This location was great(I picked the location for having the best summary of reviews in my area). When mobile check in failed me I had to go in to check in. There was a nice lady who told me everything I need to know and made sure I knew what I was paying for. She made the check in experience wonderful. I then returned the U-Haul and that was the easiest drop off experience. The truck was well maintained and service was great . Will use again in the future.

Had a good experience with the staff, but my overall experience using this particular uhaul was terrible. The truck has clearly not been well maintained and probably shouldn't be on the road let alone be charged for it. Halfway through our drive on the highway the motor? made a loud noise and started to shake. We stopped four times to make sure it was safe to drive. The check engine light was on and the truck shook uncontrollably the entire time. We couldn't go over 20 miles an hour. I was so glad to get it back to the location, we couldn't get rid of it fast enough.

No wonder your workers will always say the key should be left in the ignition while you can go. If the equipment was checked in immediately such nonsense wouldn't happen. It doesn't make sense. Between late last month and March 7 I have rented truck in same location 3 times. I am not new to uhaul to say the least.

Frea NunleyMy reservation wasn't ready at my pickup time at 9AM. The tow dolly had a flat tire. After waiting for the employee to inflate the tire, I was told it was safe to go. Less than 3 miles away, smoke began billowing off the trailer. I immediately pulled over and called Uhaul roadside assistance. I inspected the trailer, and saw tire that was previously flat was now rubbing on the frame of the dolly which was bent into the tire. Roadside assistance informed me to stay where I was and wait for a tow truck. The tow truck arrived 2 hours later and took the dolly back to Uhaul. Roadside assistance told me I could get another dolly at a second location. When I arrived, no dolly was available and the staff were confused why I was told to come there. After another 20 minutes, I was told a 3rd location now can serve me with a tow dolly. I drove to this location and picked it up. After half a day wasted on such a simple reservation, I returned the truck and dolly to the Uhaul center in the lane used for returns. I spoke with the two employees standing outside and was informed to leave the keys in the truck and to expect a receipt via e-mail 10-15min later. When I got into my vehicle to leave, I was flagged down by a separate employee who wanted me to get back into the truck and to help them put away the dolly in their congested parking arrangement. They complained that it "wasn't their job or responsibility" and that I "would be charged for this." I was promised a reimbursement for this complete waste of a day, but I wasn't. I'll never patronize Uhaul again.

They then proceeded to harass me about the unit once my card was no longer on file (I removed the card due to not being able to get any help from them and the situation I was in). I know there was a brand new bed frame, mattress, box spring, and flat screen tv in the unit so I honestly refuse to believe that they only made $5 after the sale of it. Just shady all around and I don't plan on paying them anything.

We have made a claim and will need to get repaired. What a pain!!! They were not overly concerned about the damage , just said make a claim, like it happens everyday. Uhaul needs to train their employees how to handle trailers! We will not be renting from them again! Once is an accident , twice is ridiculous and needs to be addressed to protect future customers!!!

When I finally got the trailer, it was in really bad shape. The condition of the trailer was pretty poor, and it was clear that it hadn't been properly maintained. The straps that are supposed to secure my car to the trailer were very rusty and difficult to use, which made the process of loading and unloading my car quite challenging. All in all, it was a really unpleasant experience that left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

It took nearly 20 minutes for me to get checked in and another 20 to return the truck using the UHaul app. I wouldn't have used the mobile option but with as late as my dropoff was, I had no other option. I would definitely recommend anyone actually go inside and check in / return their truck. The app is very slow and some of the prompts wouldn't work for me.

Cas Rowe-SwainI was overcharged. 133 miles were added on to my trip. We estimated 40 and drive 42 but then we're charged an extra 133. The first trip here from NY to NC we were charged a cleaning fee. Pictures showed that was not necessary and I was refunded. This time a staff told me the mileage and that he would take care of it. And then I get a charge for 133 extra miles. So now looking into it yet again. Not very happy with U-Haul and if I move anytime soon or anyone I know moves I will suggest another company.

ARNOLD POWELLI had to return the first trailer they gave me as one of the wheel bearings was shot; the wheel was very loose on the axle. I don't know how it wasn't taken out of service until it was fixed. Very dangerous. Most of the guys there were very polite and helpful, but no trailer should be rented in that condition. They didn't have another of the same size available so they gave me the next size up.

From their comments, it was evident the staff believe the debris to belong to an unhoused person, that he uses the damaged truck for storage, and they are accustomed to this. The unhoused person entered the storage space while I was vacating. While the interior was clean, there was broken glass littering the loading dock when I arrived. Given the availability of more-secure storage in the area, I would not recommend this location to a friend, at least not without sharing my experience.

Everytime I try to go to store to turn in key card it's always a long wait and the gentleman wouldn't just let us drop off the key card so my card been getting auto charged monthly $49,99 which I found out they from customer service that shouldn't been happening if they walked their units and saw I never took off there ziptie and never put my personal lock on. I will try and turn in key card again next week but I most definitely wouldn't recommend this climate control unit.

BRADLEY FREEMAN | Premières impressionsWhen I first moved in, I had to drive laps around the building to try to find where to unload my trailer because the directions from the front office were so poor. It wasn't until I found someone working in the back that I had better instructions and was shown how to access my unit. I was also told that I had to have the lock that U-Haul sold but saw several units with different locks, which meant I was clearly lied to. There were several times my access card failed to open the door, despite following the proper steps. The "loading dock" door routinely failed to close, leaving the facility unsecured. Items such as carts and the ladder (which was not easily moveable) were routinely left in the hallway, making it difficult to get to my unit without risking injury. When I'd ask the staff for assistance, I'd be met with an attitude like I was an inconvenience. Overall, the services I received was a ripoff for the price I was paying. I'd sell/donate everything I own before I stored with U-Haul again.

We have received text messages, emails and phone calls until March about late payments on the storage. I even called to talk to someone to tell them that we were no longer there and they said something was wrong with their system and it kept contacting old customers and he would fix the issue. Spoke with someone else and told her that we had been long gone, she informed me that we couldn't have moved out the correct way because they didn't have record of it, even though we rented the truck from them to move the stuff. They kept asking was the unit empty and was the lock gone. Of course both of those things had happened, but why didn't they know that and they work there. Needless to say I will never rent a space from this facility, way to much confusion once you have moved.
