Brandi at the Kingshighway location in Cape Girardeau was very efficient, friendly & helpful. Ala at the W Florissant Location in St. Louis, MO was also very efficient, friendly, helpful & also helped solve a couple issues I had while storing my belongings. I am pleased with U-haul & the services provided. Thank you Brandi & Ala!

MARY H.My experience was Not so Good due to another customer that had a storage unit near mines that had roaches and they came into my unit.I wasn't pleased with that but the manager accommodated the situation well as far as getting my things out and safely to my residence.even though I had to leave things behind because of the infestation and didn't get reimbursed for👎.overall the people that work there are Good 👍

Owen W.So far nice and clean, but it's the staff that I commend they where very, very nice. The customer service was excellent. I just moved from cubsmart, they are horrible and only after 4 months of being there they went up $34 on my storage unit. That's horrible, my storage size didn't change and I was never late on my payment. I hope U-haul doesn't disappoint me, I have know problem going somewhere else. But I'm satisfied at the moment.

Jessie M.Rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer. Upon checking out the trailer, multiple marker lights out, and a tail light was out. When returning the trailer, no inbound process in place to check the lights. Nothing. The equipment in 15 plus years old, and they don't even try to maintain it.

When I got there I had no access and had to pay an extra $385 to go to a different location and for extra hours do to this mishap. No one was available to assist me. Everything was locked. I am very upset with my service and was told contradicting information which caused me to come out of way more money then anticipated when moving. I am beyond upset.

When I arrived today (on my 2nd trip today) found the entrance blocked. I had thought it was open until 6:00, but they told me only open until five. On my way home to unload everything from my car (my car is on the street), I thought "why is it still light if it is after 5pm?" As you can see by the time of my post, it was not after 5pm. It would have been 4:30 when I was there. So what are the actual hours?
