All of my belongings were covered in rat fieces and it was unbelievably disgusting when I went to remove my belongings and it's very unsanitary. All of my Children's belongings were ruined and I'm very disappointed.

When I moved my belongings into the faculty, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had, and were very professional and respectful. Over the years I’ve had my belongings in storage, the staff members I’ve interacted with were always willing to help me with any questions I had. And have always been willing to help me with many issues.

The facility was overrun with mice. The staff made little effort aside from putting mouse traps with poison in each unit. The response in my case to complaints was unsatisfactory.

The employees at both locations were very knowledgeable, kind and hard working to my needs. Now my only complaint is there has to be a better way for space ( leg room). My 10 hour ride was painful

U-Haul agent at the facility was not helpful I had a reservation for one price but got there and had all these hidden fees when I was told and read that with a rental the storage was free

Mr. Ralph and his staff provided excellent customer service for the 2 years we were renters. Any notifications we had were handled professionally. I would recommended this location to everyone!!!

I got my stuff out of the storage unit and a grand majority of my belongings were covered in rat/mice urine & feces or either had been chewed through; toys to clothes to shoes to coats etc.. Not cool.

Rats and mice came into my storage facility. They ate through and pooped on all my furniture and boxes. I had to throw everything out. The staff was not helpful and said they couldn't do anything.

I was never at the facility so those questions really don’t apply. However, my experience was not great. The u-boxes were unimpressive plywood junk, the price for delivery x2 was way too high.
