This is a very busy location. There is not nearly enough room to park nor is there enough sales/personnel to help customers.

For future customers make sure they know where to drop the keys. We had a hard time locating the box. We were looking for a box outside the building not a hole. Overall the service was very good. Merci.

When i dropped off it was afterhours and the app would not work The staff member was there and told me it was fine and to just leave yet i still got charged the extra 20 for overnight.

They told me everything was ok I said I don't like surprises. I rented a U-Haul less than a week ago one way from Louisiana and they said the gas was fine no problem ma'am then a charge for $65 appeared on my card for gas.

The cabin of the truck smelled like marijuana, the engine sounded like it could break at any point, and the inside was dirty when I picked it up. I looked like someone spill fruit punch all over the cup holders. The photos that were displayed for the walk around when I picked the truck up did not accurately display the poor condition the truck was in.

I was sent to three locations because they didn't have the truck I need even though I made reservations. I spent so much gas driving around different locations. Very unorganized and inconvenient.

I want to tell you that I am very happy, I feel very good with the attention that the workers at this location give me, they are all very friendly, very pleasant, very respectful, it is seen that they master their work very well, they treat the clients very well, the worker Karla She stands out for being so young and she is also an excellent worker. There are few young people who treat clients well, she is one of those young people who works very well. In short, they are all excellent workers, when I am in this location I feel happy. Many congratulations to all. Congratulations Donna. The other workers don't get jealous because I mention Karla and Donna, they are all excellent people and work very well 

I accidentally dropped my rayban prescription sunglasses and called in and was routed to customer service and forwarded my message to pick up said prescription glass from the dropped off location at 5010 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL. You need to make your app with easier instructions on it put strictly how to check out when you leave the equipment on site say the scan code is on the door or where on the equipment it is don’t have active whatsoever in one place and checkout in another it’s to confusing to much to look at to figure out very confused couldn’t check out Thanks Michael Madison

The parking lot is terrible. Also while returning the app froze and upon restarting it lost my reservation so I couldn't do the photo upload portion. The app was very glitchy.

The people at this U-Haul location are very friendly and helpful. It is a great store to shop. We stop in a couple of weeks before our trip and Shaqueil explained all our options. Jimal helped us with our rental and got us on the road quickly. Both of these guys made our experience very nice. This was our first-time using U-Haul. The experience and trip went so well that we are already planning use U-Haul again soon.

Our first U-Haul rental was an older vehicle and the alignment was off, seatbelt didn't work, the radio would randomly get loud. The second one was perfect.

I had an amazing experience with the storage unit. The hours were adequate, the access was quick and efficient and the dollies made it very Easy to move everything in and out of storage and to the moving truck. They provided a desk clock and the storage unit was clean, smelled great and had a great temperature for everything that was in storage.

24 hour access was not working, the check in boxes were not working very well ever. My unit was first overbooked so I ended up with a smaller unit than I needed. One worker was very rude to my father when he was trying to park due to virtually no parking spaces available. I will never be back to this location or U-HAUL in general.

I was generally pleased with this facility but would like to comment on the fact that the main access door was broken and unavailable when I went to empty out the unit. This made it very difficult to vacate the unit. There was a small side entrance available but and it was just a nuisance and inconvenience. I'm sure it was a temporary thing but I didn't even see any staff making an effort to fix the issue.

I booked a unit online, then received a call a few days before move in stating that it had been overbooked and I no longer had a unit. The associate who called said they could get me a bigger unit and a month free which was great. I thought everything was resolved and my move in date was scheduled for July 16th. Upon arrival to the office on July 16th, it turns out the unit had been scheduled for move in on July 13th unbeknownst to myself. So, I now have to use a much smaller unit and must stand up the couch I needed to store vertically. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to the manager attempting to make up for the error by giving me the first month free. If not for that, I would give one star. Regardless, I never plan on using U-Haul storage again.

Some of my items in the storage were damaged from the heat and humidity in the unit's when the AC broke down for 4 or 5 days. But they gave everyone a month free for the 85+ degrees. Outside of that, the staff is great and very professional.

roaches all in my outside unit and the A/C as broken during check out having the workers work in hot air. Just the overall worse experience ever. I had to replace a lot of furniture and wash every piece clothing I owned spending excess money that's I didn't have. Then when I got to try to access my outside unit there are uhaul trucks blocking me from exiting .

2nd time using this storage facility and anytime I have clothes, sheets, dolls in the unit, they always come back with mold on them. I had sheets there to cover up my other things and when I removed it on the day of the move out it had a huge black stain.

I rented outside storage and on many occasions my unit was blocked with uhaul rental trucks if i needed access before 7pm they moved them for me but after 7pm I was unable to use my unit

Storage site has animal problem, racoons size scat found all over my belongings. Half the time I had to go to office in order to get to my unit due to code errors. One time a payment was never ran, even though I had autopay, wanted to charge me a late fee. Always chaotic and hectic in the office. Had a left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing feel. Obvious high turnover at this location. Will not use u-haul again for storage.

I did not get my refund for the month of October. I had checked out before the end of September and I still got charged for the month of October. I had called the customer service number they had put into the system to get my refund and I never did. Also, I never go a phone call back about it! Someone needs to fix this.

The only Issue I had was being charged after I had sent in my move out pictures and information online and then the process wasn't finished on uhaul end. Sending me and my mom notices That I still owed money after I moved out

The entirety of the property is too small and unsafe for customers in every way possible. Trucks and vehicles are double parked, there is no space for turn around, and no space for parking in general. No assistance was provided in accessing my unit and dollys were not offered for use. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered at any storage facility.
