Your key drop box is not well known where it is. Based off the website it shows an orange box and says it's near the front entrance. I walked around for 15 mins looking for an orange box when finally stumbling upon a storage container on the side of the building (not the front) with a green sign(not orange box) saying key drop offNicholas G.

The gentlemen that were checking in the equipment were professional and friendly. They even helped.me.get the truck out of where it was parked when I picked it up. Everyone is so nice and friendly, they remember us, as we have rented, I think 4 or 5 Uhaul trucks over the past 1-1/2 months moving our things. The trucks are well maintained, we have gotten 20 foot trucks 95 % of the time and just turned back in, a 10 foot truck. We got all our moving supplies there which was most helpful and the moving blankets/pads are a BIG help to keep our furniture from being damaged during the move. Miguel, Josiah, Ruth, and all the wonderful people working the front desk, are great assets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Uhaul location to anyone to rent their Uhaul trucks from. We have one more load, picking up on 12/3, and then we should be finished. It has been a pleasure working with everyone! Keep up the excellent work!ROLAND W.

The truck I rented looked good, was clean but dangerous! Various warning lights came on and the engine had difficulty shifting gears. It was obvious this truck had transmission issues. The young lady waiting on me spoke with someone outside doing the actual check in and he said the truck had a transmission problem, like they already knew it. This truck should not have been on the road and I shouldn't have been charged!!SHERRY S.

Unless it happened to not be working, you no longer need to swipe your access card in order to access your unit. This was the reason I returned to this location. Whether myself or a thief opened my unit without my access card, an alarm would sound. I don't see what's keeping my unit secure now. Anyone could bust the lock and the staff doesn't seem like they would do anything if they suspected a robbery. There are cameras but without an alarm, who's to say it's not their unit? Is there protocol for anyone to check? Staff is friendly, but there is no sense of efficiency. I reserved my unit online to avoid hassle. It took nearly an hour from the time I showed up to get my unit because nothing was ready for me. I was asked what type of locker I wanted when I'd already selected an upper 5x5x6. When I arrived, it was a lower. I had to wait in line again to get the correct unit. When I arrived to the new one, the zip tie was still secured, so I had to leave again to get it off. Thankfully I hadn't hired movers or it would have been a costly wait, but I did have family help who had to wait on me when they didn't plan on the delay. Any service request usually takes a while, but I stuck with this facility because the security was worth it. I had to spend more than 10 mins to pick up the truck for mobile check in. Instead I can go inside the store and pick it up. Even the drop box location is not infront of uhaul entrance. Please correct itVenkata K.

Went in to pick up my reserved trailer, stood and waited near the counter for quite a while, nobody acknowledged my presence at all. Only one person at the counter at first, then a guy came in and helped someone who came in AFTER ME. Finally after that customer left he asked if he could help me. Then I went out to get the trailer and the guys outside couldn't find the right trailer at first. There were a number of trailers exactly the same as the one I reserved, but they kept roaming around looking for the one on my paperwork, making me wait some more. We rent from Miguel's Uhaul location many times - 5 times this year so far this year. We are moving our household goods in small increments.to another home. The 20 foot truck is just perfect. The Customer Service is Excellent! Miguel is wonderful and so are all the front desk people, they are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We rent all our Uhaul trucks so much from them that they know our faces and know us by name, that is why we keep coming back! Keep up the great work! More staff - the wait time was quite long. And more staff knowledge - I asked the person checking me in if the truck would have a USB port for charging my phone. The truck I rented check engine light was on! When I asked about it, One of the representative stated it passed some kind of 2 inspection and the truck would be ok to drive. The truck drove great but in the middle of my move the steering wheel became stiff and from there it was hard to control it. I will never rent from this location again! I had rented from another location. Received a call a couple of hours before that my van was not available at that location and I needed to go to the Addison location. This was very inconvenient for my timeline (I'm a home stager that selects my usual location because of it's proximity to my work) and then to be told I had to also return to the new location was very frustrating.LAURIE W.

The whole experience was amazing and I loved the mobile pick up. The move went well and the truck is decent. Smells like cigarettes in the cab and my right side mirror got tilted down everytime I drove by the wind so that sucked.Christopher B.
Don't charge customer another day, if he return truck same day but 1 hour later than expected. Traffice had me late 1 hour but truck was returned same day before store closed, had truck 9hours but thought i only needed 8 hoursLEVORD R.
When I brought the cargo van back, I would like to have had a time stamped ticket to take with me. The email of the receipt didn't come immediately (and still hasn't), and when I called U-Haul, the link she sent me was for a 0 $paid receipt. I had to log into the website to see that the receipt on file is the one I was handed when I picked up the cargo van. It has been two hours since I dropped it off, and still no update on the fact that I'm clear because there's more gas in it then when I picked it up and the mileage is right.DIANE B.
It always seems like the lines move extra slow. We tried using the app to check in but couldn't get the upload of the driver's license to work. We have rented from here numerous times and although our vehicle information is saved in our account, our drivers licenses are not so you have to go through this process every time. Even though there were only 3 customers in the store, there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency in getting customers in and out.Michael H.

I think it is bad business to enforce a policy and have no recourse nor offer any grace to people in need. We went over on our monthly lease by 7 days because we had to leave town for a death in the family. So we were charged a full months rent for 7 days use. Yet UHaul would not offer any kind of a refund for the month. Not even partial. Nothing. I know it is in the contract but exceptions should be made for some circumstances and a death in the family would be one of them. And I have worked in IT for decades and know that every billing system has an override procedure so blaming it on the "system not allowing it" is just lying. If I am ever in need of temporary storage in the future, I will not be using UHaul.James D. | Expérience générale
Asked for late night access over three times, was told that I was good to go, showed up at 10:30pm to unload my stuff prior to work in the morning access was denied. Call the after hours GM no answer multiple times. Had to sleep in the truck at night, in order to go to the office at 7 AM and was Told " what do you want us to do about it?" Then got a charge for going 30 miles on the truck because I couldn't unload my stuff when I was specifically told I was good to go. You staff was very rude even though it was after hours. Some people had questions about leaving the equipment there and the employee was rude even though your off the clock you still work there and it would have been courteous to answer the questions the customer an extra 10 mins or less so they would not have to pay extra for a screwup or have to spend hours trying to correct something that you could have solved in 10 mins.LISA G. | Premières impressions
