Inform them when you don't have the vehicle that was reserved ahead of time and try to find the location where they can get the vehicle BEFORE the day they are supposed to pick it up. Very poor customer service in that respect

The U haul chino messed up my pick up at 10 pm. I had to drive 25 miles to get the truck. I also paid 60 more dollars because of this. UHAUL CUSTOMER Service Department didn't even care about it. The Supervisor refused to talk to me. Worst exp ever!!!!!!

You should check your vehicles thoroughly prior to renting out. We rented a van that appeared to have no damage, however, after loading and taking off to our destination we heard loud noise from the passenger window. We stopped to check and discovered there was damage to the passenger door. We literally had to travel with the window down the entire trip (almost 300 miles) and unable to use the air! I called U-Haul prior to leaving town and the day after return. I was told to take pictures of the damage and that a supervisor would call me back. Three days later and I am still waiting for that call!!

Once i dropped the equipment two of the employees were playing on their phones in the hitchbay area and once they saw me disconnecting the auto transport came to prosses the return. the return are was dirty with a lot of debris from other equipment.. Yo need more discipline.

I'm old with a bad back and arthritis. The staff found me a storage unit close to the entrance on the first floor. Now that's going the extra mile to help the customer and I greatly appreciate it! This is one of the reasons why I go with U-haul before any other truck rental or storage rental company.

The truck was so dirty and nasty inside. I had to clean it. The windows were nasty dirty. There was a sidewalk tire piece cut and I didnt notice it till I returned it. I was given a truck with a messed up tire and dirty inside.

Storage facility's access hours and office hours were too inconvenient, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Longer access hours is the most important. I had my storage for 15 years started back in 2005. I definitely had a pleasant experience getting a storage unit at u-haul city of industry.

Location moved last minute due to not having the size I ordered. It was 25 min out of the way and was not told until 9pm the night before. Also I had ordered it like 4 days in advance so making sure it's available when it's reserved. I had asked for a furniture dolly and it was not in there once I got to my location to start moving. When I took it back the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and understanding. He was the best part of the experience. I did get a $50 credit but for the extra hour out of my day and it being last minute and not having the right dolly in there for me was inconvenient

After hours drop off process is a nightmare! I spent 30 minutes taking redundant pics of the truck. More specifically...the parking pic of the truck. The app wud not accept any of my pics. Very dissapointed. I've used Uhaul numerous times driving one way from CA to NJ. Good luck.

Was told tire pressure was checked on trailer When I got home I checked one tire had 35 psi Supposed to have 65. Was scheduled to pick up trailer in Indio ca. Dealer there has not been a U-Haul dealer for over 2 months. Had to drive 2 hours to get this trailer. Lights did not function correctly either. Every time I call hold for 30 minute and get the run around. The absolute worst service ever. I don't Appreciate anything about your company

The guy who installed the open trailer today left the security nut loose, I noticed when I am in highway the trailer started to move from side to side, I pulled over to check and I found the security but very loose

The access hours are 2 additional, which is a welcome bonus, from when I was originally a customer, 20 years ago. I also like the little swap yard in the downstairs lobby area. What a great way to help others with stuff you don’t need, such as bed frames, that others might, plus, it also helps the environment, by upcycling.

I was wrongfully charged $813 for a wrong location dropoff, and I am livid. I've been trying to contact support here for over an hour and they have been unhelpful. Additionally, when I was on my way to this location my tire had popped and I was on the line with roadside assistance for nearly an hour and a half. They never picked up. Thankfully I was able to find friends who drove out of their way to help me out. Roadside assistance called me 6 hours after the fact... If I were stranded in the middle of nowhere I am doubtful I would have been able to survive that experience: I had no water, my phone batteries were close to dying and I was by myself. I am incredibly frustrated by my experience with Uhaul and I will never use this service again. Not only was I left without support in my time of need, you have the audacity to charge me wrongfully. I will definitely escalate this to senior management within the company.

The location where I picked up the equipment was excellent. However I did not enjoy placing the order online to pick up in Pomona then being told to pick up in Upland. I live in Azusa go to Upland and be told it's not there! I had to drive from Azusa to Upland to City of Industry. Wasted so much time and time is valuable.

20 minutes to process a return for a lock the first time. Not even the manager knew how to do it. Had to come back a second day and wait thirty minutes in line while they handled one person. Then was just ignored. Manager and employee just kept chatting. Have never seen such awful service in my life. Is this because I'm Asian?
