The gate never worked properly. The card i used to swipe didn't always work. The clerks behaved as though someone was interrupting their nap when I walked in to ask for assistance. Not friendly at all. Uhaul should prorate. I moved out the same day I was charged for a full month of renting.

I didn't like the fact that they charged me a cleaning fee of $25 before they called and explain to me why and the fact that it was a little chair that I wanted they just threw it in the dumpster and charged me instead of giving me the chance to come pick it up I feel like I should be reimbursed my $25 for my chair

I was assisted by a young lady and young man during a very busy Saturday morning. I discovered the vehicle I reserved would not meet my moving needs. Both individuals went above and beyond to find an available rental to accommodate my needs. They made a very stressful experience easy, simple, and pleasant. They have locked in a loyal customer from this point forward.

Everyone I came in contact with at this location was helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond and had genuine, caring attitudes. Moving is stressful enough. It was good not to be stressed out with bad customer service. I appreciated the positive interaction with Uhaul from the reservation to dropping the truck off in Greensboro.

Need to replace a truck on the lot, was having trouble cranking it. The guy was trying convince me to still rent it until I kept refusing to either go somewhere or get a refund. And he finally switched trucks

Hello, my invoice is incorrect. The dolly was said to be $10 and the charges for the truck are outrageous. I had some of the worst customer service when I was given 3 eta's for a mechanic to come and fix the latch on the door. I need this revised and do not agree to pay this amount.

Ensure to read details/notes that are attached to reservations. Reading is fundamental. Nevertheless the staff, location and equipment were above average and I'll definitely rent from there again.

This location overcharged me after delivering a subpar vehicle that had feces and urine all in the back of the truck. Disgusting! I won't be coming back especially after confronting the staff about this issue and to my surprise, they told me to get over it. Wow! This place doesn't need to be open to the public.

I haven't used Uhaul in a long time but now I love the process it quick that get you what you want. They don't hassle use use dents and damaged areas already on the truck. Kudos didn't have to be check out they bill my account the actual miles. I would recommend this location.

Exceptionally bad customer service experience from the female rep on Saturday morning. I'm sorry if I bothered you by asking you to do YOUR JOB and get off your phone to assist a CUSTOMER! If you hate your job that much.. go work at McDonalds... we expect that kind of RUDE service there. I won't ever be back to this location.

UHaul came though when my rental at a different company was cancelled by them at the last minute. Customer service was great!

When the store hours state it closes at 7 pm, then someone should be there until 7 pm. I returned the van at 6:30 pm to find the store locked up and no one there. Also the van was clean except for dirty footprints and grass in the rear compartment. But that aside, the gentleman that served me when I picked up the van was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We returned the vehicle in 6 hours and got a call the next morning to inform that we were going to be charged for another day. The caller did not know if the vehicle was in the lot or not. It was alarming and bad customer service.

The Uhaul app for iOS is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. Needs refinement. Location staff is tolerable at best, they lack customer engagement skills and basic empathy. I always use this location for the large available selection of inventory and its convenience to Greensboro.

I expected more from U-Haul. The upper lever units are terrible to store heavy furniture as it is only a unit on top of another like a high locker. It was after the fact that I was informed that these lockers are mostly meant for college students with limited belongings. I barely got 1 bedroom set in the lower unit minus the mattress set. I was very disappointed. The only reason I gave the second star is due to the help staff. I would not recommend this particular site for storage for houses.

Very accommodating and understanding. Very good Customer Service. This is my 2nd time renting a truck and trailer for a one way and all the Staff were very helpful. This time I did take advantage of the storage unit. The unit is very accessible, however a little darker inside than I expected. Other than that, the best location by far. Thanks Greensboro 911 West Gate Staff.

My reservation was for a unit that wasn't available when I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to talk to me after walking past me six times. To be told that my reservation didnt matter.

Poor management. The facility not clean with an apparent rodent problem and in poor repair. Smaller units not easily accessible- must use a ladder. I would not leave my property longer than I had to
