I'm giving this a below average rating because it is very inconvenient to have to use a elevator to put your things in storage. When I arrived at about 2:30pm, the elevator had fresh paint inside it and they had a fan on to dry it. The paint was still wet so we were unable to even load anything on the elevator. It was very frustrating. The carts were helpful though.

Arrived and input access code : Denied Access. Used phone panel no answer Called 1/800 # was unable to assist got disconnected. Online advised 24 hour access, signs on site list 9:00am - 7:00 pm access. Price Paid on line was different then rep was trying to collect. Checkin in at offsite office, was told By representative that he had watched me on video attempting to access my online purchased unit and online advised ready to move in. I Wasn't happy that he was aware of my difficulty and didn't answer the phone!

I feel storage should be anytime it shouldn't b a time to go to ur belongs 1 night after work i needed change of clothes but the storage locked at 9 i getting get off till 8:30 that day drove straight there and boom i found out the time then so sad i had to wait for the next day

The people were friendly and helpful, the facility clean, the units look strong and hard to break into, and it's climate controlled so I have no fear in bringing books there.

This place is not easy to use for storage. There's never anyone around and they just try to push as many people as they can. There not trying to be helpful. They are trying to make more money.

My pod wasn't picked up on time and I had to call several times, up this point it was excellent. My pod wasn't picked up until 3 days later and I have a very small driveway. One customer representative told me he would credit the pickup fee but that hasn't happened as I had to make several calls to get it picked up. I used uhaul for my first move in 2018 and was given a Military Vet discount. This time I was told no such thing. I used Penske truck since they gave military discount. Thanks

was not explained that if I didn't return it by the time agreed I would be charged an additional day. Which I had the truck under 12 hours.

I read the reviews of this storage facility and staff. It is true that one person will say a bad thing and 7 more will spread that. If one person says something positive it will go as far as two more. Quite a few reviews were negative about the staff. I found them totally unfounded. Tony and his staff have great customer service ethics. I'm glad I chose this center.

I reserved the unit by internet, which was easy enough. On getting there, I found the units were arranged (numbered) in no particular order and wandered for 10 minutes seeking ours. I finally came across people who'd reserved their unit in person and had been given a map. Such a map should be placed on the wall near the entrance door. Other than this, the communications were clear enough.

The storage was clean but since they're still building on it . It will be a hassle getting inside and by it being winter time it's gets frustrating when ur sitting outside with no access to the office for help

The forklift drivers were awesome! I wish the crates had better tie-downs. The woefully inadequate 4 provided made it difficult to properly secure the load. I love the fact that I could order 3 crates, use 2 (we j-u-s-t squeezed it all in), and get refunded for the 3rd crate.
