalism. This experience was horrible. // Later that morning a woman (Uhaul employee) arrived around 11am-11:30am. Her attitude was totally different from the man earlier that morning. She was very professional. Great place to store things! It's the moving out that's a pain. So many homeless folks come up and ask to help you, so I felt uncomfortable leaving my truck unattended to load up more for fear of my things being stolen. The elevator was also miserable to use if anyone else is moving at the same time. Anyone above you will come down with a full load and I waited 5 minutes for two rounds of people to unload the elevator. When it's 80 degrees in that breezeway 5 minutes feels like forever. Overall I'm glad we had the option to keep our things here, but glad it was temporary. Everyone who works there is very friendly and accommodating.Haley H. | Expérience générale

Had I known this prior to moving in, I would have found a different storage unit somewhere that didn't force me to carry my items up a flight or stairs. This store is really busy and really understaffed. There is always a long line and it takes too long for each transaction to occur. If you have a question and call the store you will be on hold for at least 30 - 45 minutes.
